Voorbeelden vervuiling: roosters in badkamers kwam dikke laag stof uit, keukenkastjes met klodders vet aan de deurtjes, overal stof. Verder waren de “luxe” items kapot; van de douchecabine werkte alleen de handdouche. Whirlpool deed helemaal niets. We zijn de hele week van huisje naar huisje getrokken, en overal was het schoon en naar de mogelijkheden onderhouden, hier niet. Niet eens een theezakje of koffiecapsule (voor de schimmelende dolce gusto) bij aankomst. Geen aanrader!

• ZHIHAN (10/5): Parfait - Nous avons passé des bons moments dans l’appartement : il est grand et spacieux. Les chambres sont propres, calmes et les lits sont confortables. Ça sera bien si on peut avoir des étiquettes de shampoing ou gel douche sur les distributeurs
• Philippe (3/5): Très bon séjour, appartement prometteur malheureusement le ménage non fait - L’emplacement, logement spacieux, une impression excellente lorsqu’on rentre dans cet appartement. Excellente literie, deux salles de bain avec deux toilettes. La propreté, c’était très sale et je pense que le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps. Plein de traces de gras dans la cuisine, la plaque de cuisson pas nettoyée, le mur derrière la plaque tout gras, le four pas propre depuis longtemps, plats et casseroles non plus. Nous avions prévu de se faire la cuisine pendant le séjour mais nous avons renoncé et sommes allez manger à l’extérieur pendant tout notre séjour séjour. Beaucoup de choses étaient cassées, volet roulant du salon, une chaise de la cuisine n’avait qu’une seule vis sur quatre, une autre avec un dossier décousu. La douche multifonctions ne fonctionnait pas, uniquement le pommeau de douche, les fonctions balnéo ne marchaient pas etc etc …, je ne vais pas tout décrire.
• Donis (9/5): De perfecte accommodatie in Lissabon - De hosts waren heel vriendelijk. We waren iets later dan verwacht aangekoen en toch hielpen ze ons echt veel. Ook hebben we zelden een accommodatie gezien die zo verzorgd was als deze. Alles was uitzonderlijk schoon, hygiënisch en netjes onderhouden. Het was zelfs zo proper dat we het bijna jammer vonden om alles te gebruiken. De locatie was ook perfect, midden in de stad. Het had een brede garage, wat ook heel handig was. Alles was heel makkelijk verlopen.

Two supermarkets about a minute away - one on each side. It was great to be able to buy fruit and vegetables so close. It was great to have a place to park the car. The spot was close to the wall so a bit tricky to park.

The floors.. garbage area.. fridge.. walls..mats in bathroom..black mold on the ceiling in the shower..curtains not hung properly..one large towel for two people..remove microwave that is broken and all taped up.. looks terrible.

• Franklin Meraz (10/5): Apartamento recomendado yo si volvería a reservarlo. - Un apartamento bastante grande y cómodo era muy completo y en una muy buena ubicación y tambien teníamos parking privado en el mismo edificio. En la descripción del apartamento al reservar decia terraza y churrasquera y no teníamos la terraza, tambien en los baños al entrar teníamos ducha y bañera de hidromasaje pero la parte de hidromasaje no funcionaba y a las puertas les faltaba cerradura para asegurar por adentro de habitaciones o baños, por si te estas cambiando de ropa o duchando algun amigo podria entar por error y no tienes esa privacidad.

The location is great and made getting around the city very easy. I would especially like to highlight the host, who was extremely kind, attentive, and responsive, always willing to help and make sure everything was perfect during my stay. You can really tell how much care and attention is put into the place. I highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. A truly 5-star experience!

We should have done better job choosing it in the right place. Although apartment was very clean it had strong odor of the cleaner that has been used.

