- Boaz (8/5): Good but... - Everything is new. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen. Nice living room. Nice view. Good bedroom. Good washroom. Good host response time. The apartment directly faces the Metrotown SkyTrain station, resulting in significant noise from accelerating and decelerating trains, even during late-night hours. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is not very good. Additionally, the actual location of the apartment is approximately 1 km away from the listed address, which was misleading. It's also important to note that short-term rentals are prohibited by law in this building. This made my stay feel uneasy and somewhat unlawful, which negatively impacted my overall experience.

- Wanita (9/5): Très chic! - Super location! About 4 minutes walk to Metrotown skytrain station. I stayed for the month of January. The condo is ultra modern, completely new, very bright. Lots of windows and great view from 28th floor. About 510 sq feet. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and sparkling clean. I had some needs for items in the kitchen and they bought them for me. I had questions on how to use appliances and they came over and showed me. They have a gym too. I had secure underground parking too! I would definitely recommend this place! The living room couch is not comfortable and it would be great to have a little book that explains how to operate everything in the suite.

- Milton (9/5): Great apartment for 2 couples, really well maintained and located next to Sky train & shopping mall. - Excellent location and on 18th floor so had great views. Balcony allowed great sightseeing, and view of distant mountains without glass in the way. 3 good lifts in the building, with security lobby. Apartment condition was excellent with premium shampoo, conditioner and shower gels, amply supply of toilet rolls and more than enough cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, pots and pans. Dishwasher and washing machine were like brand new. Excellent bathroom and en-suite with enough towels for us all. Only one security fob and key, where 2 could have been really useful. Would have been happy to pay a deposit to have 2 security fobs to let us into the building. Was not allowed to use the electric blinds in the bedrooms or living room, which would have been really useful at night for privacy and during the day for better views.

The AC in the smaller room didn’t get cold like the main room and the lobby. The owner came in to check but there was no resolution to the issue

The appartment is very clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. A very big balconny to view the sunrise and sunset. Loved it so much!

- Junhao (10/5): This is the best place I've ever lived in my life, hands down. - Facilities. It's got everything you could think of. There's a washer and dryer along with the detergent, a bathroom with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge, central air conditioning, and so on. You could say it's flawless, just check in with your bags. Convenience. It's also impeccable. Less than a ten-minute walk to the subway station, big supermarkets, shopping areas, and restaurants. It meets all the requirements for both short-term and long-term stays. Safety. You don’t have to worry too much about walking outside alone at night or in the early morning. And the apartment is very secure, virtually eliminating the chance of strangers freely entering and the building. Service. It is perfect. Initially, because my original room had a leaking water pipe, the landlord swapped it with another room of the same quality before I arrived. Moreover, there was a time I was locked out of the building, feeling utterly helpless, and the landlord came from far away to help me out. All in all, the service almost anticipates all kinds of needs of the residents, leaving no room for criticism. Nothing! Everything is perfect!

The unit had very tastefull Arts. Modern furnisher. The host kept in touch and was super helpful and provided an outstanding service. Location was convenient for us as well. With a hip and modern cafe culture, the community boasts lively restaurants, markets, three acres of elevated green space and direct access to SkyTrain, transit and Canada’s second largest shopping mall, Metropolis.
