• Guadalupe (7/5): - La cercanía, tenia todo cerca. Era muy chico y los muebles no acompañaban. La puerta no abre bien y el colchón no era muy como asi como las almohadas

• Noelia (6/5): Aceptable pero muy pequeño - La ubicación perfecta y la limpieza. Por las noches había bastante ruido, la primera noche fue imposible dormir. El espacio es MUY reducido, aunque está equipado y tiene de todo.

• Christian Alberto (7/5): tutto bene, la casa è molto piccola sopratutto il bagno, ma il nostro soggiorno è stato positivo - posizione centrale copri materasso troppo piccolo, si sfila mentre dormi.
• Mauri (5/5): Una stamberga a Chueca - La posizione veramente strategica per andare dappertutto. Non è un appartamento ma una stanza piccolissima priva di ogni comodità. Il bagno è veramente un buco ,chiunque avrebbe difficoltà a muoversi. Su booking certe stanze nn dovrebbero neppure esistere.

• Yaiza (3/5): No vuelvo, solo tiene de bueno la ubicación - La ubicación y que tenía nevera, una mini vitrocerámica con dos fuegos y microondas La cama era muy incómoda, estaba sucio, lleno de polvo, el filtro del aire acondicionado no se había limpiado en años.La habitación en sí era minúscula. No es para dos personas ,que eso fue lo que pagué. La ducha era muy estresa, el armario estaba roto, poco papel higiénico, solo dos bolsas de basura, además se oye todo lo que hacen los vecinos. Y lo peor el trato de la chica que me atendió por teléfono. Muy déspota dudando de si realmente yo había leído los mensajes o no, no ofreciendo a la primera la información que le pedía para llegar al sitio,información que no estaba en la página, y ella me mandaba a mirarlo en la página, a pesar de decirle que no estaba. En definitiva, te habla como si le estuvieses molestando por hacer su trabajo. No lo recomendaría a nadie.
• Damian (4/5): Para no volver - Ubicación Comunicación con el personal nula. No vieron ni contestaron mis mensajes para èl checkin o checkout. Pára èl checkout a las 10:59 tocando la puerta la limpieza. Apartamento descaradamente enano. Pára una sola persona de estatura y peso normal es claustrofóbico, no quiero ni pensar pero alguien más grande. El baño despide continuamente olor a desagüe, no hay espacio entre el water, la ducha y el lavabo.La cama con tendencia a hundirse en el centro. La mesa pegada a los pies de la cama sin poder utilizarla y las sillas sin espacio no para poder desplegarlas. Exceso de humedad constante.

• Massimiliano lorenzo (10/5): Chi si accontenta gode - Pequeño si pero acogedor, buen precio para quien va a pasar un fin de semana rápido de turismo, a pesar de ser pequeño ofrece las comodidades necesarias, una cama cómoda y limpia, un pequeño espacio para cocinar, para el espacio también ofrece una pequeña mesa como apoyo, un baño funcional, no hay bidet pero si una persona usa su ingenio lo encontrará, si no pides la luna, aquí podrás conformarte y ponerte cómodo. ————————————————————————————- Piccola si ma, accogliente, buono il prezzo per chi fa un fine settimana di turismo veloce, pur essendo piccola offre i confort necessari, un letto comodo e pulito, un piccolo spazio per cucinare, per lo spazio offre anche un tavolino piccolo come appoggio, un bagno funzionale, manca il bidè ma se una persona usa l’ingegno lo trova, se non chiedi la luna, qui ti puoi accontentare e accomodare L’armadio, (uno più piccolo a una colonna con tre cassetti interni andrebbe bene)

• Karoliny (7/5): - Bem localizado, dá para fazer quase tudo a pé, tem 2 estações de metrô bem perto e estava bem limpo. Não tem o endereço completo no Site, tive que ligar para saber o número do edifício e também não tem as instruções de onde pegar e deixar as chaves.

