- Rafael (4/5): Dark dirty room and bathroom at more expensive offers than similar Riads in the zone. - I am usually very favorable in reviews, but there was little to remark as good in the Riad Fes Lile. The breakfast was plentiful and location is great. The property is really not luggage-friendly. Unless you are carrying only a backpack, you are in for a hassle: about a hundred meters to walk after the car drop off, and then climbing ultra narrow stairs. All that effort is greeted with a room without any windows and a bathroom designed to be anything but comfortable: using the toilet requires you to put your feet inside the shower, and hold the dirty curtain so it doesn’t rest in your lap, but you cannot open it as it is blocked by the overhead light. Inside the shower, you are faced with irregular walls and a non-lockable shower douche, which ends up spraying water all over the bathroom. I assume that is why, instead of a towel to step out of the shower, you get a filthy plastic rug that has been stepped on by dirty shoes, and you are expected to walk out on them from the shower. The faucets were rusty and dirty. I was allowed to leave my bags on checkout day at the “reception” (which is really the dining area), when I returned I asked to use a bathroom and they just walked me into another person’s room to use theirs. To top all that, the cost was almost twice as nicer Riads also within the Medina that were booked by others in our party. I am usually very favorable with my reviews and tend to find plenty of good things to say, but I cannot in good faith recommend this riad to anyone staying in Fes. I honestly can’t understand all the good reviews.

Lo que pasó es que, al llegar, h habiendo contactado en múltiples ocasiones con Aya, nos dicen que NO tenían las 4 habitaciones reservadas. En ese momento, nos ofrecieron albergar a 4 personas en otro Riad, a lo que dijimos que no, ya que queríamos estar todos juntos. Fue un caso de overbooking clarísimo que, se resolvió albergándonos a todos en el Riad Qamar Fes, pero que demuestra una falta de formalidad importante por parte de la gestión del Riad Fes Lile. Nella nostra stanza (Chefchaouen) era presente una grossa macchia di muffa sulla parete, coperta da un telo (allegata foto). - pulizie nella stanza non quotidiane - non forniti prodotti per bagno/doccia, contrariamente a quanto specificato nei servizi - malfunzionamento del wi-fi - struttura poco pulita: 3 volte il gatto ha defecato proprio davanti alla porta della nostra stanza (allegata fotografia) - personale scortese: sollecitato a far pulire gli escrementi del gatto, ci è stato risposto: "è solo un animale, cosa ci posso fare? Se non ti piace vai via". - accetta solo pagamenti in contanti

La localisation est très bonne, on a fait tout Fès à pied. Un petit effort à faire pour améliorer la propreté dans les couloirs et dans la salle de bain.

- Aline (8/5): Experiência imersiva em Fes - Funcionários muito queridos, a limpeza do local é excelente e o café da manhã bem servido. Ficar neste riad dentro da medina é uma experiência imersiva para quem quer conhecer a verdadeira Fes Estávamos de carro e o estacionamento ficava a cerca de 10 minutos de distância do riad. Não é permitido estacionar na medina, e este estacionamento é privado e pago a parte. Vale ressaltar que um novo estacionamento esta sendo construído logo ao lado do riad, mas não sei dizer a previsão de conclusão.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our visit. Our room was a good size with a well-designed layout and a comfortable bed, plus a nice bathroom. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this Riad to everyone.

Estavam sempre preocupados em saber se estavamos bem, na primeira noite levaram-nos a jantar para não nos perdermos. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia.

Ayant réservé au départ pour le riad Fes Lile, ma femme et moi avons été changé de riad pour une chambre dans le riad mitoyen appelé riad Fes Élite. C'est dans ce riad que nous avons passé une nuit. Les serviettes de bain étaient sales, la salle de bain tachetée de moisissures, il y avait une odeur d'égout omniprésente, surtout dans la salle de bain. Les draps étaient trop petits pour la taille du lit et il n'y avait qu'une seule couverture et même pas de couette. Nous avons eu froid et nous avons payé le prix de l'autre riad qui était plus cher. D'autres voyageurs nous ont dit qu'il leur était arrivé la même chose. A fuir absolument !

- enrique (2/5): Evitar este riad las fotos no corresponden. - La decoración. Pues cuando llegamos a uno de los amigos le dicen que no tienen habitación disponible y que le tienen que realojar en otro Riad cercano, La sorpresa es que en la puerta de al lado tienen otro cochambroso y una habitacion con cama sin sabana y solo una manta, o sea una habitación cochambrosa, como solo era una noche y el resto estaba en sus habitaciones opto por malpasar la noche. La sorpresa es que llega al móvil que habíamos cancelado la reserva. A todo esto por esa habitación solo bajo 5 eur. Evitar este riad.
- Ana (1/5): Decepcion - Pesimo no se como pueden ofrecer este tipo sw alojamiento no se correspondia con las fotos,la persona que nos atendio un mal educado q se ofendio porque no queriamos comer donde el proponia y para colmo cancelo mi reserva para quedarse con la comision alegando cambio de fechas mientras estaba alojada en su riad.

