• Corinne (7/5): Hele rustige buurt vlakbij het centrum - Locatie dichtbij het centrum Zeer oud, verwaarloosd huis, maar achter de voordeur van het appartement was een mooi opgeknapt appartement
• Jürgen (8/5): - Gute Lage schöne Unterkunft alles da Check in könnte besser bebildert sein. Schlüsselbox schwer zu finden. Könnte am der Türe angebracht werden und gut gekennzeichnet werden. Hat dann doch geklappt

• Monika (10/5): Wspaniałe miejsce. - To już nasz drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bliskość do centrum, przystanek minutę od mieszkania, czystość, spokój. Do tego bardzo pomocny i życzliwy właściciel. Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Serdecznie polecam. Nie było takiej rzeczy.

• kamsvåg (10/5): - Perfekt leilighet som er super sentral, gangavstand til alt solsiden, men også sentrum har å by på. Kommunikasjon med verten før, under og etter var helt fantastisk. Var ingenting å klage på!😊
• Trine-Lise (10/5): Meget sentral og fin leilighet - Ligger meget sentralt til på solsiden, med butikk og bakeri rett ved. Busstoppet til Værnesekspressen ligger også nært. Fin og koselig leilighet, var rent og ryddig.
• Jan (6/5): - Die Lager der Wohnung ist super. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und kann in dem Supermarkt nebenan alles notwendige einkaufen. Leider hat das Internet ab dem ersten Tag nicht funktioniert und man konnte uns auch nach 2 Tagen keine Abhilfe schaffen. Sehr blöd wenn man auf das Internet angewiesen ist. Die Wohnung ist nur oberflächlich sauber. Sobald man genauer hinschaut ist alles dich was dreckig. In der Wand gibt es an zwei Stellen große Löcher welche sehr notdürftig repariert wurden. Im Haus riecht es sehr stark nach rauch.
• Jacques (8/5): Nice apartment - Comfortable apartment well equipped. Well located close to shopping center and restaurants. Switching the lights is a challenge as it is managed by a central equipment without individual switch and without any instructions.
• Anastasia (6/5): I wouldn’t book it again but not a bad option - Pros: very good position, quiet at night Cons: no water boiler, the building outside looks bad, the garden in the front is not taken care of and dirty, the building inside is being rebuilt so it looks grimey, the apartment per se is not bad but there’s no water boiler , no radiator in the bedrooms , the curtain is not a shower curtain so when it gets wet it stinks, the apartment had a lot of dust on the bedside table and the wall decor
• Tjhilbers (8/5): Nice appartment close to city center - Nice appartment for 2-3p close to city center with all the facilities you need. Good shower and bathroom with washing machine and dryer (we didn't need it). The shower ventilator could use a cleanup. Kitchen allows for making making meals, ideal since the supermarket is around the corner. Interior of the living room was different than the pictures, and not all lights were working, but apart from that, no problems

• Tobias (8/5): Got what i expected wich was a really comfortable apartment - Modern and spacious enough Had all the utensils and cookware you would need You can open windows on both sides if you need a draft when its warm The shower is a little clunky The floor is not angled towards a drain so water puddles a little inside the shower and if water gets outside it its not the easiest to get rid off
• Bernadette (8/5): Very good - Good space very well located, nice host. Second room was a little too small for a full adult and made it difficult to sleep, but otherwise great for a kid. Clean and comfortable for a short stay in Trondheim.

• Robert (6/5): This place is not for everyone. Check it out very closely - The building is near shopping and restaurants if that is what you are in Trondheim for. This property is not set up for elderly people with two flights of incredibly steep and dangerous stairs to get up to the apartment with one of the handrails laying on the floor of the landing. Also a 5:00 pm check-in, yet a noon checkout? Also, there is no table or chairs to sit on, nor eat a meal, & the sofa is very low to the ground and old/soft. It is very difficult to get out of. The beds were not very comfortable (cheap), and the apartment was very hot when we arrived with minimal ways to cool it down. The washer & drier worked, but you had to unplug other things as to not blow the breaker. Kitchen utensils (once we found them) were limited, and the cupboards with plates (there were no bowls) require a height of at least 5' 10" to reach them. The door to the fridge has no handle, so you have to use your fingernails to open it. This is not all that is wrong with this place, and it is BY FAR the worst place we stayed during our 14 days in Norway. It is mind-boggling how this property could have such a high rating on Booking.com. I think the many "excellents" and 8 & 9's that have no supporting information nor comments should be deleted! This apartment is something you would expect a young student on a tight budget to be living in, NOT elderly vacationers visiting Trondheim. The owners tried to fix it up with a remodel, and it is very 'Chick and modern' in initial appearance (photos)'. But those pictures are somewhat deceiving and there are no pictures of the stairs, nor the graffiti-covered buildings of the surrounding neighborhood. Sorry to the owners for the bad review, but this one needs to be flagged for future travelers as it is not suitable for everyone, especially the elderly. The reason I chose it was because it was one of the very few places that had 2 beds, instead of a sofa bed like most other places.
• Anonymous (8/5): Cozy refugium for unwinding - The apartment felt like home: it was cozy and comfortable. It was quiet which we sought and great for my adult son and I for Christmas. Even with the well thought of lighting it was still too dark due to the dark walls.

• Patryk (7/5): Very cozy aprartament - Very well equipped and nicely renovated apartament within walking distance to most places in Trondheim. Quick checkin and very friendly owner. Literally every single room with a TV During windy night you hear very loud knocking from the vents right above the bed. One of the nights was very difficult to fall asleep.

• Katalin (9/5): Great place to stay in Trondheim - Very modern,newly renovated flat close to Solsiden and grocery right at the corner. Perfect size for a couple or if you travel with a child. Self-chekin was bot ideal,however the owned came by and shown how to get the keys.
