- Nicki Baker (10/5): - We first stayed here in September 2025. We are a couple in late 40s/early 50s and we're looking for somewhere to relax, having spent the week before on the peloponese visiting the ancient sites. We had the ground floor A1 Aphros apartment (on the right hand side as you stand with your back to the pool). Comfortable bed, large bathroom, very clean, great black out shutters and good aircon and wifi. The shared washing machine, was a bonus. Our room was cleaned 3 times during our 1 week stay. Lots of little welcome goodies, including water, wine and pastries on arrival. The hosts were available but not intrusive, and when we had a small breakage (our fault), this was fixed very quickly. We were lucky enough to spend our week with some lovely people staying in the other apartments, But each room has its own seating area if you prefer your space. Its around a 10 min walk down to the beach front and main area for tavernas and a few shops. The lane to the property is a steady incline. We hired a car and there is space to park 2 or 3 small cars. In May 2026, we came back with our family and booked all 4 apartments, so have had the chance to see them all. The other ground floor apartment, Nereus, is a little smaller but with an equally well equipped kitchenette, bathroom and a seating area to the side. 1st floor (right hand side), Galene is more like a suite, with the kitchen and lounge areas more separated from the bedroom area. This apartment also has a lovely balcony with a sea view, and 2 bathrooms. Finally, 1st floor (left hand side), Thalassa aparment has a large balcony to the front with sea and pool veiws and 2 further balconies to the side. Once again on this stay, the rooms were very clean on arrival and bins, floors, towels and bedding cleaned/changed a couple of times during our 1 week stay. Our 19 year old and her friend are NOT the tidiest of guests! So I thank the lovely lady who looked after the rooms, for being very forgiving of this. The sauna, jacuzzi rooms are not in use. We didnt mind, but it might have been an added treat when we had one day of rain in May.

- Kathleen (9/5): - Location was great, pool was lovely and clean, staff were really nice. Aircon was really good! The first aid kit was well stocked and this proved invaluable to us during the stay! We found it to be a great base for us over the holiday. Parking situation could be better (enough room for 2/3 cars, but 4 apartments), we found the bed very uncomfortable but if you like a hard mattress it’ll be fine for you, no toaster in the room which was a shame
- Nicki Baker (10/5): Cant wait to go back! - Stayed in the groundfloor A1 apartment, first week in Sept 25. Lots of extras on arrival, water, tea coffee, wine and sweet treats. The whole place, inside and out, was emaculately clean. It was also cleaned another 3 times during the week. Spacious bathroom. Comfrtable bed with good quality bedding, good aircon and wifi. The shared washing machine was a bonus. The hosts were delightful and there if we needed them. Great pool. Lovely sunrise veiws. Around 10 min stroll to the beach and tavernas. Bit of a hill on way back, but not too streuous. Would definately stay again. In fact we have already booked for May. All 4 appartments this time as voming with family. Nothing we didnt like.

- Christiana (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful villa 5 mins from Katelios - Superb location, 5 mins walk away from the main beach. Extremely quiet, felt very private even with other guests in the complex. Facilities felt super clean, and the extra touches that the hosts left in the villa (wine, sweets), were really lovely. We were given fresh towels every other day even when we didn’t expect it. Our host were able to accommodate our late check in with zero issues. Overall it was a really excellent stay, would absolutely stay here again!

- John (9/5): - Great location, with a number of restaurants, small stores within walking distance. The apartment was cleaned/serviced a number of times during our week long stay. The peace and tranquility is on a different level and the grounds are well maintained - with ample chairs/sun loungers by the pool. - Andrew (10/5): Quality and peaceful stay - Gorgeous, peaceful and with beautiful views towards the sea. Only 4 apartments which are adult only. Loads of good quality pool furniture with ample space. Immaculately kept clean by Xenia. Demitri and Christina were on hand nearly everyday to see if everyone was happy or needed anything. Fab gifts on arrival. Candle, cakes and wine. The cakes kept coming all through our stay and we completely blame our weight gain on the Okeanis team. nothing really to dislike. Maybe could have benefitted from a microwave but other than that it was perfect for us.

- AMANDA (10/5): Fabulous place and owner. 100% recommendation! - Clean and bright room. Pool right outside patio doors. Little kitchen was ok for preparing sandwiches etc. we ate out every evening. Dimitri, the owner is an absolute diamond of a fella. Comical and intelligent. My partner spent an hour washing down the pool area. They had right good old chat. Dimitri gave him wine for his help. Oh and the fridge has water and excellent wine on arrival. He also gives biscuits and cakes to guests. The lovely Selena who helped with cleaning etc. is a real troooer. Nothing too much bother. Loved it!

- Szymon (10/5): - Dzięki opcji "tylko dla dorosłych" to bardzo spokojne miejsce. Idealne do odpoczynku. Apartament, choć to właściwie pokój z łazienką, zapewnił wystarczająco dużo miejsca na 3 tyg. pobyt dla pary. Dobra lokalizacja, 5 min. spacerem do plaży, restauracji i barów. Dzięki temu można łatwo skorzystać z atrakcji Kateleios nie narażając się na odgłosy z głównej ulicy, gdy chce się odpocząć. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami i szybkie rozwiązywanie ewentualnych próśb. Częste wymiany pościeli i ręczników. Duża dbałość o czystość otoczenia i basenu. Zabrakło szafy z pułkami, dostępna była tylko opcja z wieszakami. Przy dłuższym pobycie to mały kłopot. Przydałaby się także mała kuchenka do gotowania.
- De Fabianis (8/5): Struttura tranquilla, posizionata in una buona posizione. Esperienza complessiva positiva. - La struttura è nuova e ben curata. La camera era attrezzata con l'occorrente per colazione o pasti take away (non ci sono pentole o fornelli) con: bollitore, frigorifero, macchine per il caffè, piatti, posate, bicchieri... C'erano vari appoggi per guardaroba e per prodotti bagno ed era presente un buon asciugacapelli. Erano presenti gli asciugamani per la piscina oltre a lenzuola e asciugamani bango. Presente anche il climatizzatore che in alcune notti è stato indispensabile. La posizione rispetto alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti e ai 2 minimarket è buona. La camera sembrava pulita al nostro arrivo, ma le pulizie durante il soggiorno sono state sporadiche. MI è venuto il dubbio che forse non fosse così pulita nemmeno al nostro arrivo, ma era complessivamente accettabile, perchè altrimenti ce ne saremmo accorti subito, anche se per il prezzo pagato, forse la pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore. Diciamo che c'è margine di miglioramento.

