• Julia (9/5): Bright and cozy apartment in Saburtalo - The apartment is very nice, clean, cozy and there are a lot of various shops and cafes around. You can easily pick a taxi right next to the entrance, and there are several bus stops around. It was generally comfortable staying there, not too noisy even though the windows face the avenue. The wifi is stable and fast, there's almost everything you need - a fridge, a microwave, utencils, a kettle, a washing mashine, a small ironing board and an iron. I had troubles getting into the apartment because the code lock broke, but the host helped me - thank you very much for that! It worked like a charm after fixing, btw. I wouldn't say I didn't like something, the hosts did a great job - everything was nice, but I'd like to share a few tips to improve the stay for future guests. For the host - you can buy some washing mashine capsules or a detergent for the guests, for 1-2 uses. Otherwise you have a washing machine but you don't have anything to wash your clothes with, and you wouldn't buy the whole detergent pack especially when you're staying for a couple of days. A "welcoming" bottle of still water and a few teabags or coffee packs would be nice as well. There are guest slippers which is a nice touch, and if you add a shower gel/shampoo as well - the stay would be even better (especially for travellers who forget to take these things with them for some reason). Again, nothing critical - but the things above would make the stay even more pleasant!

• Liudmila (10/5): Спасибо, все отлично. - Мы проживали вдвоем с мужем в течение шести дней и шести ночей в этой квартире и можем отозваться о проживании только положительно. Это район Сабуртало, до метро около пяти минут ходьбы, станция Медицинский Университет. Рядом магазин Спар, кафе, аптеки, несколько обменников валюты. Место очень удобное. Квартира исключительно чистая, со свежим ремонтом, есть все необходимое для жизни. Кровать большая, двуспальная, матрас удобный, белье и полотенца чистые. На балконе можно курить, есть урна и пепельница, что для нас очень важно, так как мы с мужем оба курим. Есть веревки и прищепки для белья. Заселялись бесконтактно, хозяйка предоставила код от двери. Общение с хозяевами легкое и приятное, оплата как указано при бронировании. Нам все понравилось, квартиру рекомендую. Если еще приедем в Тбилиси и попадется этот вариант, возьмем без колебаний. Спасибо! Претензий не имею, все отлично.
