• IGNACIO (4/5): Nada de lo esperado - La piscina es buena pero cuando sales del agua los ojos rojos como tomates No estaba limpio, todo poco cuidado no se puede estar en recepcion en pijama saliendo de la cama., Y como desayuno, un huevo frito. un platano, un trozo de pan y un poco de te. Ha, y no tiene luz en la cama, solo la del techo que te tienes que levantar para apagarla.

• Marie (9/5): Rapport qualité prix incroyable ! - C’est un hôtel familial, vivant avec une famille souriante et joviale. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La localisation est bien. Ils proposent location de scooter. Ils proposent un service de laundry au poids (mais ils n’ont pas pesé devant moi donc demandez leur). Leur petit dej est simple mais a le mérite d’exister avant une journée dans les grottes. La piscine est agréable. Les scoots ne sont pas de première jeunesse mais roulent. L’eau n’était pas très chaude dans la douche. La chambre était un peu humide (le sol notamment). La piscine n’est pas niquel mais on peut se baigner sans problème. (Si vous aimez le calme absolu ce n’est peut être pas l’endroit pour vous)

• Benjamin (10/5): Dont miss this one! - This place is best described as a hidden gem, I've been solo traveling vietnam and this was the best place I've stayed out of all of them. Its family run but they quickly adopt you into. My first night i had wild boar and few beers with the family and learning more about them. You also dont need to use get your guide anything like that as they can organise everything for you, from multiple day cave/jungle expiditions to night busses onto your next stop in your journey. The place is quiet on the edge of town but its only a 5 minute walk into the centre or in my case i often got on the back of one of their bikes as they drove me. I rented a bike on my last day amd was unfortunately hit by another traveler and despite my insisting they would only let me pay half the repairs with their concerns clearly being towards my safety. This is not one to miss, the family honestly make it something really speacial. Thankyou again for an amazing few days! Its was perfect

• Eli (3/5): - Good location. ​I wanted to share my experience to alert other travelers. We stayed at this hotel in Phong Nha, and while there were some positives, the end of our trip was soured by a clear act of deception. ​The Room: The rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. A quirky detail: the soap they provide comes in tiny sachets, roughly the size of a McDonald’s ketchup packet. While this was a bit inconvenient, it was manageable and didn't ruin our stay. ​The Major Issue – Travel Scam: The real problem started on our departure day. We booked what was sold to us by the reception as "VIP Transfer tickets" with comfortable, luxurious seats. We paid a premium price for this service. ​In reality, we were given tickets for a local, old, and cramped bus. The actual cost of a ticket for that bus is about one-tenth of what the hotel charged us. This was a blatant scam. It’s a shame that a place of business chooses to cheat its guests right before they leave. ​Bottom line: Stay for the bed if you must, but do not book any travel or tours through the front desk. I honestly recommend staying elsewhere to avoid being taken advantage of.
• Olivia (10/5): Amazing stay - The property itself is lovely, sorry and spacious and the pool is perfect for the heat in the afternoon! The host family could not do enough for us and were so lovely, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

• Carys (6/5): Average, But the for the price what you expect i guess. - The location was good, about a 5-10 minute walk from main town. The rooms were spacious and the family always smiley and polite. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. I will note some negatives below but overall can’t complain as the price is cheap!! Our room had a lot of bugs on the ceilings and walls, including a couple ghekos. We also had breakfast one morning which was included which was very average/poor. A bread roll, 1 fried egg and some cucumber. My friend also asked for an ice coffee and the ice (on side) had bugs all in it ( picture attached). Lastly, everytime we wanted to speak to a member of staff, we had to via facetime with a lady who clearly was the only English speaker which wasn’t too much of a problem but just meant check in/out and when our TV wasn’t working ( which we later found out was broken) was a little bit more confusing talking to a screen etc.

Nos cambiaron de habitación por una mas grande y con vista a la montaña, al mismo precio, y porque el baño no funcionaba, sin cobrarnos extra. La pileta estaba excelente! Al llegar, un acolchado estaba muy manchado. El desayuno es ajustado, aunque pudimos agregar una porción extra el último dia.

• MYKOLA (10/5): - Понравилось местоположение возле лодочной станции от которой отходят лодки к пещере Фонгня и в пешей доступности до автобусной станции. Ещё есть не плохой бассейн, он чистый, рядом душ и туалет, шезлонги и столики. В целом идея отеля и его расположение отличное, но когда он был новым. Номер подуставший требует элементарно качественной уборки с мытьём окон и ремонта душевого смесителя и телевизора, он не включался, а и ещё wi-fi не очень (конкретно в нашем номере). Кстати на ресепшен нам этот номер советовали как лучший! Фото не передают реальное состояние (даже в холе в потолке дыра). В целом жить можно, но хуже завтрака я не встречал (здоровая булка, жареное яйцо два кружочка огурца и банан). На вопрос про чай или кофе показали на прайс с ценами как в ресторане.

