The room was one of the biggest we’ve had in Italy, plenty of room for the 2 of us. Clean, easy to access, clear instructions. We had a great visit! Nothing, it was all great!

• Carmine (9/5): - Preso a breve distanza la suite con balcone. Sia in coppia che con mio figlio. In coppia è l'ideale per quanto il divano letto nel soggiorno separato è funzionale. La camera è molto bella, come lo è la casa, i mobili funzionali e di gusto hanno tante piccole chicche che ti fanno sentire di vivere in una storica casa veneziana. Il terrazzino nella parte comune è carino, ma è quello presente nella camera da letto un'esperienza da vivere. Un modo assolutamente spettacolare di vivere Venezia sentendosi parte della stessa ma anche della sua storia. Spettacolo.

• Philip (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - The accomodation is suave, spacious, comfortable and as the description says, "Luxury", but at a terrific price. The location is perfect and the most wonderful balcony in all of Venice. Nothing.

• Ballester (10/5): Hidden but very comfortable - The place was clean and comfortable. There is a small balcony in which one can smoke and there is also a common room shared by another suite. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. It's been my experience that European bathroom are quite small, but this one was sufficiently spacious. Our suite appeared to be fairly recent renovated (as of February 2025) with new finishes. The place could be difficult to find until you were accustomed to Venice. There is a piano in the common room is decoration only. The keys were warped beyond belief. I wouldn't attempt to play it
• Nicola (7/5): Mixed bag - The location, communication, and facilities were good. The pillows were too hard, the aircon didn't work, and the manager (who I spoke to first) was rude.
• Philippa (5/5): Disappointed. - Comfortable bed. Furniture was oversize for the room. Room felt cramped. Making it awkward. Misleading description of apartment location. Location said balcony overlooking canal. Instead we were given window overlooking back of restaurant.
• Raluca (10/5): Exceptional - The canal view. The smoking area is a small and ugly balcony in the common room, you are not allowed to smoke on the balcony of your own room.
• Yi (5/5): Passable - Checkout time is 10am in the morning, which is too early. Hotels checkout time is usually at noon. The is no luggage store service at the room(there is an office which is very far away).

• Mohsen (2/5): This apt should be in airbnb not in list of hotel or hotel apt, I think they cheating, there is no wifi, no iron, no soa - Just clean Very difficult to find the place, takes two hours to reach the place by chance, even was difficult for locals to find this address, not in google maps correctly etc…
• Morgan (7/5): Small but nice room in a great location - The property is in a great location, around 10 minute walk from the train station. Christian was a very welcoming host and kindly attended the property upon our arrival as they had technical difficulties with the code to access the front door. The bathroom seemed newly renovated and the TV also had Netflix and other streaming services. Few minor things: 1. When we arrived, the cushion on the bed had a stain on it but the pillows and sheets were clean. 2. The mini fridge didn’t work 3. Although a coffee machine is provided with cups, there are no washing facilities to clean the mugs after use.
