- Pamela (10/5): - The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles at night. Definitely worth staying at least one night. Note check in times It’s important as the Ark is inside the park

- Michal (8/5): - Really special place and overall experience. Can do better in calling out that the check in takes place in a different facility 20 minutes drive and that you need to add park fees to the total cost!

- Uschy (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay. The Ark is nestled in the middle of the forest. As promised, animals come to the watering hole which you can view from balconies on each floor. We saw elephants, buffalos and baboons. One negative was the water in the shower took a very long time to get hot and the drain did not work properly, but other than that it was amazing.
