• Oguh (1/5): Please explain why I was given keys to a 2 bed apartment, when I paid for a 3-bed apartment - I was given wrong key codes which I tried for almost 2 hours before contacting Booking.com who gave me a different code. I paid for a 3-bed (Separate rooms) apartment and was given keys to a 2-bed apartment. I'll be seeking for a partial refund from booking.com on the amount I paid as I wasn't given what I paid for. The key code was wrong, heating was off throughout our stay and the apartment was a 2 bed apartment instead of a 3 bed apartment (3 separate rooms). Waited almost 2 hours to get the correct key code after repeatedly trying the initial key code. The neighbours could have called the police on us. Very Bad from Booking.com

• Jeffrey (1/5): Ruined weekend - Nothing Left unable to access property. Unable to contact host. Booking.com customer service were useless. Left stranded in London with my sons and 78 year old father.
• Janina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is clean and conveniently located just next to the train station. There seemed to be a problem with the central heating that was on full blast. Our attempts to lower the temperature had no effect.
