Zara (1/5): It’s a scam, took my money and HE cancelled my room on the night - I arrived in London and called the owner to tell him what time I would be there to check in. The man told me in a very rude way that I can’t stay there it’s closed for renovations and to contact booking.com. At no point had I received any messages from either the owner or booking.com. They have taken my money and I was lest with nowhere to stay, I’m still waiting to hear back from booking.com. Don’t book this hotel it’s a scam to get your money, if you book it you will just lose your money and have nowhere to stay like I did The fact I called him and he said I can’t stay there because he’s closed but still took my money and was really rude
