• Mirta Lucía (5/5): Me sentí estafada 2… - La ubicación. Sin dudas Las escaleras que no figuran en el aviso. En una respuesta a un usuario, le responde del alojamiento que las escaleras figuran en la descripción al entrar a *ver mas* No es así. Adjunto foto. No avisan de las escaleras Otros usuarios hablan de las veces que te recuerdan que tenes que irte: ES REAL, parece que te estuvieran echando. Y también mencionan la garantía que tenes que abonar por adelantado. QUE NUNCA TE REINTEGRAN (tampoco lo dice) Una garantía se devuelve al finalizar el contrato. Es el único establecimiento de todos los que he usado que lo hizo, cobrar por adelantado algo que nunca voy a recuperar. Muchas cosas a tener en cuenta. Cuando hago la queja al establecimiento por las escaleras, que no figuran en el aviso y la inconsistencia con la pegatina de PERSONA ES SILLA DE RUEDAS. Me respondieron una variedad de sin sentidos… por ejemplo: QUE LA PEGATINA SIGNIFICA QUE PODES ACCIONAR LA PUERTA CON LAS MANOS OCUPADAS??!!!! Y no persona en silla de ruedas???!!!! 😳🫣 Les respondí que al llegar a mi país lo publicaría y…. Sacaron la pegatina!!!
• Marianne (8/5): - De locatie was perfect. Het was heel stil 's nachts doordat je niet aan de straatkant zit. Eigenlijk viel niets tegen omdat de beschrijving en de foto's duidelijk waren. Een volgende keer kiezen we toch voor een appartement met straat-/pleinzicht. Je was nu wel erg "opgesloten" zonder daglicht in de kamer.

• Banu (9/5): - Everything (except coach) was new. Location was excellent The entrance was horrible, information not enough, not helpful. Nobody told about 2 street doors, it was always impossible to open the second normally. It was very stressful every time

Ωστόσο, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ένα σημείο που μας δυσκόλεψε: το check-in δεν επιτρεπόταν πριν τις 15:00, κάτι που ήταν αρκετά ταλαιπωρητικό, καθώς είχαμε πολύ πρωινή πτήση και χρειάστηκε να περιμένουμε αρκετές ώρες με τις βαλίτσες μας. Επιπλέον, η δυνατότητα για νωρίτερο check-in υπήρχε μόνο με επιπλέον χρέωση, κάτι που θεωρούμε ότι θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των επισκεπτών.

• Félix Enrique (9/5): Vivir en la Puerta del Sol. - La ubicación inmejorable. Es una pasada pasar de la puerta del portal a la Puerta del Sol. Pequeñas cosas. La escalera es larga para llegar al ascensor y eso con equipajes se siente.
• Jing (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay! The apartment is very centrally located, right outside the Sol subway station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioning works great and keeps the space nice and cool, and everything was very clean. Nothing bad to say — I highly recommend this apartment! Bathroom no window so kinda humid. Towels always wet.

• Veronica (7/5): Good value for money in downtown Madrid - Location is fantastic if you want to be in downtown Madrid. The flat was very clean and well equipped. It was very quiet at night which was great. The flat feels a bit claustrophobic because it barely has any windows and the ones it has are on the corridor facing another flat. You can't tell from the pictures because they don't show the corridor. If you want views/ natural light this is an issue. The system to open the gate was very stressful because it required you to have an app on your phone which only worked with wifi. I told them multiple times about this issue and the reply was "Get a SIM card." The main gate was supposed to open with a code but it didn't and although I reported it, it wasn't fixed during our 4-night stay. I recommend buying a local SIM card and making sure your phone doesn't run flat.

• Eduardo (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect because of being situated right in the middle of Puerta del Sol, therefore right at the Metro station. The flat is very comfortable and has everything one may need for a short visit to Madrid. There is only one sggestion I would do. Sucha a well prepared flat should have more hookers to hang the cloth, including one right at the entrance when ione comes in with a winter jacket!

We had some problem finding the apattment mainly due to not having mobile reception while roaming. The internal stairs were a bit of a chaĺlenge. It would be nice to be notified of this before payment.

• Nicolas (9/5): Ideal base for a short stay to explore Madrid - The location is excellent, right on Puerta del Sol, next to the VIPS restaurant and just metres away from the Apple shop. You can find anything you can imagine nearby, including restaurants that close late. I know some reviewers said the area felt unsafe, but I didn't feel that way at all. There was plenty of foot traffic and a heavy police presence throughout the day. The apartment was modern and clean; the pictures are accurate. The hosts were responsive and helpful through the chat. They allowed me to check in early but unfortunately I couldn't check out later because they had another booking. The window does not have a view of the city, only an inner courtyard, but I knew that before booking and it didn't bother me. I had to drag my luggage up two flights of stairs, then take a lift that moved in an unsteady, jerky way, and then more stairs to reach my room. The link provided by the host to open the doors didn't work even after I contacted them (they said it worked for them, but when I used it, the website said the link's length was wrong). However, they also provided a backup code you can use on a keypad and that worked fine.

• Tiziano (5/5): Place fine, unhelpful hosts - Staff chose to follow their politics before the comfort of their guests. The staff was unhelpful when I explained the following situation: my mom was traveling from Argentina and she is not good with technology, so she needed to know the exact address before boarding her 12.5h flight. To which they responded “we can’t give you that info until 24h before your checkin”. I asked for the info 24h before, they didn’t give me the info until 1h before my mom boarded her plane. So it was too close to being a stressful situation for her. When you arrive from a long trip you want to know how to arrive to your hotel

• Kenza (4/5): Claustrophobic feeling guarantee in an apartment with almost no natural light. - Easy to access in the building and apartment. Bnb Holder responding quickly on mail and phone. Plaza del Sol is all in renovation, difficult to access, and Very complicated to circulate during week-end. The living room has no external light, no window, and the only natural light in the apartment was from corridors windows on an interior sas. Claustrophobic feeling guarantee! The host did not offer any alternative that I was ready to pay fort. The apartment was not super clean when I arrived. Hopefully the host offered a new cleaning on the other day.
