• Iwona (10/5): - Bardzo elegancki i czysty apartament. Na miejscu są wszystkie udogodnienia ( pralka, suszarka,zmywarka, naczynia) Pomimo niedalekiej odległości od promenady ,spokojna i cicha okolica.

• Ann (10/5): Excellent space - - probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed apartment-wise - roomy, well equipped & with modern appliances, also including 2 adapters (& we usually bring our own but this time I mistakenly brought Europe ones & not UK ones so these were helpful until we bought 2 more) - very well lit, lots of storage space so could easily suit a long-term stay - quiet neighbourhood (although not necessarily attractive), but several options for bus routes made planning bus journeys straightforward - clothes dryer was a bonus - suitable for 2 couples, but we appreciated 2 toilets & sinks for ourselves - water in fridge upon arrival was appreciated - equipment manuals also appreciated (not often seen in vacation apartments) - prompt communications via email thru booking.com or WhatsApp Would stay again. Suggestion would be to have a floor mat when stepping out of the shower & another hook or 2 (both bathrooms) for a 2nd towel as well as clothes to hang up while showering.

• yue (6/5): - The room was clean, the location was great, and the staff were very friendly. However, the soundproofing was extremely poor. There is an Irish pub downstairs that hosts parties until around 4 a.m. every night, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise.

• Dagmar (10/5): - Die Wohnung war , sauber , groß und sehr zentral . Man konnte zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder mit Uber zu einem kleinen Preis alles erreichen. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und antwortete bei Fragen sehr rasch . Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Kuchnia doskonale wyposażona. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Profesjonalna i bardzo miła obsługa . -
• Gordana (9/5): za preporučiti svakako - Smještaj je bio korektan, čist . Kuhinja je bila opremljena sa svime što vam treba za pripremu hrane. Bilo je osnovnih potrepština od bivših gostiju .Voda iz slavine nije pitka. Ima pegla kao i stroj za pranje i sušenje rublja. Kontakt osoba je na našu poruku da nam je hladno , vrlo brzo dostavila poplun za pokrivanje. Nije nam se svidjelo što je zgrada na uzvišenom pa je bilo potrebno na jednom dijelu hodanje uzbrijeg ( vrlo kratko ali ako je nekome problem treba znati) , u kuhinji ili nije radio ili nismo znali uključiti grijač vode i toster. Kreveti nisu baš udobni , mogli bi biti bolji madraci . U Kupaonici nedostaje tepih kad izađeš iz tuša.

• Kamil (9/5): Polecam! - Dobra lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, apartament duży, czysty i dosyć nowoczesny. W apartamencie było wszystko co potrzebne podczas wyjazdu. Drobna uwaga, to słaba wentylacja w łazience albo w zasadzie jej brak.
• Boggis (8/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location and excellent stay - Loved the apartment, it's very spacious and central. Only two things, only one baking tray for cooking so couldn't cook food together as im vegetarian (I did pass this on to the owners) also noise from upstairs but this only happened on the Saturday night at around 2am. (But it is an apartment in a block so expect some noise) will take ear plugs next time.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Jeśli wrócę na Maltę- wybiorę apartament ponownie! - Największe pozytywne zaskoczenie to metraż oraz standard wyposażenia. Kuchnia w pełni funkcjonalna, dobrze wyposażona w sprzęt do gotowania. Dwie przestronne lazienki w tym jedna bezpośrednio z sypialni. Dwie duże sypialnie z zabudowanymi szafami. Piękny balkon- cudowny do picia rano kawy. Dobrze zorganizowana przestrzeń mieszkania. Było bardzo czysto. Pralka i suszarka-cudownie:) Fantastyczny właściciel- pomocny, przesyłał szybko szczegółowe informacje. Blok jest nowy, jest winda, wejscie na kod i skrytka na klucz. W mieszkaniu działało wifi, klima w każdej sypialni i salonie.

