• Forrest (4/5): Disappointing despite the potential. I won’t be back. - We liked the space, the beds (not the so-called “futon” though), and the shower in the master bath. The place hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was lint and dust everywhere. The cleanliness (or lack thereof) should have been verified prior to our check-in time. We also received an outrageous number of messages well before our arrival date and time.

Washer and dryer were nice. Needs blackout curtains unless you enjoy getting up with the sun. The sheer curtains over the enormous windows are not acceptable. Needs more furnishings. The huge balcony has four beat up chairs. At table would be nice. A BBQ would be great. Bedrooms have queen beds when there is room for kings. Just two side tables and no other furniture. One towel per person might be a little chincy. There is a Kuerig for coffee, but you need to have your own pods.

Company kept sending texts to upsell everythi - Location to GW Old cheap furniture, in living room and kitchen. Empty walls and devoid of character. Kept blowing the breaker every time my wife used flat iron. Advertised as able to sleep 6, third set was a 2 inch fold up cushion that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The kitchen had the basics, but have stayed in enough Airbnb,s to know this was probably a corporate rental because there was absolutely nothing else left by any prior guests. Not even salt n pepper. No TV in master bedroom WTF

The location couldn’t be better—it's just a quick 25-30-minute trip to the heart of Washington, D.C., making it perfect for anyone wanting easy access to the city while enjoying a peaceful, modern neighbourhood. The area is lively and stylish, with a great selection of grocery stores, and a small charming, cozy park just around the corner. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It had everything we needed for a seamless stay, from kitchen essentials to dishwasher and huge microwave, from towels for all occasions to washing machine and iron. The support from the staff was outstanding—they provided high-quality, 24/7 assistance whenever we needed it. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay near Washington!

Although there was construction going on in the building, it didn’t interfere with our stay. Questions from the host were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again! When construction of the building is finished, it will be perfect.

The area it was in was perfect and accessible to many places. - The apartments view was beautiful, the apartment itself was very nice, comfortable and a good place to have people staying. There were a few things broken/ needed fixing before we got there.

• Lauren (10/5): Spacious apartment with easy access to DC - Spacious apartment great for our family trip. I lived in the area for years, so we were focused on tourist activities, but this would be a very good location/base. We traveled with two small children and the apartment had plenty of space and it was nice that they had a pack and play and a high chair. The kitchen was handy to have for us to do breakfast ourselves. The view was great too. It was handy for us to have parking so we could visit friends and family in the area and not need taxis or Ubers. It’s also a block from Target, which is handy for stocking up on supplies. Nothing to dislike. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room.

From the time of completion of the booking, the company sent us numerous emails with instructions and threatening with fines if we don't meet their requirements. The place was so poorly maintained (to a dangerous and unsafe level) and so dirty and smelly. The sheets were stinky and not clean. The reaction to our complaints was dismissive, and we were simply ignored. The place got very high ratings in Booking, which is clearly a fraud.

• Jaroslaw (9/5): Nice place - Very nice apartment with a spectacular view from living room, close to everything you need, very spacious and clean. The host provided many additional things like coffee, dishwasher tablets, tea, sweets etc which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay and were able to visit all attractions in Washington with a good access from here.

• Frederic (9/5): Nice location and comfy appartment very close to the mall - The apartment is well designed and comfy. It is close to the metro and bus lines and you can reach easily any place in DC. We stayed there for a conference at the convention center and had only a 30 minutes trip to get there. Two nice supermarkets are located next to the venue and there offer a large choice of supplies and close late at night, which was very convenient for us. The staff of the building is very nice. Even if our stay was very nice, there were some points that could be improved. The keys were missing when we arrived at 10pm. It was a very stressful experience until someone bring them to us one hour later. There were garbage on the terrace (a mosquito door screen laying on the ground and another screen was teared off) as well as holes in the curtains (some pieces were missing), which was a problem since the sun rises very early in the morning. Those issues were only fixed after we mentioned them and several days after our arrival. You pay more than 120$ as a fee for housekeeping and such you should not encounter those issues. There is no interphone in the apartment and no way to remotely open the door of the building. You have to go down from the 14th floor to the lobby to receive what you ordered.

• John (3/5): Expensive for such shoddy facilities. - No breakfast The blinds were broken. The afternoon heat was oppressive and the A/C couldn't handle it. The bathroom was dirty: hair in the shower. I responded to the advert but found myself paying over $300 more.
