• Piia (8/5): 4 yötä , 4 hengen kaveriporukalla. - Sijainti lähellä kaikkea hyvä. Perussiisti ja tiloiltaan ihan kiva asunto. Kaksi makuupaikkaa parvella ja yksi makuuhuone, jonka yhteytessä on ainoa vessa/kylppäri. Toimi tutussa porukassa ihan hyvin, mutta jos kaipaa enemmän yksityisyyttä niin en suosittele. Pieniä korjattavissa olevia puutteita: Suihkusta tuli hetken tosi kuumaa vettä, ja lämmin vesi loppui nopeasti. (Sekoittaja vaihtoon, hanan säätö ei toimi?) Vessapaperia oli varattu hyvin vähän. Käsitiskiaine puuttui. Valaistus huono, lukuunottamatta pöytävalaisimia. Osa kalusteista kuten parvekepöytä ja vaatenaulakot olivat tosi huteria. Baarikatu, joten öisin on meteliä. Hyvä tiedostaa varatessa. (Ota korvatulpat)

• Simona (5/5): Così Così - La posizione era comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro L' appartamento era freddo e non era molto pulito. Mancavano alcuni piccoli dettagli per un soggiorno confortevole, ad esempio strofinacci per la cucina, delle tazzine per il caffè e soprattutto riscaldamento o stufetta funzionanti
• BEATRIZ (10/5): Apartamento en Madrid - La ubicación, en el centro de Malasaña, a un pie de todo. Apartamento completamente equipado, con baño completo y capacidad para Max.4 personas. Todo limpio y ordenado. Sofá incómodo.
• ESTELA (9/5): en gral todo bien, acogedor, limpio y cercano a la gran via - en gral todo bien, acogedor y cómodo.- Cercano al centro y lugares donde queríamos ir deberían mejorar la ducha del baño, es incómoda

• Mariait (9/5): - Ubicación perfecta con todos los servicios a mano. Camas cómodas. Tuvimos un problema con la hora de llegada y la anfitriona nos facilitó las cosas en todo momento.

• Sofia (5/5): Not confortable at all, just good location - The only thing good in this apartment is the location, is very very good. In the same street of the apartment you have restaurants, brunch places, supermarkets, bars, everything. From the apartment to gran via is 10 minutes walking. If you think you going to a comfortable apartment, forget it. The beds are very bad, especially the only on top in the mezzanine it seems you sleeping on the floor. The couch in the living room is very hard and uncomfortable. The apartment is ok if you are going to be all day outside of the house. You can listen a lot of noise, so if you have a sensitive sleeping it’s not ideal. Bathroom is super small, you barely can sit properly in the toilet and the shower is tiny. Also the apartment is not super clean. The floor is clean but you can see that the apartment needs a deep cleaning in certain corners.

• CYRILL (10/5): Ville incroyable à parcourir à pied - Appartement à 2 pas de Gran via dans un quartier calme et avec beaucoup de charme . Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour 4 personnes . Métro à proximité et très facile d accès . L hôte nous attendait dans l appartement pour nous remettre les clés, aucun soucis de communication . S il y a une remarque à faire , il manque une vraie table pour se restaurer à 3-4 et on entend un peu les voisins .
• Amaia (3/5): - Buena ubicación. El piso tiene de todo. Muchísimo ruido, se oye tanto la gente de la calle como el retumbar de la música del bar que hay justo abajo. Las camas son muy incomodas, la que está en la parte de arriba es muy dura y el sofa cama también

• Iracema (10/5): Muy bien - Apartamento en una ubicación excepcional al lado de plaza de España. Zona con mucho ambiente y restauración. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por la ciudad. Es cierto que echamos en falta poder echar la persiana del dormitorio, estaba rota. No sólo por la luz, sino por una cuestión de privacidad.

• Beatriz (5/5): - Boa localização. A casa de banho deixava um pouco a desejar, não tinha grandes condições. A placa para fazer comida nem sequer funcionava, levamos compras para fazer comida e tivemos que gastar mais dinheiro a comer fora.
• Dmitrii (5/5): Поставьте кондиционер, что бы можно было закрывать окна на ночь! - Местоположение. лучшая цена среди всех вариантов относительно близости к центру. Ужасно шумно!! Невозможно спать. Квартира без кондиционера, в патио курят воняет на всю квартиру, со стороны шум до 5 утра из за близости баров. Окна закрыть нельзя становится душно. В выходные лучше выбирать другое место.

• Drinush (8/5): Central, comfortable, clean, lots of bars and restaurant near by and train stations + supermarket - Bed was great, loved the small balconies. small yet comfy for 4 nights we stayed The communication via email and Booking.com not great as the host not sure was replying on time. When I did the check out I was not sure what to do with the keys so I used the common sense left it in the flat and shut the door behind me, I was not sure if she was coming to collect or not.
• Boscaino (7/5): Lovely apartment in the centre of Madrid. Mostly for young people that have no problems with noise. - The apartment is really spacious as it has two beds. The facilities are nice and well maintained. The beds are rather comfortable although one is easier to access than the other. The bathroom is very tiny and smells a bit. The main window does not close completely. There were some hair around the apartment. The heating was difficult to function.
• Ana (10/5): This is such a nice apartment! Very clean and super cozy! - The location was 10/10 and the apartment was very very nice! Very clean and super friendly host! The neighbour was very noisy and a little disturbing, but you dont come in this city to stay inside, so its fine😂✌🏼
