• Maria (10/5): A nice place to come back! - Loved it! The property has all the essentials to enjoy your stay, great location, safe, beach so near, pool, gym. Washer and dryer. Staff was so friendly, loved it!
• Max (4/5): Apartment was good but the surroundings let it down - Location on beach was good Apartment ,once inside was spacious and tidy. Didnt realise it was a separate unit. The access details were not clear resulting in needing help to enter the unit from the security guard. The adjoining condo building was in a state of disrepair and sitting at the swimming pool required "Blinkers" to hide the ugly view! The swimming pool area also needed a little TLC as there were lots of broken tiles. The description of the layout was a little optimistic

• Tiffany (1/5): Run far away! Unsafe and not secured property - The price The property windows didn't lock, and we felt unsafe. When we called the management company to inquire, we were told that the windows have been like that for 5 years, no one has ever complained, and that is just the way it is. I asked if the window issue was in the contract and that was advised it was not. It is the responsibility of the management company to ensure the safety of their property and guests.

Además, contaba con varios complementos como dejarnos toallas de playa, plancha, utensilios para limpiar, sillas de la playa... que nos hicieron más cómoda la estancia Todo estuvo bien
• Tohru (8/5): プライベート感もあり、現地に住んでいる感覚で滞在でき良い体験でした - 質問のレスポンスが早く助かりました。 プールは良いサイズ。メインビルの1Fに小さなショップがあり朝食やドリンクが購入できます。スタッフも親切です。 キッチン器具、洗濯機なども一通り全部揃っていました。コーヒーがあるのは助かりました 私の部屋のテニスコート側の窓の鍵が壊れていたようです。 シャワーのお湯の調整が難しかったです。
• Steven (4/5): Spend more money and get better choices - Beach was quiet and never a lit of people. There is a grocery store within a 5 min walk The accommodations were very disappointing. The room was small, the bed was probably about 20 years old with broken springs or whatever was going on unused there. The frame of the bed wasnt put together right or missing pieces as it has legs in the back, but not in the front so it slanted. Some of shelves in the kitchen were broken and just hanging on. They(the property) is connected to the hotel…which is another topic, but they padlock the door leading to the beach from 1900-0700. So If you want to catch sunrise you will have to walk all the way around the complex. The pool was dirty a majority of the time and I never saw anyone clean it or check the water. Several chair were broken and you really had to becareful cause they would just collapse. We made the best if what we had but were disappointed overall

• Zach (9/5): Great location, well equipped, right on the beach, great pool area and extra facilities. Great spot - Great location, clean, well equipped. The key lock was stiff. I actually broke a key trying to put it in 😅

• Judith (10/5): We usually come in the fall, but Jan.20th was my 80th birthday, I had to be in PR!! - We had our own cooking facilities. This was our 3rd visit. We always try to stay here. It's starting to feel like one of my "homes away from home"

• Mallory (10/5): The perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday in San Juan - The location was amazing!!! Also so secure. You took basically 20 steps and were right on a lovely beach Nothing it was great
• Brittany (10/5): I can not complain. Very nice stay and host was able to be reached, if needed. - Was clean very clean. The room was right next to pool with easy close access to the beach. Walking distance to various restaurants. Didn’t have an ocean view . Had to pay for parking.

• Diane (8/5): Nice stay,inside apartment is comfortable - (2 ) TV’s, washer & dryer , full kitchen, good working WI-FI & Cable TV, queenside bed, extra bed, everything in bathroom worked fine, Apartment was clean ..nice size pool, everyone was friendly, Pete the host was easy to contact & very responsive. Grocery store , restaurants walking distance, anything else is a reasonably priced Uber ride. Old building, some lounge chairs around pool were broke , some areas of grounds are in need of an update

• Tera (10/5): Vacation in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 - Loved that the beach was within steps of the room.. everything very clean inside and outside. the staff was amazing and extremely helpful . The pool was beautiful and very nice it was always clean . I would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store close to property The bed was a bit on the hard side for my liking.

• Gerard (9/5): We had a wonderful time and if ever in Condado again would definitely hope this cabana is available. - Breakfast was not included but the location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes and grocery stores were all within walking distant. The pool was practically outside our door and the ocean was just beyond the pool. Everything was as expected. I really don’t have any complaints.
• Judith (10/5): I come to Puerto Rico every few years, this cabana is now on my list of 3 places I like to stay at! - We had our own kitchenette and the small grocery store was near. This is our 3rd time in these cabanas and 2nd time in Ocean Breeze, we will be back! This location is ideal, we can get to OSJ very easily, the beach is right out the gate and the eateries are all around!! What was not to like! Everything was fine.

It was also a very secure location definitely felt safe the entire time. I didn’t like that the gate to the beached locked at 7pm, but no complaints other than that.

• S. (10/5): Very Cozy room with everything you need. - We checked in with security, but the code was provided prior to check in and the key to the main gates were in the room when we arrived. It was a very smooth process.
• Joshua (3/5): $2,000 out the window for a place that looks like it belongs in the projects - The pool the location and the beach was great. The room was very rundown. A lot of stuff damaged formica curling off the cabinets broken mirrors Vince falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. And sometimes you had to park as far as a half mile away to get to your room because there's no parking for the cabanas. Would not stay here again

• Jason (8/5): Brilliant! - My host was an absolute gem. I received a check-in message and a check-out email, explaining what is expected from me as a guest. Even though I appreciate this is not always possible, I was allowed to check in earlier since my flight arrived early my apartment was available. The apartment was super clean, and well equipped. The wi-if worked well, it had beach towels and even a cooler box to use for the beach! The kitchen had bare essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee for a few cups, some sugar etc. to see you through until your first food shop which is very thoughtful. I had a great time staying here and will do so again. The security at the front never greeted once. Not on arrival, leaving or any time in between. I appreciate that there role is the security of the building but as they are also the only contact person at reception, a friendly approach will do a lot for your guests overall experience. When the security guard checked me in, he asked me various standard questions without smiling once or making eye contact. How a guest is made to feel on arrival and upon leaving is very important. A security guard who is kind and friendly does not surrender his authority.

• Albaro (6/5): this little things didn’t affect our vacation’s just an indication for you to get it right for the future visitors - washer and dryer,the pool and beach being close, close to the restaurants bathroom counter top damage, and light fixtures damaged closet mirror doors of the rail hard to open and close,tv to small and that the access to the beach closed at 7pm 👎