Celui-ci était très réactif et répondait rapidement par message à la moindre question. L'appartement était propre et spacieux. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et du ferry pour La Valette. Quartier calme et supérette à 2 pas. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter! Rien

• Cristina (10/5): Cómodo y nuevo - El apartamento muy bien. Con todo tipo de detalles para máxima comodidad. Muy bonito y nuevo. Había obras y la calle con algo de pendiente, pero todo Malta está en obras y con cuestas, asique no es culpa de nadie. El apartamento muy bien.

• Euna (9/5): - 시설도 위치도 청결도 다 좋았어요. 주변소음없고 관광지 이동, 페리이용하기 편한위치! 짐보관을 해주지 않는대신 가까이에 사설락커가 있어 이용했어요. 샤워실 수압이 너무 약해요… 수압이 셌다면 좋았을텐데 아쉬워요. 또한 작은방 히터기능이 작동을 안해 밤에 많이 추웠습니다.

• Peter (9/5): Vhodné miesto na spoznávanie ostrova Malta. - Moderný, dostatočne vybavený apartmán v blízkosti reštaurácii, obchodu i dopravného napojenia (Bus, Trajekt). Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezproblémová, všetko čo napísal platilo. Postele, matrace by mohli byť pohodlnejšie.
• JFRoxy (9/5): - The apartment is super comfortable and well located near the seashore and good restaurants. It is renovated and modern with very good quality appliances. The balcony was appreciated but do not expect a nice view. We suggest the owner to provide a coffee machine. This was frustrating each morning to have to walk to buy a coffee for take away since we had breakfast at the apartment. We would also suggest the owner to provide more accessories to cook (oven dish, oven mits, and others). There is construction in the neighborhoods but it was not too much disturbing. We recommend the apartment and would come back for sure.

It was also even better than the pictures so in my opinion the booking profile should be updated. The location was very good if you want to be close to every district . It was also valuable for the amount of money we paid

• C (10/5): Mooi appartement centraal gelegen - Locatie was dichtbij de ferry. Appartement was erg groot. Alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Aardige gastheer.Hij heeft goede info gegeven waar de locatie van het appartement is en hoe binnen te komen. Fijn dat we onze bagage al af mochten geven voor de inchecktijd. De buurt zag er erg armoedig uit Een extra handdoek was fijn geweest.

• Antonio (10/5): - Location is perfect, close to ferry, beaches, promenade and restaurants. Apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and modern. Host sent us clear instructions how to get to and in apartment. I forgot some things after check out and it was possible to come back after checkout and collect them. Great experience, I recommend this apartment! 10/10 would come back!

L'host è stato molto gentile ed a disposizione. Consiglierei di mettere più asciugamani e di controllare la pressione dell'acqua che era debole.

• Marko (10/5): Awsome !! - The apartment is far beyond our expectations. Everything was very neat, clean, spacious, perfect for a family of four. The location of the apartment suited us perfectly. Kudos to the host, who was very approachable and, in addition to everything agreed, fulfilled some additional specific requests that we had. We definitely recommend this apartment and Jeffrey as a top host.

• Stuart (10/5): Exceptional - This is a modern apartment on the 5th floor, accessed by a lift. It was very clean and well equipped. It is set back from the main coast road round Sliema, with a short downhill walk to the shops and Valletta ferry. The only negative was building work in the vicinity that gave rise to occasional day time noise, otherwise it was a very quiet location.
• Jovana (10/5): I'd happily come back! - This place is amazing, modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is up to date with all the necessary appliances. The cleanliness throughout the entire flat was spot on. The host was incredibly polite, responsive, and helpful. He gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the place and even offered to extend our checkout time by 2 hours. He also brought us 2 extra blankets upon request. The only minor downside is that the flat is next to a construction site, so it gets quite noisy early in the morning. Additionally, the building feels a bit claustrophobic since there are no windows inside, but that might just be me. :)

• Nejra (8/5): Well equipped apartment near the sea - Apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location is good, near the sea. Owner is ready to help with everything, you have enogh coffee and tea. You have washing and drying mashine. Parking-you dont have your parking space, you have to look for it all around. Apartment is little uphill, sometimes it could be a problem. Noise-you hear the noise sometimes at the night, like someone is fixing something. Bedlinen-terrible. It''s not cotton but synthetic, sweat all night long. Beds are not very comfortable, but not bad.
• Kathy (9/5): A great short stay close to shops, restaurants and buses. - Modern, spacious apartment on floor 5. Quiet area. Lots of little extras like washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. As one of our member had a minor problem with walking the hill to get to the front was a challenge, but it was only 10-15 minutes walk away. For a longer stay more kitchen equipment would be needed like jug, bowls, baking dishes.

