- Jovita (3/5): dissapointed - Good location, because no tourists around, you are among the locals only. When we booked this apartment, we expected to cook food for ourselves, but there was no kitchen. You only get 1 plate, 1 bowl, 2 sets of chopsticks, 1 spoon, and a burnt pan that you definitely don't want to use for cooking your eggs. The electric stove is basically only good for boiling water, and even the kettle was leaking. Because of the poor kitchen equipment, you can’t eat your food together with your partner—you have to wait until they finish. The kitchen was also dirty. We got back pain from the mattress,it was so hard that it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. You cannot find the apartment because the address is incorrect. The apartment sign ERA is covered with a plastic bag, making it even harder to locate. We only found it because a kind local Vietnamese man stopped to help us.

- Hamster124 (4/5): I had an unpleasant experience with the staff. - Clean. I was threatened to pay for damages that I did not cause. When I opened the door when I came back from going out, I accidentally let some people out of the building and it seems that these people caused some damage to a room. I was threatened to pay for the damages they caused just because I let them out. In the end, I didn’t have to pay anything, but I think it’s worth mentioning if you’re considering renting here. If you ever find yourself in a situation like this, I believe it’s best to contact the police, as such actions are completely unjustifiable and not outlined in any contract.

When we first arrived, the fridge was full of bugs. The pan was so dirty is was unusable. Dirty sink, ditty bathroom. Mattress is rock solid.

If you want to be more in contact with local food and people, this is the place. When I arrived, the apartment it wasn't like pictures, the toilet was just used, also the shower. No paper, nothing to even have a tea, no dishes absolutely empty. Toilet was in bad conditions.

- Junyi (3/5): Beware of Faulty furniture - It is clean and comfortable Their chairs breaks upon sitting . I was lucky I am not injured . Well I decided to check other chairs . I found some chairs is also faulty , they will break anytime when you sit on it . I inform the management about the broken chair and other faulty chairs . Instead of checking if I am ok and apologize , the first thing they do ask me to pay up for the damage, which I did . They somewhat repair the other faulty chair and place it in other rooms . This practice is very unethical and it is a danger hazard other guest while making guest to pay for their faulty furniture . Avoid this property at all cost .

Bed is very hard, some people like this but I find it very uncomfortable :( there was a kettle in our room but a kettle which is made to go on a hob.. we had no hob so unable to use this.
