• Jose (5/5): Unresponsive host (or wrong answers). Lack of basics (dishwasher, scrubber, even a laundry rack!) - Easy to collect the keys. Clear instructions to access the property Only one set of keys was provided. Quite unpractical for a group with different plans and timings

• Charles (8/5): Good ,but disappointed at the long delay in access. - After a number of emails and phone calls to try and resolve an error in booking. I have asked for a refund as there were only 2 people staying not 3 as put on the log in. This meant we could not fill in the on line link, so we could not access property . Took 45 mins of calls before we could enter. I am still waiting confirmation of refund .as was charged for 3 ! Should have been 2. No one has sent any explanation or apology. Shame as apartment was comfortable .

• Jeeda (9/5): Superb - the cleanliness of the apartment, it has everything you need . beautiful area nothing i didn't like but we have arrived very late and wished to find water bottles to drink the same night as all supermarkets around were closed .. orher than that everything was good

• Teressia (10/5): Exceptional - the location is in the central, its just a few metro station from duomo, the room was good and the water pressure is great, they also have washing machine which is a plus point overall the room was great they didn’t provide any dishwasher soap but its not a big problem

• Mark (9/5): Excellent location, clean and modern apartment ideal for exploring Milan. - Very near to metro, clean, modern apartment with lovely balcony. Supermarket opposite and secure location. Would benefit from few more everyday items in the kitchen. Sofabed needed adjusting as very tight to open and close.
