• Marta (10/5): EL MEJOR APARTAMENTO CALIDAD PRECIO - Increíble la estancia. Había estado en otro apartamento pero este me gustó mucho. Está todo cuidado y el anfitrión nos dio todo lo que pedimos. La cocina tiene de todo, el baño amplio y con champú y gel. Con aparato de aire acondicionado y la TV enorme con canales extranjeros y una terraza con un toldo que hicieron las tardes el mejor lugar para descansar fuera del ruido. Repetiré No me gustó cuando me tuve que ir. VOLVERÉ

• Callum (10/5): Lovely apartment in a really great location with ample parking. - Great location really close to a large spar shop and 5 minute walk to the beach although you can park the hoppy scooters about 100 yards from it. Great facilities for cooking, washing machine, nice shower, plenty of towels and bedding can’t fault it. Not a bad point for me but this is a quiet place if you’re going to be really loud at night you will probably annoy people in the block it’s not got a bar here it’s not a party place.

Lovely bathroom, modern with fab shower. Modern bedroom, comfortable bed. 5min walk to supermarket and Beach. Mountain View from bedroom back door. I was under the illusion from pics the apt was by the pool , it’s not , my mistake . Good security, code to enter complex. Entrance to apartment well designed and maintained, night lighting is nice .. see photos below. There is a damp issue in the apartment, noticeable when entering, kitchen and bedroom in particular. Wardrobe by bedroom Back door unusable due to must smell. There is a second wardrobe that was fine. It’s a door in the bedroom so you had no option to leave a window open there was a full shutter on the outside of the bedroom /rear door , controls inside . Shutter down for security left no light in and little air. No fan provided. Requested by tx ..We had to leave a €100 euro deposit in the outdoor lock box, we were given the code just before arrival. Photo proof had to be sent my what’s app. Lock box code was changed thereafter without being informed. So we couldn’t use it . We were allowed access to the lock box again before leaving only after proof was sent of the apt condition and confirmation no incident or breakage. We never met the manager .. only text , no personal touch that we have always had in other privately owned apartments. Two Nice pools , No pool bar , says 24hr reception, there is no reception, so no holding option to leave your bags after checkout or before check in .

• González (2/5): Creo que en fotos se ve un poco más grande de lo que es y la verdad la limpieza da mucho que desear - Lo único bueno que tiene es la hibicacion cerca del aeropuerto El primer día en llegar le pregunté al anfitrión que el wifi no iba bien que no funcionaba el router y que la tele solo se veían algunos canales y cuando hay viento se deja de ver la tele estuvimos 5 días y fui con mi hijo sin poder poner ningún canal infantil en todo lo que estuvimos allí y encima son internet sabiendo el anfitrión desde el primer día lo que pasaba el apartamento muy sucio con pelos largos negros de mujer hasta en las cajoneras debajo de la cama en genera tubimosl mala experiencia
• MARIA JOSE (4/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación y el aparcamiento No tenía enseres en la cocina ( tijeras, falta de cubiertos, no tiene plancha, balletas y productos de limpieza para los primeros días) en el baño las toallas estaban sucias, papel higiénico insuficiente, la ropa de la cama con manchas, las mesillas sucias. Y el anfitrión ni lo vimos, nos mandó un WhatsApp donde nos pedían 100€ en el cajetín sin recibo ninguno por fianza
• Ainhoa (6/5): - El apartamento en sí no estaba mal, pero creo que se debe contar con que normalmente la gente que se hospeda en la isla es gente que viene en avión y que si compra alguna cosa para la casa (cosas que no se deberían comprar y si ofrecer en el apartamento porque son esenciales) se va a tener que quedar allí. Compramos una sartén porque la que había en el alojamiento estaba fatal y no se podía hacer nada en ella, papel higiénico nos dejaron dos rollos para una semana, también tuvimos que comprar y se quedó allí la mitad, no había gel, no había detergente, no había bolsas de basura, bayeta, todo lo compramos nosotras y allí se tuvo que quedar. Luego las instalaciones del apartamento muy muy básicas, la nevera enana, no hay horno, ni tostador…

• Daria (7/5): Great apartment in nice location - Check-in was very easy, the apartment has most of the things you need for vacation, including smart TV if this is what you are looking for. It is close to some nice restaurants, parking is rather small but even if we arrived late there are free parking spots on the street nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You can feel the humidity in the apartment but this is very common during that part of the year.

