Herath (1/5): Went for relaxation, but got a nightmare - Nothing was good there. I booked this hotel through Booking.com with the “Pay at the Property” option, but soon after, I received a call demanding a 50% advance payment. This completely defeats the purpose of the selected payment option. To make matters worse, they even attempted to cancel my booking, claiming they had another guest willing to pay upfront. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would not recommend!
