• NIKOLAOS (3/5): Πολύ καλή θέση, αλλά..... - Η τοποθεσία ήταν ότι έπρεπε για εξόρμηση στην πόλη με τα πόδια..Ακόμα και αν θέλατε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τα μέσα θα ήταν ιδανικό σημείο. Η πλήρη απουσία του ιδιοκτήτη από την διαδικασία ήταν απογοητευτική! Σε προηγούμενα της άφιξης μας μυνήματα δεν απάντησε κάτι το οποίο προκάλεσε αρχικά μια δυσφορία, ειδικά όσων αφορά την ανάγκη μας για parking. Το πρόβλημα όμως είναι ότι μέσα στον χώρο, που είναι πρακτικά καινούργιο σχετικά, το κρεββάτι ήταν χάλια.Δεν μπορούσες να γυρίσεις και ο θόρυβος που παρήγαγε με το παραμικρό πρέπει να ακουγόταν από τα διπλά διαμερίσματα. Το μπάνιο ήταν κακοφτιαγμένο με ένα stand νιπτήρα να αφήνει μικρό κενό με την πόρτα της ντουζιέρας και κατ'επεκταση ιδιαίτερα βρόμικα σε πολλά σημεία που ήταν αδύνατο να καθαριστούν! Στον τοίχο στον κύριο χώρο υπήρχε εμφανής μούχλα! Πιστεύω ειλικρινά ότι αν το δουν πιο ζεστά το θέμα της φιλοξενίας θα μπορούσαν να έχουν εκπληκτικό αποτέλεσμα βάση θέσης.

• Berna (7/5): Alles ok - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Anfangs hatten wir Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, da die Anleitung in einer Schublade versteckt war, aber das liess sich schnell klären. Der Hauseingang wirkt etwas schlicht, aber die Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit (per WhatsApp). Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt! -

• STILYANA (2/5): - Location is good, also there is a paid parking in the building. It was dirty, we didn’t know that you have to turn on the boiler by yourself to have hot water. The bed is very uncomfortable, my body was hurting in the morning. The pillow was hard and big, very cheap quality. We didn’t have bed sheets even and we have to sleep with the dirty cover with stains on it. It was nightmare. I don’t recommend even for one night.

• Esra (7/5): - Tesis yöneticisinin iletişimi ve tesisin konumunu sevdim.odada ikramların olması da ilk girişte iyi oluyor . Özel bir otoparkı yok ama etrafta park yeri bulmamız zor olmadı.yakinlarinda 24 saat açık market var. Yatak örtüleri ve yastıklarında nem kokusu vardi.o yüzden konforlu bir uyku olmadı bizim icin. Tesis yetkilisine bu durumu söyledim ilgileneceğini belirtti.

• Dannah (6/5): Pleasant - Location There was a bad plumbing problem and every one we had to use the shower or sink nasty water came out all over the floor. Got a mop to deal with this. But it was not a nice stay. Especially with a small child

• Danko (9/5): Good place to stay - Although the building outside the apartmant is not at its best, the space in front of the flat and the apartment itself were excellent. Everything worked well. The host responded to our request very quickly. The building is unusual and the area is ok, but not the best. However, it is conveniently located.
• Bojantr (8/5): Very good - Location No hot water for bath upon arrival, we lost abouth 45mins waiting boiler to warm up (4 of us). Instead sending instructions over booking app, host sent us instructions over Whatsapp disapearing messages and second day, we lost half hour searching for the internet to ask for door codes again. Dolce gusto wasn't working which we showed to host over video. After we left he asked us to give him 10 on booking and after we sad that we can't give him maximum rating, he denied all the allegationsbwe had and eaven sad that coffe machine (dolce gusto) is working. We think that isn't the way that host should treat he's guests.
• Toni (10/5): Exceptional - Very cozy, clean apartment equiped with the basics. Superb location, all city sights are within walking distance. There is parking in the building, which is an advantage in Thessaloniki.

• Goran (6/5): Pleasant - Location was really good. There is free street parking in the small streets around. That is mainly it. Too complicates self check in, it seemed almost like an escape room. Air in the room was horible, there was no oxigene, plus temperature was at least 25°C so we could not sleep. Even there were windows, too many curtains and sofa made window opening very hard so we had to turn on the AC. Problem was that smell it blew was cigarette-like, so we had to choose between two evel. Important thing for me, free street parking wasn't communicated at all (we were sent to 15-25€/d private parking), and there is planty of free parking, in the small streets around, just you need to catch the free spot.

• Piotr (10/5): Super place to spend a week in interesting and full of history Macedonia - NIK, the host - very helpful, communicative, responds with the speed of a thunderbolt. APPARTMENT - Very clean and new, spacious, well equipped : fridge, kitchen, iron with desk, washing machine with tumble dryer, even net againts flies and mosquitoes; the room is well lit, has many electric sockets, air conditioned; situated in the heart of the city but quiet, close to supermarket, bus stops, local bars, restaurants... Really, deserves high note... Nik, if you invest in a massage chair to relax after 8-10 hours of walking in the city/around, you would be unique and could easily go off the scale and get 12 points :-) N O T H I N G ! ! !
• Petya (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the city centre, but at the same time calm and quiet. Big room and bathroom, equipped with all needed. Very clean. Easy communication with the owner. I totally recommend.

• Rondinella (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and the host extremely responsive and helpful.
• Nemanja (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was like in pictures, good value for money, great host very helpful in every way. Apartment is very near to center and everything you need you can find in 5min walk. Only downside is but that's not hosts mistake, it's the nature of the building that window is like on the side of the building and next building is very near so there is not enough nature light during day, at least in winter, maybe it's different during spring and summer.

• Esmeralda (10/5): Better than a hotel - The host provided very detailed and helpful check-in instructions which really helped us get in by ourselves at night. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful during our stay, he helped us get back in to the apartment after accidentally closing the door without our keys. It took us a minute to figure out how the ac and boiler worked but that was really down to user error. The host helped us figure it out in no time but perhaps more detailed instructions in the folder provided would help future guests more.

• Zaklina (10/5): Shortly,it was nice and comfort stay....I recomend to all. - The location was very good, near the city centar, lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The owner Nick is very kind and at your disposal for everything you need in the apartment. My next stay in Thessaloniki, I will go to this apartment again. The only thing that I did not liked so much was the bed,it made lot of sound..., but Nik promise that he will buy new one :)

• Dilyana (10/5): Great value for money! - Very clean and cosy apartment. The host was very helpful and easily reachable via whatsapp. The flat had everything needed for a short and even longer stay. There was a parking right next to the building, which was very convenient if travelling by car. Bear in mind that it is not very close to the centre and you may need to walk a bit to reach it.
• Tamara (10/5): Great value for money. - Stay in the heart of Thessaloniki. Very attentive and helpful host perfectly clean and renovated apartment. We are sad that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy more this beautiful apartment. Totally recommend to everyone. There is no such thing