- Angela (9/5): - Spotlessly clean, well-situated, easy 8 mins walk to the beach and restaurants but far enough away to feel peaceful. Beautifully planted and kept gardens all around. Katelios retains its 'Greekness' with no huge hotels - we loved it. We had pool to ourselves the whole time we were there. Only thing to keep in mind is, there is no hob or microwave. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, kettle, several gadgets for coffee-making and a toaster. As this is a 'self-catering' apartment, the addition of a small hob would have made it perfect.

- Les (9/5): Almost perfect stay for a relaxing couple of weeks. - Perfect location, easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very clean. Blackout shutters. A couple of minor problems resolved quickly. Limited space around pool, one side is in the shade of the building in the afternoon. Not much socialising space - we were travelling with friends. No plastic glasses for use near pool. I like a hard bed, but ours was rock solid. I prefer Roman Steps to ladders in a hoilday pool. Wi-Fi was a bit iffy.

The property has the feeling of a traditional villa with a lot of nice touches to the building that give it character. The owners Christina and Dimitris are very helpful and easy to contact. The cleaning lady was also very polite and did a lot of work to keep everywhere looking spotless. The pool was excellent and we were lucky to mostly have it to ourselves even in high season. A ten minute walk to Katelios down lovely lanes where you will see the countryside and wildlife. A feeling of real Greece and an atmosphere of calm. Leaving
- Chris (10/5): A wonderful stay - can’t wait to return! - We have just come back from ten days at Okeanis. We had a lovely ground floor apartment - modern, clean, well maintained and a comfy bed. Lots of outside space with the pool and sunbeds right outside our door. The pool was wonderful!. Just four couples at the apartments at full occupancy. Quite often we had the pool to ourselves as the other couples were out exploring. Really loved that it was adults only. A short walk 10 minute to restaurants, beach and mini market. Slightly longer walk back as there is quite a steep hill. The bars and restaurants were happy to arrange a taxi back and on one occasion that we couldn’t get a taxi, one of the restaurant waiters gave us a lift back! The owner Dimitris and manager Christina were great! Good communication before we arrived and so helpful while we were there. We would love to return! Nothing apart from the steep walk back from the beach and restaurants.

- Gisella (10/5): PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT! Will be returning! - This property was absolutely perfect! From the communication prior to booking, to the location, the rooms, and of course the pool! The place only has 4 apartment rooms, so feels extremely intimate, and most days you have your own private pool when other guests are out for the day. The rooms are a very good size, we stayed in the Galene suite, which boasted a big king sized bed, open plan kitchen and living space and two full bathrooms with showers in both. This suite was top floor so also had a lovely balcony looking over the pool and the sea in the distance. The room has 2 aircon boxes, a fridge and basic appliances for making breakfast each morning. The rooms get cleaned and refreshed mid week, and the host Demitris is super helpful and lovely. The location (Kateleios) was ideal, only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach which had a great selection of lovely restaurants and bars, places to hire a boat or book day activities. This was also a 20 minute drive to the town Skala which is so nice - loads of restaurants, great beach and bars. The only note I can think of would've been some fresh beach towels would have been nice, but besides that, it was all superb.

- Michelle (10/5): Perfect Stay At Okeanis - The property is located in a quiet part of Katelios, however it's within a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Spacious apartment with a decent sized shower room. The apartment had a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, efficient aircon, flatscreen tv, safety deposit box and hairdryer. Opted for a first floor apartment with a balcony/seaview. The pool was a decent size with enough loungers/sun shades for each apartment. The complex was kept spotless clean and the communication from the owners was very fast, efficient and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Okeanis in June 2024 and would book again if returning to Katelios. Nothing!

It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants which on the way back was on a slight incline, the last 20m it is quite steep. But worth it for the the quiet location. Dimitri was very friendly and very helpful. Nothing to put here, it was great.

- Rosalind (10/5): Stunning - Stunning! We're used to accommodation in Greece being clean but basic - but Dimitri and family have put a lot of thought into making this somewhere beautiful to stay. Love that it is adults only, too - sometimes we all need that 😊 Will definitely be back! The only possible drawback for some is the hill walk back from the beach - if you struggle with walking, recommend you hire a car, bike eg.
- Bob (9/5): An excellent week at this superb apartment complex (4 apartments) - Lovely apartment and facilities. Dimitris was very helpful when we needed him, a minor issue with an electric socket, and getting locked in (misunderstanding). Highly recommend this facility. Lovely views towards the beach area and the mountains. The bathroom was the best we've ever had in Greece, we've been going for 25 years! A very comfortable bed as well. The only negative for us specifically, was the steepness of the road for the final 50 metres before you reach the apartments. I says specifically as my wife and I are both over 70, and my wife was recovering from a medical issue. Walking up the steep road was an effort for my wife and sometimes for me. If you're otherwise fit and healthy it shouldn't be a problem.
