• lina (7/5): Overall, a pleasant stay with a convenient location and responsive host — great value that would be - A hidden gem for budget travelers! 📍 The location is unbeatable: steps from the MRT and an easy walk to KLCC. 💬 The host was excellent — replying quickly and solving any queries we had. 💰 Amazing value for money. We'd happily book again! A heads-up: due to quick turnover, some appliances seemed a bit worn and could use a check-up. A more thorough inspection between guests would be perfect for future stays.

The place is near city center. lots of shops nearby. the view is really nice. spacious and clean! It’s on the 52nd floor, it takes time to go up and down and I’m a scaredy cat, I don’t like being alone in the lift.

We had trouble connecting with the host initially. This place could do with front desk serving the units like some other similar developments. Once, the key handover took place after an hour or so reaching out to the host - everything was fine

There was also an LRT station nearby, which made commuting to different areas easy. The place was clean and beautifully maintained, and the view—both day and night—was absolutely breathtaking. Good air con and two bathrooms was a bonus and some nice street food very nearby The third bedroom wasn’t a bedroom but a games room/ office which, as a party of 5 meant 3 people had to share the large double bed

Dam nice view from 52th floor. The host was nice and helpful we are very comfortable Our stay." no hanger to hang cloth.

AC was making a little noise in bedroom 1 which was irritating. I would rate apartment view 7/10 because I had better views from the apartments I stayed in before. No flexibility on check-in and check-out timings which I feel should be a must.

• Azami (8/5): The place could be great - Location Location Location!!! For a non-driver, this location is everything you need. 1. The building is flooded with tourists local and international, for those who expect sense of privacy, you won't get it by that scene. 2. A study area is much suitable description to an area without a door. Which has resulted the description by booking.com on the apt to have 3 rooms instead it was only 2 rooms. 3. I would invite the owner to install air purifiers or keep some indoor plants to keep the apt feel left stuffy since no balcony to allow the flow of air from outside to reach in. 4. I would invite the owner to maintain the shower head in the second bathroom as it was no longer able to attach to the wall. 5. I would invite the owner to upgrade the internet box and TV provided as most of the time, it would be disconnected or lagging. 6. It wouldn't hurt the owner to intall a microwave. 7. You need to pay extra to enter the pool at 6th floor which was never advised. (I could be wrong since I didn't find any info regarding it in the description of the apt) 8. Finally, for someone like myself who rent the place for more than 3 days, I would invite the owner to send in a cleaner to do some cleaning service to keep it fresh for your guests.

Came here for a short break and of course the pool for my kids unfortunately to access the pool got to pay RM20/head (we are family of 5 - paid add on charges). Parking fee also not waive for guests, not a flat rate atleast (paid another RM50 for entry twice). Overall I have to add on a cost almost the same amount of the stay. So many hidden charges not been mentioned. anyways need to order/look for foods somewhere near.

• Rasidah (3/5): The apartment not so good due to maybe the owner didn't do well the maintenance. - The place quite ok.. I've stay at 52nd floor which is I can see KL Tower and KLCC near to me. The apartment not so good which is when we on the aircond was liking and the toilet when we wash the water stagnant on the floor.. both toilet like that. That's why I'm not so happy when staying there. The staff also not friendly I must call so many time for them to pick up my call.

• Deehart (6/5): Misleading listing - not 3 bedroom - The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment - but it was only 2 bedroom. The 'third bedroom' was a narrow office with no door. It should not be advertised as 3 bedroom, it is very misleading (basically, just not true!) Under the 'facilities' description there is mention of a pool and gym BUT they don't tell you that there is a daily fee to use these facilities!

It was not the time for check in yet, and they havent even given me the check in instruction even, yet they already asked my check out time. They didnt allow earlier check in, yet they couldn’t wait for the guest to check out early. How rude is that? They even asked me to pay extra RM30 per person just bcs i brought my 2 friends to stay together, by claiming it was cheap just bcs i booked for 1 person stay, when the unit has SO CALLED 3 bedrooms. (Mind you, they only have 2 bedrooms, the so called 3rd bedroom is just a space which you cant even call it a room) And nope, it wasn’t cheap bcs i book for 1 person, but that is the price regardless you book for 1 or 3 person stay, i’ve checked it before i booked ya. the floor is so dusty that i got allergic reaction during my stay. The pillow and comforter were smelly. Oh, the host will never pick up your call. I called multiple times because i had a lil bit confusion during check in time, bcs CHECK IN INSTRUCTION WAS NOT CLEAR. But they never pick up. They didnt even tell where to park, and which floor to go from the parking to reach the entrance. We had to press the lift button one by one and check ourself which one is the ground floor. Lol. They didnt provide free parking. You have to pay RM4.50 per hour for parking. It is not worth it at all.

• Gary (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here. Lifts were fast. 7 Eleven handy too. 10 min walk to KLCC - The apartment had 2 bedrooms. Comfortable king size bed and pillows. Powerful showers. Useful kitchen etc Sone things a little dated but clean and comfortable.
• Tanya (5/5): Passable - The property was not very clean. There were 2 dirty dish cloths in the kitchen sink. There was no tea towel to dry up. There were no hand towels or bath mats provided. The unit smelt of moth balls which was very overpowering. The shower glass of both showers were very stained and dirty. There were chocolate wrappers in one of the bedrooms which appeared that the room had not been cleaned very well. The cutlery provided was very average and was stored in a cup. A pool was advertised as being available at the property and pool towels but the pool was an additional cost which was not indicated on the booking site.

• Igor (9/5): Super! - The room was on the 52nd floor, the view is amazing! Location is super - right in the centre! The price/quality is great! Large, clean room with comfortable beds and pillows, clean linen and towels, kitchen was also clean. The owner was always on call for any questions and even when a hairdryer was needed he found it and brought it. The bathroom is not very clean and poorly ventilated but this is not even a minus, just a wish for the owner. Pool on the 6th floor with a good view but for a fee.

• Zaween (8/5): Great experience but it could be better:) - The location is great. Can get KLCC and KL towers from our room. Around 5mins walk to nearest MRT Station. Got fridge and washer. Room were comfortable and the unit is big enough for the whole family. Check in delay a bit because I was informed that the room hasn't been cleaned yet but the host informed me and apologized for the delay. The room is not sparkling clean but it was acceptable. Lack of basic amenities like iron and bath mats as we were informed that the unit is newly renovated. One of the toilet flush is not functioning so we had to use only one toilet. Need to buy new iron for our stay there.
