• Sofian (10/5): Pleasant stay in Milan - My bus was a bit delayed, but Giovanna kindly waited for me. I stayed for two nights in Milan and the room had everything I needed. It is located in a central area of town, from where I was able to do everything on foot.

Няма много заведения наоколо, но пеша може да се стигне навсякъде. Домакинката беше супер любезна и отзивчива. Помещението е супер малко, тоалетната е прозрачна и почти се вижда какво се случва вътре. На балкона не се пуши и е за един човек само. Така и не разбрахме как работи климатика (изобщо не разбрахме дали е включен в ток някъде)

• Cristina (10/5): Un apartament dragut intr-o zona buna - A fost o cazare foarte buna intr-o zona destul de centrala, la 15 minute de Navigli si 30 minute de mers pe jos pana la Doumo si alte atractii tursitice, cu metro-ul la 2 min, ceea ce a fost foarte bine. Chiar daca a fost mic, a fost exact ce trebuie, bucataria si baia sunt utilate cu toate necesare. Nu neaparat o chestie ce nu mi-a placut, dar salteaua scartaie un pic si peretii sunt destul de subtiri, se aud zgomotele din camera vecina.

Balkonlu oluşu da sabah kahveleri için güzel. Giovanna Hanım çok yardımcı olan birisi, havalimanından gelişi biz sormadan tarif etmesi de incelikti. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek bir yer.

• Ирина Ганенко (7/5): Если бы не отсутствие обогрева помещения, когда мерзнут руки и ноги, поставила бы оценку отлично. - Удобное местоположение, рядом метро, супермаркет. От центрального железнодорожного вокзала, на который мы приехали и с которого уезжали, прямая ветка метро. В номере все есть: мини кухня полностью оборудована, ванная комната также всё включает. Мы жили на 3 этаже, лифт маленький, но два человека с двумя чемоданами помещались. Мы пребывали в Милане с 27 по 30 октября. Днем температура в городе 8, на солнце - до 12-15 градусов тепла. Но после захода солнца температура опускалась до 6 градусов и в номере было очень холодно. Кондиционер работал только на охлаждение (то ли испортился, то ли такая модель). Обогреватель хозяйка нам не дала, сказав, что у нее его нет, поэтому мерзли вечерами.

• Valeriia (8/5): Мы всем довольны - Идеально расположенная квартирка, метро буквально у подъезда, до Дуомо 25 минут пешком по красивым улицам (можно и на транспорте, но мы не ездили). Хозяйка Джованна - замечательная, всегда была на связи, разрешила нам ранний заезд и поздний выезд. Рядом есть рестораны в пешей доступности и магазин Esselunga в паре минут Размер😁 но на фото объекта итак все видно, квартирка действительно крошечная

• Mariam (3/5): It was not good, i would not recommend this house - The only thing I liked was location I didn't like the fact that there was construction on the street where the house was. Which I think should be communicated to the guest before hand. Second thing was that for the amount that I paid it was too small. Room was very cold, bathroom as well. In the bathroom where you should take a shower water was coming so badly, it was cold there and was very impractical to shower. I was feeling cold and shower was not making me feel warm. Other than that towels smelled so bed, even after shower in which I was already feeling cold, this towels made me feel so dirty. Also so called "amenities" I will show picture how they looked!

Nos permitió dejar las maletas en la habitación y retirarlas luego. Hay café disponible en la habitación y pava eléctrica. La habitación estaba muy limpia. En los pasillos hay mucho olor a comida. No en el departamento, solo cuando salís de la habitación. De todos modos, la estadía fue perfecta.

Public transportation is definitely needed to get around (if you would like to get to the city center), but the S. Agostino metro station is just about a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the sound insulation could be better — we could clearly hear when someone in the neighboring room was using the shower or flushing the toilet, which was especially disturbing in the early mornings. Also, the bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable.

There is a small, charming balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We requested a blanket, and the hostess immediately provided it. We would like to express our gratitude to Giovanna for our excellent stay in the heart of Milan.

