yvonne (7/5): Preis-Leistung war nicht ok - Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet. Im Bereich Küche und Bad war alles vorhanden. Der Anlagekomplex ist gut aufgebaut mit dem Pool und dem Wellnessbereich. Die Betten sind zu klein. 140x180 zu eng für 2 Personen. Kein Schirm oder Markisse auf dem Balkon vorhanden. Im Sommer bei starker Sonne kann man hier nicht sitzen. Die Anlage liegt ausserhalb vom Ortszentrum Villajoyosa. ein Auto ist ein muss hier. Um die fertige Anlage (zu denen 4 Häuser zählen) ist gut Aber um diese Anlage herum gibt es sehr viele Baustellen mit Baulärm. In dem einen Schlafzimmer und der Garten welches zur Straßenseite gerichtet sind und sich hier eine Baustelle befindet, ist von Montag bis Freitag ab 7 bis 17 Uhr Baulärm und Samstag bis mittags, welcher nicht unerheblich ist. Um das ganze Karree sind noch weitere Baustellen, welche aus meiner Sicht auch noch eine Weile andauern werden. Ich hatte bereits vorher über Booking Olga kontaktiert und nachgefragt, ob es noch Baumaßnahmen mit Baulärm geben würde (weil ich über Googlemaps) noch Baukräne angezeigt bekommen habe. Sie schrieb mir nur im oberen Teil, davon würde man aber nichts oder nur sehr wenig hören, welches definitiv nicht der Fall gewesen ist. Ich habe Olga 2x kontaktiert aber es kam keine Reaktion zurück. Für diesen Baulärm hätte es eine Entschädigung geben müssen aber gar nicht zu reagieren ist schon eine Frechheit.
Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and very well thought out. Well-equipped kitchen. Spa a good option for when the weather is not great ( we visited in winter). Olga is very accommodating and communication was excellent.