There is a spar as well near the apartment if u need to buy some essentials. The apartment was well kept. It was provided with bath towels,toiletries and cleaning stuffs. The owners is very accommodating and responds quickly to all inquiries. I would certainly recommend the apartment to my friends and family. all good:-)

We were there for a long break so only draw back was no oven.but that's a minor detal. Any problems we had josè was there within a short time.would recomend definitely The pool was baltic & this is from someone who swims in the Irish sea.my hubby chanced it a few times when it was very sunny.refreshing is a word we'd use.although I would say at height of summer it would be very welcome..😊😎
• Ro33 (10/5): Perfect for couples - Great location easy walk to beaches and bars also complex just down the road with a spar some good restaurants and bars , great free parking , pool with some sun beds available Taxi or 30 min stroll along seafront into lively Porto del Carmen or 10 min walk to Matagorda playa and bars great beach with sunbeds available. Great base to explore everything Lanzarote has to offer by car or good local bus service .
• Janet (8/5): Great spot - WiFi was great. TV was very good. Bed and couch, both very comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure. Kitchen was right size for holiday accommodation. Washing machine is a huge bonus. I didn't use the pool. Great location, very quiet and safe, close to everything. Pleasant walk to the beach and to the shop. There is always room for improvement! I've made some small suggestions to Jose. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

• Donna (9/5): Peaceful - This little apartment is privately owned. It is located in a perfect area that is nice and peaceful but near enough to the restaurants and pubs. The beach is just down the road and a spar shop which is very handy. The kitchen was equipped to cook if that is what you enjoy on your holiday.. it also has a washing machine which we used I would stay again but would time flights to suit check in/out No reception so when we arrived a couple let us in the main gate and explained to us. We messaged the owner and we went to a cafe for 2 hours until we could check in. The pool has no bathroom or we could have changed and sunbathe. Pool seems to be unused with prob 5 loungers. On last day we had a late flight but had to cart our bags with us for the day. Communication is via booking.com so very limited. Owner also insisted on cash deposit.
• Melanie (5/5): Quiet and comfortable but a couple of niggles - Good location, short walk to bars and restaurants. Comfortable Sun all day long, great suntrap Quiet Only one sun lounger which was filthy, the out door furniture was in need of painting and one of the arms was loose. There was no iron in the apartment (we bought one and left it for future guests). As a regular traveller I have become used to having basic necessities in the property ( washing up liquid, washing powder) there was none of this and only 2 coffee pods and one toilet roll. The pillow situation was strange, certainly could have done with 2 full size pillows each.

• Emma (7/5): Nice but don't snore!! - Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Good communication from host. Quiet area. Although area is quiet, the apartment is most definitely not soundproofed ( as stated as one of the 'facilities'). The residents above us were not noisy but we could hear them snoring and using the bathroom! The garden view( from the patio) is of a very small patch of garden, and then the main street. The mountain view is from the bedroom window that you will only see when out of bed. On booking.com it lists 'toiletries, body wash, shampoo and conditioner' as available. None of these were available. There was some hand wash in the bathroom. No cleaning products, yet these are also listed in 'facilities'. The property is not on the beach or beachfront - this is a little misleading. However it is only a short walk away. Some of the facilities listed on booking.com are misleading- I would advise to double check if you require anything specifically.
• Caz90 (7/5): Great value for money - Having visited Lanzarote 20+ times over the years, I knew my way around Puerto Del Carmen well enough to know that Las Mimosas was located in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the main strip. This is exactly what my partner and I wanted, a relaxing holiday with easy access to everything around Puerto Del Carmen and the rest of the island. Bus stops are close by for exploring, Spar is approximately 6 minutes walk away from the property and when there, you can get taxis very easily and they do not cost very much. The property supplied towels, tea towels, cleaning supplies, bin bags, condiments such as salt and oil and plenty of kitchen utensils. We had use of a kettle, microwave, top hobs for cooking and a toaster. We were close enough to communal bins so we could keep the place clean as we were staying for an extended period of time and wanted to make sure our stay was always pleasant. The bed and pillows were nice and the decor was lovely with a seaside theme throughout. We had a smart tv and if you have your own tv subscriptions you can easily access these by logging in. We had wifi which I was not expecting so that was a huge bonus and it worked great throughout the whole stay. The water in the bathroom was always hot which was great. If needed, there's a hair dryer, clothes horse and ironing supplies too. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Just some minor issues. When we arrived we realized the hose beside the toilet leaks. Once we cleaned up the water we left the hose in the shower, this prevented any further issue with leaks. In some places in the property the walls need a bit of TLC. There is some black mould, so mould paint is needed but this is very minor and easily fixed. The cooker was a touch screen and knocked off a few times before it would stay on when we used it.

When it was particularly windy, the shutters on the bedroom fire exit rattled a bit during the night but it didn't affect our experience.
