• Caroline (10/5): Excellent stay but they should review about check out time felt like we are in hotel. - There was no breakfast we made our own. The couch was not that clean had a sweaty bad smell they need to be cleaned, that’s all.

• Andres (4/5): Dead birds and spiders - Location and size of the property Too hot and no air conditioning. In addition, they expect you to take the rubbish from the courtyard to the street, which I already think is wrong, but when I tried to do so, I couldn't because there was a rotten dead bird in the courtyard! As if that weren't enough, there was a spider infestation inside the house! I wanted to get an answer to this after my stay, but they never replied.

The garden was overgrown and not cared for. Whilst we stayed there was a heatwave and no fan available which made it very warm especially at night on the top floor where the bedrooms are. No microwave either. The kitchen items / appliances could have been cleaner and there was water leaking inside the fridge. The bins outside in the garden were completely full of rubbish from a previous visitor and were very smelly.

• Lisa (10/5): Family Christmas - Lovely house with everything we needed and walking distance to city centre and large shopping centre - also convenience shop directly across the road too Nothing it was great value for money
• Thomas (3/5): Poor - It was a nice modern property and close to town It was listed as having a dryer which was in fact a metal airer stuck on a radiator, the master tv was not connected and no information about it, there was no microwave, 3 reasons we chose this property, also found old crisp packets etc under the settees seat cushion seat cushions, and not listed on booking was a £92 cleaning bill afterwards, in fact this property was totally misrepresented on booking . com would never stay here again it really spoiled our last weekend in UK

• Chris (7/5): Peterborough stay - The Property was very clean and spacious, particularly the lounge area which included a very good sized TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The Property felt homely and was comfortable to reside in. One of the bedroom doors was not easy to close. A couple of the bedroom doors rattled when closed caused by the through-flow of air when we had the windows open. The front door was not easy to unlock and enter the Property.
• Susan (9/5): Superb - Location close to town, it was very clean, felt like a home from home. Very modern, Great facilities. A shop opposite for all amenities to get you started . Managed very well. Parking out front. 👍 Not really a fault, but the garden needs the grass cutting. Very overgrown, and fans, it got very hot sleeping in the recent hot weather, but honestly, we love the house and definitely would stay again.

Quiet neighbourhood and feels home away from home. 15-minutes walk from city centre which is fine for late spring or summer time. If sofa bed can be a double bed; and rubbish bins better be cleared before each check-in.

• Isabella (7/5): Very good - House is beautiful with a great and well equipped kitchen, powerful shower, and a cozy living room. When we arrived the house hasn’t been cleaned. So I had to call the agency but they sorted it out asap.
• Beata (8/5): the house is beautiful, the cleaners need to be replaced - the house is large and spacious.nice neighbors..large beautiful kitchen cleanliness - dirty and not thoroughly cleaned..the dishwasher left dirty dishes to be washed in the sink..no hair dryer..the sofa cushions were very smelly and the pillowcases were never washed..blunt knives.I will post photos of vermin and poor cleaning

• Shakil (8/5): Family home away from home, well nearly. - Great space for a large family and central location. Upon arrival to be greeted with cooking smell that was not pleasant at all! For price point no attention to detail like teaspoons for drinks or welcome package of drinks etc or simply water.
