• Aida (9/5): Рекомендую. - Очень удобное расположение, недалеко от остановки s-bahn. Были все необходимые принадлежности для проживания несколько дней с семьей. Мы остались довольны. Пастельное белье было очень гладкое ,что было непривычно для нашей семьи. Но это субъективное мнение каждого человека.

• Patrice (8/5): Super appartement proche de Schaffhouse - Le logement est parfaitement situé, proche de Schaffhouse ou de Stein am Rhein et proches de plusieurs commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Johannes qui nous a fait la présentation des équipements de l'appartement. Celui ci est très fonctionnelle avec 2 chambres séparées et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Très grand et très propre. Rien à redire. L'appartement est proche d’une rue passante mais l'insonorisation est top si bien qu’on n'entend quasiment rien.

No stressing about breakfast time because you can choose your own time to make yourself breakfast. There’s an Otto (grocery store) on the opposite side of the property.

Monolocale definito "Deluxe": era una triste stanzetta con il letto attaccato alla finestra e al muro: se si apriva la finestra si rischiava di farsi male. L'angolo cucina non aveva l'acqua. • Angelika (7/5): - Für Schaffhausen wohl günstig... S-Bahn in 1 Minute erreichbar, Rhein in 2 Minuten. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Zuordnung der Ferienwohnungen nicht gut erkennbar. So standen wir, nachdem wir ziemlich umständlich an den Schlüssel gekommen waren, nach zwei Schritten in einem Schlafzimmer, in dem sich schon ein Paar auf dem Bett tummelte, das uns genauso verdutzt anschaute wie wir sie - zu unserer Wohnung ging es schon einen Schritt vorher durch eine Tür, die ich für eine Besenkammer oder so was gehalten habe. Das Zimmer ist wirklich winzigen, wir hatten Glück, dass es kühles Wetter war, denn das Fenster kann man über Nacht nur aufmachen, wenn man richtig gute Ohrstöpsel dabei hat ...

• Maxim (10/5): Great - Splendid location: 3 min to the train station, 3 min to Rhein. Everything new and clean, the external bathroom is cozy. The window doesn't face the road and has double glazing, thus no street noise. The kitchenette is OK for a quick breakfast. The staff reacts quickly and answers all the questions. All in all, the studio exceeded our expectation, will be happy to return for a short stay. Nothing. Just don't expect anything fancy for the price.

Really helpful with advice. Good secure storage for our bikes. We were lucky that there was no-one in the next room, so we were able to get across to our bathroom in privacy. • Chih (10/5): Exceptional - Our family is very happy to live in such a nice room. The room and living room are large, with kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. It is very close to the train station. The owner is very hospitable. It takes only 25 minutes by train to the Rhine Falls. I highly recommend staying here.

• Ada (2/5): Very poor - The only positive note, if the rest is fine with you, is the location for the waterfalls, which remain an 8-minute drive away. This unit is NOT an apartment or studio as defined by booking. It is a ROOM, with a window that looks onto a courtyard towards the wall of the neighbor's house, with the bathroom outside the room, positioned in front of the room. Between the two rooms, in the middle, there is the common entrance door between the room and the rest of the apartment, rented to other people, as another apartment. So to go to the bathroom, you will have to go through the common entrance, meeting strangers, who enter through the same entrance door as you at any time. The ROOM does not have a kitchenette, as it is not equipped with a water point or sink. It is only equipped with a microwave and a small electric hob. The only water available is in the bathroom, where you will find yourself washing dishes and getting water for cooking a short distance from the toilet in the double sink serving the bathroom. The river cannot be seen from the ROOM. It is close but not visible. The photos you find in the ad are not taken from the room.  I'll put some photos for you so you can have a clearer idea.  In this case, ask for free private parking, as indicated in the ad, not with an additional cost, as happened to me. Bed linen not suitable for double use, 1 and 1/2 square bed, positioned under the window and against the wall on one side, with only one bedside table on one side.