• Dorota (10/5): Great location, lovely apartment - perfect for a couple. - Apartment is lovely, it's small but enough space for a couple to stay for a few nights. Great location, 20 - 25 minutes walk to Duomo. Apartment is also very close to metro station Green line. There is a pub, wine bar and couple of pizza places within 2 mins walk. It's hot in Milan now but thankfully apartment has a great air con. I can recommend this place to everyone. Nothing to share. Apartment is lovely.

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to public transport, making it easy to reach all the main attractions in the city. The place was very clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short stay. Our host, Giovanna, was extremely kind and helpful - she even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which allowed us to go and discover the city for a little bit longer. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milan! -

Milano Centrale is only 7 stops away, and Cardona (where you can catch the express train to Malpensa Airport) is just 2 stops. For convenience, there’s a major supermarket, Esselunga, just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for grabbing Italian snacks to take home. The room is ideal for solo travelers, it’s cozy, spotless, and with a very comfortable bed. Giovanna, the host, is absolutely lovely—so sweet, responsive, and always ready to help. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place!

• Andreea (8/5): Nice apartament for a lovely stay in Milano. - The location is very good, I felt safe as a female during the entire trip walking around even late in the evening. The apartment is very small, but if you plan a holiday where you mostly visit and just rest at night or have a quick bite in the morning, the apartment is more than enough. A supermarket called Esselunga is within walking distance (5-6min) and other restaurants can be found nearby (I loved Via Pasteria, highly recommend it). Even though the metro has a good connection to the center, we decided to walk to the Duomo di Milano and it was a lovely walk through the neighbourhoods, yet again very safe. Even though you can kind of see in the pictures the bathroom door is not fully opaque, I did not expect it to be so see-through. I traveled with family, so it wasn't very comfortable for us, as we had to cover it with towels. The balcony was a bit dirty, but it didn't bother us as we didn't use it.

It was clean, with almost anything you would need-a mini kitchen, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, etc. If we come back to Milano, we will definetely book it again. Also, Giovanna was very nice☺️ Only if it is necessary to say that I didn’t like something, there wasn’t a dishrack to dry the dishes, but we stayed just for 2 nights, so it wasn’t such a big deal. Also, there was a problem with the bathroom door, but it will be solved.

Communication was convenient, we used WhatsApp. The room is small but everything is thought out and conveniently placed. It is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is free tea and coffee. The apartments are located on a quiet street, but the main attractions of Milan can be reached on foot or by metro In the morning it was noisy outside the window, Some repair work was going on. But you go to the city and it doesn't bother you later

I found two big spiders: one in the kitchen among the dishes, and the second one in the bed. 3. You can hear everything around you: the neighbors, the toilet next door, and even if someone washes something, you can hear it. 4. We didn't have power for half a day and no warm water. I kept calling to cancel everything and find another place. I paid 308€ for this awful apartment for 3 days. The manager told me he would only give me 148€ back and keep 160€ for one night! He should apologize for everything and give me the full refund! I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Comfortable bed, tiny balcony with the jasmine flower blooming was giving the extra Italian touch. Well equipped kitchenette. The studio is small but comfortable. Big luggage doesn’t fit in. No space to open or to store a bigger luggage.

• Frida (10/5): I love it, it’s comfy small but soo cutee, the host was soo nice i loved her how she treated us, really i felt so good a - it’s soo cutee for two people, i loved the balcony definitely coming back.. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it much. The bathroom is also nice just for two good.The apartment is located very good close to everything. The metro station is one min walk away, so is the store and restaurant just a few blocks away (3min walk) . Maybe it’s a bit small but for us was good because we didn’t actually stay alot at the apartment, otherwise it’s nice, maybe the bed wasn’t too comfy but nothing too serious
• Hui (8/5): Short stay in a local neighbour - the location is very convenient, 1 min away from the metro, and it's located in a rather local neighbourhood. It's easy to move around in Milan, either to the main attractions or just wonder around. For those who want to cook, there is only a small electric stove, not really a kitchen that you could cook.

There was just one thing as it was the weekend it was very loud air of young lads shouting and laughing and you could hear it but nothing you could do about that.
