• Claire (10/5): - Lovely, clean apartment, centrally located. 15 min walk from Termini in the Monti district. Within walking distance of the Colosseum, great restaurants and exceptional gelatto. We enjoyed the apartment and district immensely.
• Kristine (6/5): - Den lå meget godt, lige ved coloseum og i gå afstand til alt. Kunde service var godt. Der var ret beskidt, fx var der gamle mad rester i gaflerne. Plus der er en roof top bar lige ved siden af som larmer meget højt hver nat så lidt svært at sove. Døren udefra er meget sværd at åbne og badeværelses døren kan ikke lukkes

• T. (9/5): Superb - Very close to Cavour Metro station. Hardly 10 min walk to Collosseum. Good location. A number of restaurants and takeaway places nearby. The apartment is good for 2 adults. Nice inner courtyard. Comfortable bed. A pleasant cool environment inside ( temperature ). The insides are old, probably to give a rustic feeling. The decor and facilities didn't match with the rent. Unsure if it's an Italian way or I am being too picky. There is an odd smell (not bad odour, probably dampness), probably due to plumbing or ventilation issues.
• Evan (8/5): Very good - Excellent little apartment, very clean and great facilities in a brilliant location Only negative was being charged for checking in after 8pm. I don't think you should charge people for arriving at this time, after 11pm is fair enough but 8pm is too early
• Mitchcain94 (8/5): Very good - Great location, lots of food and drink places really close by and some great recommendations from Andrea who met us to hand over the keys. The room was exactly how it is described on the website and it has all the facilities you need Possibly more windows to let in more natural light but u understandably that isn’t straight forward.
• Fui (6/5): Everything was fine except for the attitude of this particular “host”. - Spacious and comfortably furnished The attitude of the young man who was the contact person. The electricity supply was tripped due to a faulty adaptor in the unit. We had to phone for help but the guy manning the phone said he’ll instruct us how to turn the supply back on. Which we followed but wasn’t successful. His office is just literally 30 seconds away. He came over, slammed open/shut the many fuse boxes & then without a word stalked away. I tried to stop him to ask for toiletries which was not supplied & he said that the housekeeping have been contracted to 5 different companies. So, if we were not provided sufficiently, we need to buy them ourselves including toilet tissues.
• Andreevski (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very good we were close to colosseum and lots of food restaurants Be ready to pay 50$ if you arrive one minute after 11 no understanding from the owner that we have late flight..He straight up told us whatever you do you take taxi or train or bus you will have to pay 50$ our flight arrival time was 10:35 and his policy is till 11 25$ after 11pm 50$ no understanding whatsoever…even though we checked out the last day at 6am and paid 500$ for the stay 3 nights i even asked if he can accommodate us somehow he refused …be ready to not have clean towels after the first day…noone messaged noone asked how we r doing for the entire stay if we need anything…we didn’t even have bottle of water in the fridge at arrival…we wanted to let someone know we r checking out early emailed them noone replied …we left the key in the room and left…i usually don’t leave reviews however this kind of customer service really got me upset even before we arrived to Rome.I spoke to the owner asked him about the late arrival and possible understanding and accommodation from him but he ironically refused …
• Bradley (5/5): Meh - The neighborhood is nice and it's a convenient location. The place is spacious. No windows!!! I was very frustrated that far too little soap was provided (enough for one day, and I booked four). When I booked, they sent a message asking for all this detail about my travel... then on my travel day I barely heard from them and it made getting checked in to the place difficult. Also, though the place does look like the pictures, it's a very odd and unusual layout that feels quite uncomfortable. And there are no outlets within reach of the couch or the one side of the bed.