The price was reasonable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses could be more comfortable, and parking in the area can be challenging to find.

• Alina (3/5): Poor - -Not suitable for people with mobility issues as located on a quite steep hill. I would not book this property if it was mentioned in the description. -Located right next to the building site where work starts at 7am. -There is no parking on site as stated in the description, parking on the street "first come, first serve" basis. We had to drive around and park 2-3 blocks away (lots of nearby streets one way only which makes things more difficult).
• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Building new ,big spacious apartment , comfortable for 4 adults , very clean. Location good, near the bus station in Sliema , and super market. Owner of the apartment give us all the information how to arrive , how to take the key. Kitchen is equipment. We are very content with everything. All the time we used Bolt for transport.
• Zana (9/5): Modern and clean - The apartment's facilities were modern and the host provided detailed check-in instructions. It was a nice touch to have European socket converters available in the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped with both dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Additionally, there was a market nearby that stayed open until midnight, which was very convenient. The view from the balcony wasn't great because of some old buildings and construction. But, we were mostly out during the day, so it didn't bother us much.
• Jiří (9/5): Superb - nice and clean apartment with all the necessary appliances, all the information received before check in, helpful and nice owner Accommodation is next to a construction site, busy place since the morning, We had a lot of difficulties to find any parking slot for our rented car, we were looking couple times for free place for tens of minutes, furthermore the streets around were under reconstruction within our whole stay and it was really hard to find any parking because of nearly absolute ban of parking. The flat was presented as a calm place unfortunately we had experienced techno party from neighbors at our floor until 4 a.m. so somebody had spoiled our stay before traveling home.

• Durose (10/5): Excellent little find - This apartment was very conveniently positioned for the Sliema waterfront. Has all the facilities you need for a group of 4 or 2 adults with children. The beds are really comfy, loads of storage space. There isn't any negatives at all

There were clear instructions on entering, connecting to the internet etc. Lot's of space, enough for 2 couples to function easily. Dishwasher and washing mashine available, which is great especially for longer stays. There was AC we didn't need to use, but in hotter months it must be a lifesaver. Very close to the waterfront, ferry to Valletta and buses. The owner quickly and patiently answered questions we had. The entire area is really steep, so be careful if you have mobility issues.
• Karen (10/5): A comfortable, relaxing base from which to explore Malta 🙂 - A great stay at this modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Lovely to return to after a day exploring Malta or a day at the beach. Set 10/15 minutes away from the seafront meant it was quiet in the evening and you could enjoy the lovely, large balcony the property offers. Shops, restaurants, ferries etc are within easy reach of the apartment and as well as supermarkets there's a great selection of small independent bakeries, pastizzerias and grocers really close by. Kitchen is new and modern so everything is easy to use and works well. Living area is really comfortable with a Smart tv. Wifi was excellent throughout the apartment and there are excellent aircon/heating units in the living area and both bedrooms. This is operated by remote control, so really user friendly. Bathrooms are also newly refurbished and beautifully clean with plenty of hot water. This is a hilly area so worth considering if you have mobility problems. There is a lift in the building which is ideal for transporting your luggage and shopping. Host sent lots of info before arrival and access to the apartment couldn't have been easier. He also responded very quickly to any messages and was very helpful. We felt he had thought of everything needed for a really enjoyable, comfortable stay and we would happily return. Nothing that we didn't like. Suggestions would maybe be to put mattress protectors on the comfortable new mattresses to maintain them, and possibly a couple of small pots in the kitchen would be useful.