VORSICHT SCAM !! die verlangen ein höheren preis als bei booking steht. angeblich weil steuern noch drauf kommen, obwohl bei booking incl. steuern steht. frühstück war eine frechheit. kaltes spiegelei und hartes brot, das wars. haben dann doch auswärts gegessen. hotelleiterin war sehr aufdringlich mit ihren touren verkaufen. ihr englisch is auch mangelhaft, fast nur übersetzer benutzt. leute, bucht was anderes.

A special touch was when one of us had a birthday and the staff surprised us with a cake, such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made it even more memorable. We truly felt at home here and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a warm and friendly place to stay!

• Emilia (10/5): Amazing location and amazing hosts! - This gorgeous Hotel was perfectly located just off the main road, avoiding any outside noises while still being accessible to the main aspects of the town. The staff were very attentive and helpful, making sure we had transportation to each place we wanted to go to. The outside area was large and the pool was very nice. Couldn’t recommend enough, also very reasonably priced!

• Magnus (1/5): We had a terrible experience at this hotel, would not recommend. - Breakfast was terrible with a piece of bread and egg, not even chili sauce. - Too much noise from downstairs, the family members talk very loudly, it seems they argue a lot. - They can't communicate in English. We had problems when we couldn't contact them before the day of arrival. It took a long time to exchange information with them. - The pool was very dirty and not swimmable. - The room and hallway were not clean, we felt like they didn't pay attention to this. - The toilet near the reception smelled terrible. it seemed like it was for their family to use. - We had to leave immediately on the 2nd day. Luckily the hotel nearby was much better.

• Anthony (10/5): Stay more than one night - We decided to stay an extra night as we were very happy with this hotel, welcoming host family and Phong Nha area. Despite the heavy rain we have rented a motorcycle and explored the area and Paradise Cave. This hotel is very clean, quiet and beautifully presented in the bedrooms. Views and natural light in the bedroom are beautiful. Swimming pool clean and inviting. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing comes to mind
• Anthony (10/5): Exceptional views and value - Great spot to stay. Close to shops, river and boat trip to the cave. The room is very beautiful and has an incredible view of the limestone outcrops, balcony and wonderful natural light. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is tasty with tea/coffee. Host family are very helpful and welcoming. Phong Nha is a stunning area, worth staying a few days. Nothing comes to mind
• Jeanne (10/5): Séjour parfait - Les chambres sont propres, très grandes et le lit est très confortable! La piscine est propre, grande et surtout fraiche (ce qui est rare au Vietnam). La famille sur place est très gentille et arrangeante ; nous sommes arrivés à Phong Nha à 5h du matin et ils nous ont laissé faire le Check in aussi tôt, nous ne pouvions pas louer de scooter pour aller aux caves de Phong Nha alors ils nous ont amenés. Nous recommandons grandement cet homestay !

• Jennie (10/5): Relaxing, safe, lovely view and good food - The pool was clean and refreshing. We got there very early, before check in and they looked after us and even let us check in early. Breakfast every day was lovely and they helped us book transport, trips and also did some laundry. The room was spacious and we had such a nice view (and functional AC), the bathroom was clean and had one of those wide shower heads which was so nice! We’ve been backpacking for a while now and this place was perfect for relaxing and resetting a bit. Short walk into town for restaurants etc. If I had to say something it would be that there wasn’t always someone at reception, but the hotel wasn’t very busy when we were there so I can’t really blame them.
• Ml_turismo (4/5): Disappointing - Room was big. Good location and nice pool (we didn't use it) Will probably stay near the river next time. Family running the hotel was nice, apart from the overpriced and overcharged breakfast. Be careful, they say 'breakfast included' but it's only bread with an egg. They show a menu WITHOUT prices and asked me if I wanted 'hot items', never stating it was extra, I choose the pancakes and a coffee. When paying the next day, of course with the card system "out of service", they charged me for the pancakes and the coffee, stating it was not included. Shady and overpriced. We arrived at 8am and they wanted to charge us half of one night stay for having an early check in. Note the hotel was empty and we stayed 2 nights. Once our room was ready there was an used towel in the bathroom, open packets of shampoo and toothbrush, clearly the bathroom was missed during cleaning the room. I've requested extra pillows in advance, there were none in the room. 4 out of 5 electric sockets were not working. Only one socket near the bed. Only lamp wasn't working either, reception reply was 'check the other rooms' (all empty rooms were open).
• Donal (10/5): Exceptional - Really friendly family-run accommodation, good location, nice swimming pool and the room was very big and clean. Breakfast was filling; bananas, coffee and egg banh mi. The family helped us organise a trip to Paradise Cave and were very obliging with anything we asked for. Great value for what we paid. Would highly recommend 👌
