- Barry (8/5): Good, convenient ,nothing was missing from what we expected. - Size, charector , quirky, good facilities , easy parking , nice hosts. Too fussy but different in decor.
But could understand the rationale the building.
- Lydia (10/5): Stunning property in a fab location. - Stunning restoration! The heritage of the property has been so well cared for. The design is beautiful. Really cosy and homely. Equipped with everything you need and milk for a cuppa on arrival :). Absolutely loved the layout and all the decoration. Lovely little garden, super dog friendly and brilliant beaches nearby. We loved it. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

- Wendy (9/5): A great location and overall a comfortable stay. - Lots of character, comfortable and sociable, plenty of parking. Secluded and quiet.
A lovely outside area should you want to sit in it.
Beds comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. Good shower.
Kitchen well equipped.
WiFi good A few areas of cleanliness need to be addressed.
On arrival there was dried milk from a previous tenant on the shelf which was peeled up. You’d expect the fridge to be spotless.
I went to use a saucepan and it was very dirty.
In the back room there was a side lamp but no where to plug it in frustrating in the pitch black in the middle of the night stumbling across the room feeling for the wall. I was on my hands and knees searching for a plug for it (there wasn’t one) and the floor under the side table obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a long while with kids beads there and thick dust.
Stack of toys under tv looked very cluttered with open boxes.
Things on the shelf that looked like they had been left my previous occupants a bit off putting. Clutter is ok in your own home .
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Perfect for Sandringham Palace
- Anne (8/5): Fabulous. - A really lovely property. Spacious, cosy and perfect for a few days a way.
Our puppy Marlow had a fab time in the secure garden.
Bathroom luxurious. Fab shower.
A great base for easy visits to Sandringham, Old Hunstanton. The info provided before arrival was very limited. No detail given on equipment so had to ask if there was tea, coffee, towels etc.
The shelf above the bathroom sink stops you leaning over to clean teeth etc - a right pain.
- Jordan (9/5): Brilliant place for a girly get together - The property had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable and warm as well as very welcoming to the dog of our group, Penny the Poodle.
- Neil (9/5): Superb - Very cosy and well decorated and had everything needed. Possibly could do with one more sofa so there us seating for everyone

- Juliette (9/5): Superb -
- Fiona (9/5): Superb - Excellent level of equipment in kitchen.
- Pamela (8/5): Very good - Location, shower and bathroom , well stocked. Main bed was too close to the wall, could only access on one side. 2nd bed was too low. Needed another lounge chair.
- Jane (8/5): Small and perfectly formed little cottage and garden - Quaint old cottage