In realitate, apartamentul este neintretinut si curatenia lasa de dorit: mucegai la cabina de dus, praf pe toate aparatele de AC, baile si chiuveta din bai si bucatarie doar clatite, pahare murdare in dulapul din bucatarie, resturi suluri hartie igienica in dulap baie Desi anuntasem din timp sosirea la locatie spre finalul intervalului de check-in, ba chiar, luand in calcul o intarziere a avionului am solicitat, daca va fi cazul, un check in intarziat ( pentru care am fost informata foarte rapid ca trebuie sa platesc 30 Euro la booking) apartamentul nu era curatat si pregatit de a fi preluat cand am ajuns - cu 20 min inainte de finalul perioadei de check-in - A trebuit sa mai asteptam 40 min, mutandu-ne cu bagajele dintr-o camera in alta, ca persoana ce ar fi trebuit sa faca curat in apartament sa-si termine treaba. Tot ce a facut in perioada cat am asteptat a fost sa dea cu aspiratorul prin apartament... Baile nu au fost igienizate, nu s-a spalat pe jos, nu a fost sters praful

Havia esponjas de louça bem usadas, falta de pano de pratos e louças um pouco sujas, que tivemos que voltar a limpar para utilizar. Checkin desorganizado, pois tivemos que esperar para o quarto ficar pronto, depois do horário previsto.

• Lidia (9/5): Fantástico - Llegamos antes de la hora del check-inn y aunque no pudimos instalarnos todavía, sí que nos facilitaron utilizar la plaza de garage y la recogida de las llaves. Plaza de garage en el mismo edificio con acceso directo en ascensor. Estuvimos en contacto todo el rato con el personal, que respondían en corto período de tiempo. El apartamento es igual que en las fotos. Es muy amplio, está dotado de todo lo necesario para la estancia. Los colchones son muy cómodos.

Nearly every surface of the apartment was dirty, door knobs grungy, showers moldy, kitchen cabinets covered with food spills. Four of us spent a couple hours cleaning before we felt like we could touch anything other than the beds. Towels were old, one with tears in it. This place needed a deep clean.

The towels were still wet and when we asked for assistance with the dryer, we were told to google it. We ended up having to take the towels to the laundromat. Some of the appliances were a bit broken and looked like they needed some TLC.

• RAQUEL (10/5): Nossa estadia em Lisboa foi excelente! - O apartamento é grande, confortável e muito bem equipado — ideal para famílias. Ficamos em quatro pessoas (dois adultos e duas crianças pequenas) e o espaço foi perfeito, com bastante área para as crianças brincarem. A cozinha é completa, com fogão, micro-ondas, torradeira, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça e todos os utensílios necessários para preparar as refeições. A localização também é ótima — há dois supermercados na mesma calçada, o que facilita muito o dia a dia,a garagem no prédio auxiliou muito a otimizar nossos passeios e o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade é super fácil. O Daniel, que nos recebeu, foi extremamente atencioso e cuidadoso conosco durante toda a estadia. Gostamos muito da experiência e certamente voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui! Nada a reclamar.

Dos cuartos de baños y que tenga garaje es lo más recomendable. Uno de los baños tiene una supuesta ducha de hidromasaje que no funciona absolutamente nada. El frigorífico no funciona bien y continuamente está echando agua al suelo de la cocina. La persiana del cuarto principal no funciona.

There is a BIG park nearby that is pet friendly. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby and two supermarkets right next door. Having parking in the building was wonderful It would be nice if there was some oil, salt and pepper, etc but lots of places don’t include this. We left salt and coffee capsules there for the next person because it was silly to pack them.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Beautifully clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Two decent sized bedrooms and was great having two bathrooms. There's a lovely restaurant called Puro a short walk down the road and also several mini-markets close by. The streets are a bit steep if you're less mobile but nothing compared to some other parts of Lisbon. We had a great time and I can't recommend this apartment, and Lisbon in general, enough.

• Daniel (10/5): Great apartment for the family. Safe, convenient residential neighbor. - This apartment accommodated 2 adults and 2 teenaged children for 12 days. There was a full kitchen, living room (with additional pull out sofa bed), and two bedrooms with own full bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants, ATMs, and cafes within walking distance. Great place for families in a safe neighborhood. We would stay again when we visit Lisbon. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The first day the elevator did not work. Lots of stairs with luggage. The elevator was fixed by morning. The master bedroom's shower is small. If you are a bigger person, you can use the guest shower/tub.
