Neil (10/5): Happy Travellers - From the moment we arrived all members of staff delightful helpfull happy smiling. Always on hand to assist Paticularly liked the assistance with cof fee machines etc at the self service breakfast. Our room was clean comfortable and well equipped for our stay. We booked several months ago and the price we paid was excetional value for money and couldnt go wrong with the hot free breakfast. There was nothing at all.

Originally thought I had a good price but with the parking fees I would not have booked if I had known. Also beds were too springy. Prefer hard beds. Struggled to sleep comfortably. elainekK7738ET (4/5): Not airport hotel - Location: Not close to the airport or the train station that we had searched for. Had to get taxis costing £15 each way.. Not possible to walk as there were no pedestrian route. Hotel: room 114 was poor decorative order. Bed side lamp shade was a mess as though someone had fallen into it and needed replacing, stains on carpet and generally felt grubby. Shower room needed an update. Staff: were all lovely and very friendly and can’t fault them at all. Breakfast: was good with decent selection of hot and cold food. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again and the airport reference in the title shouldn’t have been included as it is not located close to it so really put us out as this is what we needed.

Should not have airport in the hotel title. Rooms were poor decorative order and very tired. Everything seemed grubby.
Angela (10/5): Great staff, service, and accommodation - The staff were exceptional, especially Steven, on reception, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious & comfortable. There was an excellent choice for breakfast and we ate there in the evening too. We would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly return. Close proximity to the airport and the venue where we were attending a wedding. The shuttle service was superb too! There was nothing we didn't like

MrMack83 (10/5): Father / Son trip to the UK - Fantastic stay. Had to get used to having just a fan for AC which was hilarious and a bit of a culture shock coming from the US to the UK. Would stay again. Hotel is right next to the airport and a 5 min drive by shuttle to hotel. I would highly recommend using the shuttle. It’s a big difference from paying £6 for it compared to £16 by traditional taxi.

MARIA (10/5): I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone. Credit to all the staff. - The room especially the bathroom was immaculately clean. The reception staff especially Stephen was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Noise was not much of an issue, temperature of the room was pleasant. Breakfast was awesome, so much choice, no complaints there and the breakfast staff were great and really helpful. There was no toilet brush. We found the evening menu a little misleading and the standard of food was not to our expectations. The dining room was really cold due to the weather conditions at the time of our staff.

I had mixed up the Holiday Inn and thought this was the one at the terminal but when I found out it wasn’t I rung through to the Hotel and the staff very helpful and gave me a number for a shuttle service which came to collect me from the wrong hotel and it was only £5 . Absolutely superb . The next morning I got the same shuttle service and got to the terminal in very good time. A little far out, but this was resolved by the use of a local shuttle service.
