• Mark (9/5): Very nice apartment in excellent location in central Lisbon. - The perfect location in Lisbon, right off Rossio Square in easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with beautiful windows and lots of natural light. We especially appreciated the washing machine with dryer function. All was good. A full length mirror would be a nice addition.
• Maria (9/5): Idealne miejsce na wypady w każdym lizbonskim kierunku - Pięknie urządzony wystrój wnętrza, wszelkie sprzęty gospodarstwa domowego, świetna lokalizacja na głównym placu. przy otwartych oknach było bardzo głośno w całym mieszkaniu, jednak okna w pełni dzwiękoszczelne. Niestety pomimo bardzo wysokiej ceny za dobę w kuchni nie było ciepłej wody (pokrętło zostawało w dłoni), a w łazience w umywalce ciepła woda leciała pod tak słabym ciśnieniem, że nie możliwe było korzystanie z niej. Tylko pod prysznicem była ciepła woda. Tam niestety nieszczelne drzwi od kabiny powodowały zalewanie podłogi. Pomimo wszelkich starań po każdym prysznicu z podłogi trzeba było zbierać wodę ręcznikami. Szkoda, bo przy takiej stawce za wynajem spodziewałam się 100% sprawnego wyposażenia.
• John (10/5): - The service from Feels Like Home was fantastic. Super helpful, very accommodating, and always reachable. The location of the apartment was great, right on Rossio square. We were surrounded by things to do and see, tons of restaurants, a subway stop outside our door, on the bus line, and very walkable. The apartment was gorgeous, well stocked, and everything was new.

• Alex (4/5): Downgraded with zero compensation. Disappointing customer service - 3 days before our arrival, we were informed that there was a leak in the apartment we booked and so they would put us in a different place. We could see that the 2nd apartment was much smaller and also didn't have views over the square. We asked for a partial refund due to the downgrade and disappointment but were refused and instead told that we could cancel if we wanted- not a very helpful suggestion days before the holiday. We went ahead with the 2nd apartment but then literally after landing in Lisbon and getting off the plane received another message saying that the front door was broken so no one could get in. Then got moved to a 3rd apartment which was still smaller than the original and now in a different part of the city centre. Still refused any form of compensation which I think is basic customer service when getting downgraded and messed around so last minute. Appreciate they can't foresee a leak but quite shocking really and too many poor excuses. Managed to get a late check out but only after chasing up.

• Doyle (8/5): Excellent location. Beautiful apartment. Dangerous step that caused injury - Excellent location. Lovely and fresh and clean. Beautiful site. Everything was immaculate. Metro was at front door. 2 Christmas markets within 30 seconds of us. Bus to castle 30 seconds away also. There was a step down to the balcony that we didn't see. We both fell down it and my wife damaged her hand badly. Step was same colour as floor so we didn't see it. We emailed on the last day to let them know and to be fair they replied and hoped her a swift recovery.

• JANE (10/5): Fabulously central. Able to walk most places and train station. - The property was very spacious and all inclusions of excellent quality. How lovely to have live plants in the loungeroom area. Lovely shutters to allow peaceful sleep. Very comfortable bed. Quality furniture. Quite noisy with the shutters open but everything else was so good.