• lucia (3/5): - La ubicación Demasiado pequeño, no muy limpio. Comunicamos que íbamos a llegar a determinada hora y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora que nos respondieran y que viniera alguien a abrirnos ya que no había nadie ahí para hacerlo
• Ronald (6/5): Good location, room very small. - Location was perfect, people working in the flat were attentive and friendly - when I eventually met them. Getting access was a pain. I arranged to arrive between 15:00 and 16:00, I arrived at 15:15; on entering the room it was cleat it had not been cleaned from previous occupant. I had to wait over 1 hour 30min for flat to be cleaned.
• Igor (3/5): Very tiny appartment, not worthed the money and not suitable for more than one person - Only location The apartment was extremely tiny. Maybe one person could be ok, but two people for this place is awful. The bathroom was maybe smaller than a plane toilet. When you sit on a toilet your legs hit against the wall. We are thin, but it was hard to shower in the shower cabin. The closet was very small. There wasn’t any space to leave your baggage even though we had only two cabin size bagages. There was like a small kitchen, but if you bring food, the only place where you can eat is on the sleeping bed. The room wasn’t very clean. You could see the dust. The dishes were not clean, we had to clean it before using them. The only window that it had, was small old cracked window looking at the inside of the building, so you could not see how the weather is outside. The aircondition only works for five minutes and then is stopping, so you need to restart it. There was only one hanger for towels in the whole appartment, so we had to pu the wet towels in the closet. Before check out we got message that we can not leave the towels anywhere except on the only hanger in the bathroom, but it was imposible to put all the towels only on one hanger.

• Maria (2/5): Very poor - I stayed at this apartment for a few days during my trip, and unfortunately, I can't recommend it to anyone. First of all, the apartment was incredibly small - there was literally no space for luggage or suitcases, everything was cramped, and it felt claustrophobic. The boiler made loud, high-pitched noises for about 15 minutes after each shower, which was really annoying, especially when trying to sleep. Speaking of the shower, it was so tiny I couldn't even turn around in it, and I’m a slim person! It also got clogged really quickly. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The kitchen dishes were dirty and clearly hadn't been washed after the previous guests. I also found black hairs on the bed sheets, which was really off-putting. On top of that, the water in the sink smelled like rotten eggs, and after one day of using the tap water to brush teeth, I got diarrhea, so I ended up brushing my teeth with bottled water. The only good thing about this place was its location in the center of town, but honestly, that doesn’t make up for all the other issues. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
• Aidan (7/5): Good - The location is good,beside bars and restaurants. The shower was hot and you can cook if you wanted to, the price was okay. To find the apartment is difficult, I don’t understand why there isn’t a number of the building outside, plus Google Maps only takes you to the street, not the apartment. The apartment is very very small, it’s okay for a weekend break, the shower is also very small, the neighbours are noisy also.
• Predrag (1/5): I don't recommend it to anyone. - It's not even 12m2. An adult cannot use the toilet, because there is no room. The relationship is extremely incorrect. We waited for three hours, in January on the street, and no one appeared to open the box for us. Box was wet with water and urine. I don't recommend it to anyone.
• Stirling (5/5): Passable - location and it had everything you needed. Wow this place is small. Cute, if you compare it to a jail cell. the bathroom is about 1.5 square metres. The whole check in / getting the keys was a bit of a nightmare as they use a lockbox and don’t mention that next to this lockbox there are half a dozen other ones, so which one do you select. Would I stay here again, definitely not. Also the address on the confirmation email does not contain a street NUMBER, so on Google maps it took me to a place 200m down the street.

• Joanna (7/5): Good - The apartment is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. It is well equipped (could have a kettle though) and comfortable. It was small but tidy. The localisation is really great (metro station is near so it is easy to get to the other parts of the city). There is a lot of shops, restaurants, bars etc. nearby. Some girls took the keys to my apartment from the key box and I had to wait for them for a long time to get it back. Then they gave me the wrong key and argued that I'm trying to enter their apartment. It was them who made a mistake - they misread their instructions and they occupied my apartment. Therefore, I think the process of getting the keys should be reconsidered by the owner because the whole situation was really annoying.

• Ariane (9/5): Superb - I like that it has kitchen and airconditioning. we were aboe to cook and make coffee. the host is very kind we get 1 hr extra before we check out. we probably want to get back there. also it is very close to everything. very recommendable.
