• Ariana (10/5): Cozy, new, pleasant - We had a very pleasant welcome by the host, father of the owner. The room was really clean, neat, freshly renovated, and had all the necessities. It is also close to the center - walking distance to the main attractions.

• Angelica (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulito e nuovo. Letto comodo Abbastanza vicino al centro. Parcheggio in strada poco lontano dall’appartamento. Box doccia in bagno(cosa non scontata in Georgia 😂) Accessori del bagno di qualità bassa, quindi erano un po’ rotti. Difficile comunicazione con il proprietario, che è un vecchietto che non parla inglese.

• adam (10/5): The best! - We travelled around Georgia for two weeks and this was by far the nicest and best value guesthouse we stayed in. The room was immaculate it is ran by a lovely elderly man I don't know how he manages to maintain the standards that he does but you could really tell he cared about his guests and making their stay as good as possible. The room was clean, modern, had air conditioning, and spacious with a balcony could not recommend more! Thank you

• Mohammad (1/5): Bad - nothing, absolutely nothing our host is an old man who kept screaming in Georgian despite the fact that i explained to him i don't understand any word, gust house main door closing time is at 11:00 PM ,we lost the keys to our room and they gave us the spare key and charge us with 35% of he total cost of our stay, the bedsheets was not clean , the bed cover was not clean , bad smell in the bathroom, the bed itself is not comfortable, car parking was a nightmare in a very small alley
• Ana (8/5): Kutaisi nice place - The house is nice inside, clean and the old man who welcomed us was very nice. It is near the center of Kutaisi, so we can walk from there. They have a beautiful garden with fruit trees. The queen bed was not very comfortable.

• Vølødya (10/5): Superb stay, would recommend 100/10 - The location is superb, close to the city center. You can go by foot and be near the theatre in 7 mins. The host is superb, family was very welcoming and we had a good time talking about different things. The owner is such a good man, would go here again! If you need any recommendations, don't be afraid to ask the owner about. He will get you the best!

• Bungaku (10/5): comfortable stay - really comfy room with high ceiling and great balcony. There was a table with two chairs in the room so I could work comfortably. the balcony also has seating dragging the suitcase to second floor on a steep staircase wasn't fun but not a tragedy

• Jonathan (7/5): Good - Spacious, bright rooms with comfy beds and a shared terrace. Very nice, quiet neibourhood. Bathrooms are newly refurbished, but smelled like sewer. Not the cleanest.
• Stefanija (10/5): A nice and cozy hostel room with kind owners - it is exactly what is advertised – private room, private bathroom, shared kitchen, and access to a balcony. It was quite hot in Kutaisi so we enjoyed having an AC. It's nothing flashy, but nothing is lacking either. The soundproofing wasn't great, but Georgia is a pretty loud country, so I wouldn't expect peace and quiet in the first place.

• Anonymous (10/5): The owners of the hotel were very hospitable, treated us with their home-made wine. - The location is perfect. It’s a peaceful place with a small garden. The bedding could be better. There was no duvet cover, which was inconvenient. And the pillows were hard.
• Ievavilcinskaite (9/5): Kvara's House met my expectations! - The place looks like advertised (modern and spacious); upon arrival was a little bit cold but after request the heating was turned on The bed is not the most comfortable (it's hard and you can feel wires of the mattress); this place is not the best option for people who would like to use kitchen facilities; the knowledge of Russian language would be highly advised
