• - (10/5): - The property was very easy to find. The location is exceptional, exactly on the city center. The apartment was mint clean, and it includes all the accommodations you will need for a vacation. I highly recommend it and will surely choose it again when I visit Chalkida.

• Χρήστος (10/5): - Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο. Πλήρως λειτουργικό, υπερσύγχρονο, άνετο και καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης συνεννοήσιμος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και να λύσει κάθε απορία. Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας. Μια εξαιρετικλη επιλογή για διαμονή.
• Ραφαέλα (10/5): - Η διαμόρφωση του χώρου ήταν πολυ αρμονική και πολυ πρακτικό διαμέρισμα.. Όμορφα χρώματα και πολλές παροχές.. Είχαν προσθέσει πολλές λεπτομέρειες απο καφέ έως και χαρτί κουζίνας. Ότι χρειάζεσαι σε ένα σπίτι το είχε.. Η τοποθεσία άψογη, όλα ειναι κοντά. Μας άρεσε πολυ η διαμονή εκει με τον συζυγο μου και το παιδί μας , αν ξανά επισκεφθούμε την όμορφη Χαλκίδα σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε και πάλι το Live in Style. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες για την υπέροχη διαμονή.

It’s right on the promenade, with a great view, plenty of parking options, and many cafés and restaurants nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed. It is very well insulated, so it stays warm even in winter. The air conditioning works отлично, the bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are great. Most importantly, Spiros is an excellent host — responsive, attentive, and quick to help with anything needed

• Vicky (10/5): Nice clean place, great views and convenient location - The place: - was incredibly styled - was impeccably clean - had the best view in Halkitha - was conveniently located within walking distance to all the sights and shops. We would stay here again in a heartbeat ❣️ A couple of recommendations for the hosts: - to leave a few garbage bags for each bin for people staying more than a day. - to leave a new (not a used) dish sponge for each stay. - to leave a bed sheet and a light blanket. The Doona was nice but too hot and who wants to turn the air con on in the middle of winter?

Het is een mooi en net appartement met mooi uitzicht. - Niet voldoende kookgerief zoals voldoende potten en pannen om te koken en over het algemeen te weinig keukengerief zoals mes, meer houtenlepels, pollepel, geen afwaszeep, ed. Kortom niet voldoende zonder zelf extra aankopen te moeten doen.
• Δημητρης (10/5): Πανέμορφη Σουίτα στο κέντρο της Χαλκιδας - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο! Ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει πάρκινγκ σε περίπτωση που έχετε αμάξι. Το δωματιο ήταν καθαρό ,πολυ ωραία διαρυθμισμενο και με ωραία διακόσμηση! Μέσα είχε ότι μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί ακόμα και εάν θέλει να κάτσει μέρες στην Χαλκίδα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι...

• Stefan Weibel (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage - Die Wohnung ist hervorragend gelegen und sehr komfortabel. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist sehr gut und der nächste Strand und Beachclub ist fussläufig zehn Minuten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmeile sind quasi vor der Tür. Die Klimaanlage ist effizient und leise. Christina war immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr gut unterstützt. Von Booking.com erhält man am Tag der Anreise eine Email mit Details zur Wohnung. Darin wird eine zweite Email erwähnt mit dem Türcode, die zwei Stunden vor dem Chickin kommen soll. Die kam aber nicht. Die Information war nur über den Booking.com Chat bereitgestellt. Christina hat uns aber helfen können.

• Seger (10/5): Fantastisch appartement in hartje Chalkida - Fantastisch, ruim appartement in hartje Chalkida en direct aan de boulevard. Slim en mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Duidelijke instructies van de host. Je loopt zo de boulevard op, op wandelafstand van diverse winkels/restaurants en Chalkida is een uitstekend startpunt om de omgeving te verkennen. Via de host ook een parkeergarage incl korting ontvangen. Aanrader!

• Rozalina Plamenova (10/5): This marvelous apartment became one of our favourite places abroad! :) - This apartment is marvelous - ultra modern, clean, functional! And the view - no words to explain!!! We wanted to prolong our stay, but unfortunately it was booked… The beds (including the extra bed for the third person) were extremely comfortable. The host is so helpful - he was so kind to help us with some things which were not connected to the apartment, and allowed us to check-in earlier. If you stay there, be sure to try the nearby taverna “Delfinia”, which has excellent food and lovely staff. All being well, we will be back at this apartment next summer!

• Paulo (9/5): 5 star location and well furnished apartment - Excellent views and prime location. Everything in the apartment was like new and worked as expected. All the best restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. Finding the entry can be a little tricky, and there's a few flights of stairs if you have luggage. The air con was moderate for the size of the apartment, but there is a ceiling fan to help cool the bedroom as well.

The apartment is very insulated thermally and in terms of sound towards the street. The owner is very nice and answers questions quickly. The bed and pillows are very comfortable The bed and the pillows are very comfortable and of high quality, but the mattress has a synthetic cover that overheats . I would change to a cover where the outer fabric is cotton. It would be perfect and will still do the job

You have the possibility to wake up with the sea . The accommodation is very comfortable in. New and modern style. The host is very friendly send us a lot of information about the beaches, city, bars, restaurants and shops. We have a bottle wine, water , coffee and tee.
