- Yuvant (3/5): Average - The caretaker did not even understand a single word neither he knew english nor he knew hindi. It becomes an inconvenient for tourists. You are running a business hence you should keep people who can actually communicate.

- Mahalaxmi (4/5): Bad maintenance in a good flat - The flat was good Kitchen no spoons. Very poor maintenance. The aquagard was leaking all through out. The flush in the second bathroom was leaking continuously. The caretaker would not pick up phone. Customer care had to be called for small problem. There were small cockroach around.

- Rajeshkumar (1/5): Bad - Only location In 1st place its not 2 BHK an single room alloted in terrace 2nd the room alloted was not with attached bathroom 3rd heater didn't work. 4th morning water was not there after multiple follow up's we got water supply 5th no tv in room. 6th, drinking water provided is not purified and seems straight from corporation supply. 7th water supply provided for bath and general usage is very muddy, can't use that.
