• Mudit (5/5): Passable - Things shown in picture were not like that,it was spacious and clean but with many things needed to be fixed. Living room does not have AC so you cant sit in living room due to hot and humid weather,you can not slide outdoor glass door for fresh air as it does not have mosquito mesh and moreover sliding is also not smooth, Curtains were stuck everywhere so you cant open curtains if you want to have full view outside...though glass doors ocean doesn't seem that beautiful as very big drain that is uncovered is flowing outside. Rooms are smaller compairtevely appear in picture, No door mesh here also for glass doors,stuck curtains here also. No exhaust in bathrooms. Small basins,less water flow. ACs were good. Fans regulator were not working, Fridge was not working,only fridger working as fridge so saved our life. Tv does not cable. One bedroom bed make lot of sound. From outside property needs cleaning and paint looks horrible. Caretaker lady was fine although she herself busy with her own work. Overall I didn't find this homestay suitable for family with this price. Host need to work on many things ,repairs etc for getting good reviews.

• Pratik (5/5): Over all property location and stay was good expect staff - Beach front property right on the beach with great location The Staff refused to clean room on 2nd day of stay and very not at all helpful Also The owner charged us the GST amount and later cancelled the booking online to evade GST
• Rohan (3/5): Not so cresty - Spacious Dirty and uncomfortable beds.Bed sheets were not bed sheets, it was a dirty blanket. The bathroom didn't have the exhaust and didn't have showers. The video and the pics are very different from the actual. The fridge was dirty . I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

• Sudheer (4/5): Disappointing - The bathrooms don't have ventilation. So, it wouldn't become fresh even after several hours. I can't believe how they decided it offer it customers with thinking of this.

• Ashish (9/5): Superb - The villa is at a very good location, right in front of Malape beach. Villa is quite spacious and clean. Care takers are very polite and will provide you with grocery items as well, on purchase, if you want to cook. Parking is also available. Bathrooms are clean. Recommended. This is a single villa so your checkin depends on the checkout of the last guest but the host Sashikant takes good care of it. Please connect with the host once you arrive in Udupi in morning times. P.s. we also had a delayed checkout which was well accommodated by the host.
• Shankar (8/5): Very good - They would have washing cloths facility. This would have help family staying there. As this is a service home stay, a washing machine would have serverd the purpose. Rest all good 👍
• Beereddy (1/5): Bad - Location and hou se Irresponsible care taker as well as manager and no power, no water and very low maintenance. Care taker just for name sake and she is not at all available for any help, shouting at people if you ask for any help or information. Overall experience is worst and I'll never recommend this house to anyone. Unworthy for money and they asked us to early out to clean the house.
