- Marina (7/5): Schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse - Alessandro nahm uns mitten in der Nacht in Empfang und war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Gebäude ist toll renoviert und in gutem Zustand. Sogar ein Aufzug für die Koffer. Die Zimmer sind gross und der Aufenthaltsraum war ein absolutes Plus. Die Terrasse ist natürlich ein plus und man fühlt sich schnell sehr wohl Es sind doch 25 Minuten zu Fuss zur Kathedrale und es gab kein Frühstück sondern die Option gegenüber im Café etwas “kostenlos” zu holen und im Aufenthaltsraum zu Essen und aufräumen. Jedoch sind dies deftige italienische (sehr leckere) Teilchen, was einfach nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Am zweiten Morgen hole ich mir dann selbst ein paar Früchte und eine Milch für den Kaffee. Ich würde empfehlen, eine Früchtekorb hinzustellen damit gäbe es wenigstens ein bisschen gesunde Alternative. Viele hatten aufgrund des Frühstücks gebucht und waren daher ähnlich enttäuscht wie wir über das Frühstück.

Everything was very uncomplicated. The room was very clean. Dante street leads right to City Center as described. We had a very nice stay! Breakfast was not available, but we got a very good Price at the café nearby.

Pokoje duże, wygodnie urządzone, z dostępem do kuchni, jadalni i tarasu. W kuchni ekspres do kawy, czajnik, kawa, herbata. Śniadanie w postaci słodkiej lub słonej bułeczki z kawą w lokalu po przeciwnej stronie ulicy. Właściciel przemyły, rozgadany i pomocny. Miejscówka do polecenia na 100%. Wszystko oki.
- Anja (7/5): Nichts für Ruhe suchende - Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer gebucht, das war es dann auch. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen um uns wohl zu fühlen. Es gab eine große Küche wo wir uns Kaffee machen konnten. Die Lage laut, aber auch gut zentral gelegen. Es war wirklich sehr laut, offenes Fenster unmöglich. Unsere Terrassentür ging direkt auf die für alle zugängliche Terrasse, so das auch hier eine offene Tür schwierig war, da Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer zog.

- ANGELO (9/5): Bellissima esperienza a Palermo. - Ottima colazione soprattutto per quella salata, con le tipiche arancine. Sarebbe opportuno mettere nelle stanze per le famiglie anche uno specchio per le signore, senza farle andare ogni volta in bagno.
- Karen (9/5): - Alessandro was wonderful. He was there when we arrived late at night and showed us our rooms. All the rooms were clean, stylish and modern with a fridge and private bathroom. There was free WiFi and smart TVs to watch Netflix etc. Our rooms led onto a gorgeous shared terrace area which was lovely for playing cards and having a drink with our family in the evening. There is a lift so is accessible if you have a stroller or heavy luggage. There is a shared kitchen with fridge and coffee machine, cutlery etc. My 4 year old took very unwell unexpectedly and Alessandro booked taxis for us to a hospital and explained the whole process for being triaged. He even dropped into the hospital as we were there for a long time, to check on how we were doing. He was a life saver! It was a wonderful trip and truly well-kept apartments. It felt very self-sufficient and quiet. I would definitely stay there again! I loved it all but I suppose it's worth noting that the location is quite far up Via Dante and is a bit of a walk down to the main historical centre if you have small children or are not a fan of walking. But there is a gorgeous restaurant across the road with fun novelty ice cream and a supermarket right next door to La Terraza. It's worth noting that at the time we stayed the breakfast was in a cafe next door and not a buffet style continental breakfast in the B&B. It was still included in the price and had the typical Italian breakfast items. Alessandro also did the breakfast in La Terraza on the Sunday when the cafe was closed so we did experience it one day which was lovely.

- Pietrzak (10/5): Winderful place - I highly recommend this property. This is a truly wonderful place. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. One of the property’s greatest highlights is the stunning terrace available to guests – the views from there are absolutely breathtaking. Choosing the breakfast option was an excellent decision. The coffee is outstanding, and the fresh pastries are delicious. The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming. On our first day, he shared detailed information about the city and pointed out the best places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this property for a holiday in Palermo. It’s a delightful place, and I will certainly return. ——

- Anonymous (10/5): Overall an amazing stay and lovely owner - Amazing stay. The place is like a hybrid of a B&B and a hotel. The facilities were great. The owner Alessandro was a delight and gave me plenty of recommendations. He also told me where to buy a pistachio cornetto and asked his friends shop to put one aside for me. You need to read up on the public transport system or be prepared to walk 20 minutes to get to the centre of town. This wasn’t an issue for me as I’m young, but older people should be aware.

The shared terrace was really nice and it was good to watch the world go by, as we did one evening. Our host Alessandro was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was not much that we disliked. There was no tea and coffee in our room, which would have been a nice touch. The room lacked a long mirror. Also a couple of comfortable chairs would be a nice addition.

We did get good communication through text. The neighborhood was dirty. Location was inconvenient for reaching city center. We walked everywhere because other transportation was not readily available. It was noisy outside the room at night. No CC lean towels were offered for entire 3 night stay. Garbage was not emptied. We never met the host and we were not told there was an elevator or how to turn on the lights, etc. Wifi was very spotty and unreliable. K
