• Helen (8/5): Excellent communication from Gemma resolved an issue very quickly, probably a bit further to walk to the Winter Gardens - The property is lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, warm with everything you need. The house is maintained to a high standard but not all the other houses in the road are unfortunately.

Very comfortable beds and socket, beautiful apartment. Iron, ironing board, towels, coffee all readily available, was perfect and much better than initially expected!

• Judi (8/5): Very good - The apartment was lovely and comfortable. Very clean which is a bonus. Very basic for the standards. No draws to put your cloths in. Maybe a welcome pack of bread, biscuits etc. No instructions to the oven. Location Maybe a bit far from the town. Might seem petty but the little things matter
• Tracey (4/5): Disappointing stay - The property was secure with key fob access. Very hot weather and apartment had very small windows which made it quite unbearable. Parking was terrible as it was a very busy road.

• Bryony (10/5): Excellent apartment. - Apartment was better than I could have expected. Very clean, very spacious and extremely comfortable. Wish I had booked for longer than one night. Will definitely stay again. Absolutely nothing. Everything was as should be.

• Ceejay (9/5): would certainly stop again! - The apartment was very cosy, clean and just felt like home. we loved every bit but unfortunately the hot water went cold a few times but that was the only concern part from that I would definitely stop again.

We loved the style and boutique touches around and how spacious it was. Also the location was perfect. We will definitely be returning. The shower hose was leaking, nothing major just something to rectify so the water pressure is stronger.

• Victoria (10/5): We had a fab stay. - This apartment was very clean and in a great location. The bath room was fine for me my husband and son but no good for my elderly mother. She had to be helped out of the shower with it being over the bath.
