• Ursula (7/5): Prima plek - Wat lastig te vinden, maar wel een mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht. Kamers zijn recent gemoderniseerd en prima in orde.
• Emily (9/5): Really nice stay. - Really clean and well kept, it had amazing views and was surrounded by lovely walks. Julia was really helpful and gave us some good recommendations for local things to do. It was slightly too far out of town (Belluno) so did need a car / couldn’t walk to local bars and restaurants.

The setting g was like being in a fairy tale. PERFECT. The breakfast was very good. Nothing.

• Jan (10/5): If I could live there I would! - Breathtaking! Wish we would have had more time to explore. The grounds and lodging were immaculate. Far exceeded my expectations!!! Because we were hiking before we got there, we couldn't check in until late. Julia left us exact instructions including pictures. Julia was the best part. She had an exquisite breakfast for us. She was very friendly and made us feel pampered. I would definitely go back BUT... I'd stay forever !😉 Air conditioning was turned off.

• Loes (10/5): Rustige oase met prachtig uitzicht en enthousiaste host - Soms heb je een hotel waar je gewoon niet weg wilt. Dat was Villa di Modolo voor ons. Wat een fantastisch verblijf hadden we hier. We werden enthousiast begeleid door gastvrouw Julia, die ons tips en uitleg gaf over de regio. We hebben genoten van de Dolomieten, het stadje Belluno en het terrasje bij het verblijf. Het ontbijt was goed. We komen snel terug. Helemaal niets, alles perfect.
• Norbert (10/5): - Schön abgelegen inmitten der Natur. Sehr ruhig. Völlig neue Zimmer. Frühstücksraum und kleine Küche immer begehbar. Kühle Getränke zum Kauf durch Automat. Gastgeber Francesco super lieb! Frühstück überdurchschnittlich mit regionaler Wurst und Käse.

• SSK (7/5): - Die Lage. Das Anwesen. Das große Zimmer, sehr neu sehr sauber, sehr groß. Die Menschen waren freundlich und bemüht. Die Unterkunft nennt sich Agriturismo unserer Meinung nach ist es eher ein b&b Hotel, dass in einem alten landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb untergebracht ist. Ein kahler Aufenthaltsraum, Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank zur Selbstbedienung mit Preisen, die höher waren als in einer Bar oder einem Café. Das Frühstück zur Selbstbedienung mit Produkten aus dem Supermarkt oder Discounter. Keine schattigen Plätze im Freien. Es war kein Agriturismo, sondern Nepp.

• Michela (10/5): Bellissima esperienza tra i vigneti - Siamo rimasti incantati dalla bellezza di questa struttura immersa nei vigneti: tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. La camera era ampia, pulitissima e molto accogliente, con un letto più grande del solito e comodissimo, corredato da ottimi cuscini. Anche il bagno, spazioso e ben tenuto, ha superato le nostre aspettative. All’arrivo ci ha accolto Julia, gentile e disponibile, e la mattina abbiamo conosciuto il Sig. Francesco, il proprietario: una persona squisita, che ci ha raccontato con passione la storia dell’Agriturismo e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare.

• Pernilla (9/5): A magical place to stay! - We came from Sweden, me and my son, and absolutely loved Agriturismo Modolo. It’s a historic and stunning location with modern, spotless rooms. Our host Francesco was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on activities and places to visit. The staff made us feel at home, and we would be happy to return anytime!

• Zoran Š. (9/5): Boravak u prirodi - Izvanredno mirno područje, noću se čuju cvrčci i sove. Usred prirode, livade, vinogradi i šumarci. Udobna soba, čista i velika kupaona. Vrlo ljubazno osoblje. Nakon 15-16 h do jutra ste sami u ogromnom objektu. veliko dvorište s divnim pogledom. Odmah iza objekta prekrasna barokna vila Modolo. Sama po sebi vrijedna putovanja. Doručak je bio malo asketski, ali i to nije loše. Bilo je dosta svega i nitko nije ostao gladan. Izvrsni restorano na nekolikominuta vožnje. Sve je bilo OK.

Spero che nel tempo verranno sistemati anche gli edifici adiacenti alle camere in quanto al momento sono ancora da ristrutturare e distraggono dalla bellezza del posto. Siete sulla buonissima strada però!

• kentai86 (8/5): - Das Haus wurde erst im August neu renoviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten gemütlich. Besonders hat uns das geräumige Bad gefallen. Die Lage ist etwas fernab vom Schuss, aber ohne Auto kommt man in dieser Gegend eh nicht weit. Belluno ist in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, über Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen. Dafür punktet der Blick auf die Berge und die Ruhe am Hang. Das Frühstück bietet zwar nicht die größte Auswahl, aber für uns hat es gereicht und wir waren zufrieden.

The host Julia is very friendly and at the entrance you can find many Broschüres for attractions around the city. Breakfast was also ok. There is not many choice, but if you are not complicated like we, it will be enough. The room was clean, it is a big bathroom and view at Dolomiti. Definitely we will be back! 10/10

• Franz Georg (3/5): - Die Lage ist ungünstig, das GPS hat erst beim 3. Anlauf die Unterkunft gefunden. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Tor zur ganzen Anlage verschlossen und niemand anwesend, der uns empfangen hätte. Erst nach telefonischem Kontakt hat sich jemand um uns gekümmert. Es ist ungewöhnlich, dass der Quartiergeber vorschreibt wann man anzukommen hat.
• Thomas (10/5): Francesco, who runs the estate, is a caring person who is restoring the property piece by piece with a great deal of pas - A very lovingly, with style and sensitivity, renovated accommodation. The rooms are very spacious and offer all the comfort you could wish for on holiday, whether with the family or alone. The surrounding area is very quiet and rural, but offers short distances to the Dolomites for hiking or skiing, or to the south, e.g. Venice.
• Marco (10/5): Natura e storia nel verde sopra Belluno in piena tranquillità. - Struttura completamente nuova, recuperata con una ben riuscita opera di ristrutturazione di una porzione di quegli edifici che un tempo erano a servizio della grande e magnifica villa storica. La posizione è ottima, a soli 5 minuti da Belluno ma immersa nel verde di questo antico podere che dona tranquillità e relax. Valore aggiunto è stato sicuramente il Signor Francesco che ci ha accolti come ospiti di casa e ci ha fatti immergere nella storia della sua famiglia e di questo magnifico luogo.
• ana (9/5): - La habitación muy grande, espaciosa y muy bonita decorada con aire acondicionado. El baño también muy muy grande con una ducha extraordinaria. El desayuno estaba bien La ubicación está lejos de cualquier sitio. Necesitas coche o no puedes ir a ninguna parte. También me parece que a pesar del sitio que es muy elegante, bonito,espacioso el precio es elevadísimo. Muy poca variedad en el desayuno.