Nice and cosy room, lovely local decor, comfy bed, spacious bathroom, clean and working air conditioning made it a very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast, good WiFi.

- Tim (10/5): Warm, spacious and friendly Riad from which to go out and explore the Medina. - We loved this Riad, wonderful location, great building, plenty of space in our (superior) bedroom, and naturally charming and friendly staff. We ate several meals all of which were excellent and generally we could not fault the place. A really good stay.

- Dominik (1/5): - Total unfreundliches Personal, aggressiver Unterton. Toilette total dreckig! Laut wie verrückt, weil die Besitzer rum gebrüllt haben. Türen wurden ständig geknallt. Leute haben sich lautstark an der Rezeption beschwert. Es stinkt nach Katzenurin, um das Riad und in dem Riad. Das Rooftop unter aller Würde. Wir sind dann abgezogen und sind in ein anderes Riad gezogen. Riad wurde dann bei Booking.com kostenlos, vom Besitzer, storniert. Geld gab es aber nicht vollständig zurück!
- Jose (10/5): El mejor Riad donde nos hemos alojado en Marruecos - El mejor sitio en el que nos hemos alojado en Marruecos. El trato ha sido increíble en todo momento. Si cenas allí, hay que avisar esa mañana ya que van a comprar cada día el producto fresco. Tiene una terraza increíble des de donde se puede apreciar la Medina. Es una autentica maravilla, volvería sin duda.

- Daved (10/5): Ce fut un séjour très agréable et relaxant. - Personnel très sympathique et serviable. La signalisation pour accéder au riad était excellente : partout dans la médina, des indications avec des flèches sur les murs facilitaient le retour. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon.

Impossible de rêver d’un meilleur emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied de la médina. Nous avons adoré nous installer sur la terrasse pour admirer le coucher du soleil.

- Valeria (10/5): - Това е, може би най-хубавият риад, в който отседнахме в Мароко. Много удобно разположение, в тих район, близо до заведения и кафенета. Но, най- доброто нещо в риада е Мохамед- справя се изключително с работата си! Той ни чакаше, за да ни упъти към риада, даде ни препоръки, погрижи се за всичко, от което имахме нужда, дори стана много рано сутринта да ни направи кафе, когато тръгвахме! Благодарим!

Linda, gattina mascotte del Riad, da valore all'esperienza e c'è ne siamo innamorati subito. Il Riad si trova in un vicolo chiuso e al nostro arrivo ci ha fermato un tizio dicendo di conoscere il Riad e di farci da guida. Nonostante il nostro rifiuto,la sera della nostra partenza ci ha chiesto soldi per averci accompagnati alla porta.

- RICCARDO (10/5): - Host Mohammed che parla italiano è molto disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti in tutte le situazioni ( check in aereo - per informazioni sulla città - per il trasferimento all' aeroporto, ecc.) colazione varia abbondante e buona. La posizione è comoda per il souk e per gli spostamenti, il taxi è vicino nella piazza.Camera comoda ed accogliente e buono anche il wifi. La terrazza è provvista di due spazi, un salottino chiuso molto accogliente con divani e la parte aperta con tavoli sedie e ombrelloni. Rapporto qualità prezzo 10 e lode, per un'altra vacanza a Fes tornerei sicuramente da Mohammed. Niente

- Maria (7/5): Good option for short stays - The property is located in the Medina of Fes, practically a great point to explore the city by foot. Staff was polite and helpful. Be careful with people offering to take you to the hotel, they often bring you to different place and ask you to stay there instead in the hotel you already booked and even ask to be tipped for walking around with you even in case you never asked for that. Riad Lile is a nice place, swimming pool is practically at the reception desk where also breakfast is being served. It's quite difficult to get in, you always have to knock, call and wait, but for short stays it's bearable. Generally place seems to be quiet, but during my stay there were some girls talking loudly and laughing late at night which was not very pleasant even when I couldn't sleep because of a health issue I had that night.

- Skip Haring (7/5): Rustig verblijf en vriendelijk personeel - Het was aangenaam rustig. Vriendelijk personeel en een goed en traditioneel ontbijt. Er waren werkzaamheden op het moment maar werkte heel rustig en zacht rekening houdend met gasten. Geen last van gehad.
