• The (7/5): Swimming pool is the only attraction - .Not near to har ki pauri it's way far and if you book an electric rickshaw they charge nothing less than ₹ 200.00 No basic amenities available in room.No toilet roll , no ventilation, changed room to a smaller one for the sake of window. Even they do not provide drinking water. We demanded R.O water but the service boy said you will get only packed water bottle on chargeable basis. Room
• Mayuri (1/5): Bad - The hotel is wrongly mapped on maps that it is near to hari ki pauri. It's more than 7 km away plus the roads are too bad. Couldn't reach there and when landed in the lane couldn't locate it as misinformed by hotel in its description . Disappointed

• Riya (5/5): Passable - Clean washrooms and bedroom 1) There is no separate parking facility, we went there with our personal car and we had to park it in front of the hotel but the CCTV camera facility was there. 2) In the booking it was mentioned that the swimming facility was included but after reaching the property they informed us that the swimming facility was not in use for the time being and also mentioned 200 per person for the availing the swimming facility 3) It was mentioned in the booking that there will be a balcony in the room...but at the property, there were big windows as a balcony 4) Window curtains were dirty 5) The location of the hotel is a little inside than expected

• Mohit (3/5): Poor - Location is fine, peaceful area Hotel made me pay approx 500+ than the invoice amount showed through your app , cleaning was not good, insects were found in hotel, cigarette burnt pillow were there in our both bedrooms, I asked receptionist that was dinner available in hotel he replied that we can have dinner in nearby rasoi dhabba whereas they have restaurant n food facility..... Very unprofessional, also no cable tv, quality of drinking water bottle they provide is bad, soap quality is bad, no shampoo n handwash given..... We were 4 members- towel they provided only 2.... No words..

We had to ask for even tea bags. - It’s a normal hotel, located far off from the city The property mis informed about its location in Booking.com. It is mentioned that the property is within 250 meters of Har-ki-Pauri, but actually it is located at about 2.5 km from the Har-ki-Pauri.

The staff wasn't very pleasing and we spent around 1 hour only locating the property because google maps was showing a location where property didnt exist. Also, The staff wasnt readily available to clean the toilets after repeated calls. Also, we did booking thru Booking.com and we arrived around 5am at station and around 5 30am we were trying to call up the property by given no but no one ever picked up... going with family in this condition wasnt good.
