- Guest (9/5): Super dejligt ophold - Vi blev mødt af en meget sød og hjælpsom receptionist. Selv om vi først ankom 7minutter før receptionens lukketid, fik vi en grundig og venlig introduktion, og vi var på plads to minutter i lukketid. Værelset var lækkert, og meget fint udstyret med lille køkken, kaffemaskine, elkedel, køleskab og komfurblus. Badeværelset var lækkert og med en spa-agtig lækkerhed. Dejlige senge, mørklægningsgardiner og fin plads til tre voksne på værelset. Alt i alt en dejlig og tjekket oplevelse.

Sinä aikana huonetta eikä kylpyhuonetta siivottu, ainoastaan roskakori tyhjennettiin. Viimeisenä päivänä oli jo aika paljon pölyä lattialla ja lavuaari likainen. Meitä oli 4 naista samassa huoneessa.

W hotelu wszystko działa na kod, który otrzymuje się w recepcji - brak kluczy czy kart magnetycznych - ciekawe doświadczenie, gdy wchodząc do pokoju ma się wrażenie, że wchodzi się do sejfu 😅 Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - 5min.pieszo do dworca PKP i PKS, ok. 40min spacerkiem do Górnego Bergamo. Zasadniczo okolica spokojna, choć w pobliżu dworca duża ilość napływowej ludności, która przemieszcza się grupkami (co może budzić delikatny niepokój zwłaszcza przemieszczając się po zmroku).

- Alain (10/5): - We had a great stay at AR Suites&Art. The receptionist gave us a very warm welcome at check-in and even offered us a coffee, which was a lovely gesture. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with two bottles of water (still and sparkling), a multi-fruit juice, and a cola – a really nice touch! The bathroom was large, and the rain shower made for a very relaxing experience. Everything was exceptionally clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book this apartment again.

De buurman op 202 zat ‘s nachts te bellen en daardoor werden we wakker. ‘s avonds zaten mensen buiten te lachen en ook dat werd door de gebouwen wat versterkt

Sok pomarańczowy świeżo wyciskany TOP. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu na duży PLUS. Wieczorem okolica niezbyt bezpieczna, sama nie odważyłabym się wracać do hotelu piechotą, ale wina obiektu w tym żadna. Lokalizacja hotelu dla osób, które Bergamo traktują jako bazę wypadową, świetna!! Dworzec kolejowy bardzo blisko, nie potrzeba żadnej taksówki.

- Nikolouzou (10/5): Αριστο !!! - Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι με την διαμονή μας !! Όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε και ακόμα καλύτερα !! Το δωμάτιο πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο , καθαρό , ζεστό και ήσυχο !! Μας έδωσαν οδηγίες πως να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο μας γιατι φτάσαμε πολύ αργά , παρόλα αυτά δεν χρειάστηκε γιατί μας περίμεναν και μας βοήθησαν με τις αποσκευές μας !! Το πρωινό άριστο με πολλές επιλογές !! Επισης θέλω να επισημάνω ότι το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ηταν όλοι τους πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί !! Ειδικά Ο Κος Daniele στην reception μας βοήθησε πολύ και ήταν πολύ πρόθυμος να μας βρει λύση σε ενα πρόβλημα Μετακίνησης που προέκυψε λόγο της απεργίας !! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!

- Matthew (7/5): Great aparthotel but a tiny bit pricy - Good location if you want to be near bus stops and train station. Good location for some restaurants and bars, and for local music festival venue. You need to get public transport up to the upper part of Bergamo if you want access to there , however. Excellent TVs and kitchen facilities. Lovely staff. Loved the free snacks in the afternoon in the lobby! And the sauna facilities were amazing! For the price I would've liked daily cleaning, refresh of water, tea, coffee. Our room faced the road and the train station which meant it was a little noisy, especially at night or early in the morning. And the Air Conditioning was super dry.

Easy walk from the main train station with luggage and an easy walk to the town centres, including alto town. We stayed in the tribeca loft with 6 adults and 2 children. It was beautiful. Enjoyed eating out on the deck each night AND the sauna too. Highly recommend. Cannot flaw this place.

- kenneth (8/5): - Nærme togstasjonen, litt irriterende å ikke få klimaanlegg under 22 grader. Selv i september blir det litt varmt om natta med 22 grader. God service og deilig frokost.
- Franziska (10/5): Einer der schönsten Optionen in Bergamo - Die Tribeca Suite ist sehr zu empfehlen: 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem super bequemen Doppelbett und je einem en suite Bad. Daneben gibt es noch Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Küche (sehr gut ausgestattet) plus kleine Terrasse. Schönes Design und vor allem sind die Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Strassenlärm, einerseits durch neue Fenster, andererseits auch durch die Lage der Fenster zu einer ruhigen Wohnstrasse hin. Der Parkplatz im Hof ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Er wird durch zwei Tore (per Code) von der Strasse abgeschirmt. Der Check-in dauert lange: wir waren 21.05 Uhr da (die Rezeption ist bis 23 Uhr besetzt) und mussten trotzdem klingeln und dann 15 Minuten vor der Tür warten, bis wir hereingelassen wurden, die Zimmerschlüssel bekamen und einchecken konnten. Das ist nach einer längeren Anreise "weniger cool". Das Wohnzimmer der Tribeca Suite hat keine Gardinen oder Jalousien, d.h. ist einsichtig von den Fenstern einer Hotelfront sowie einer Terrasse, die auch anderen Hotelgästen zur Verfügung steht. All in all aber sind dies kleinere Unannehmlichkeiten und haben dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan.

W apartamencie były 3 łóżka w jednym pokoju i rozkładana kanapa w części wspólnej. Niestety kanapa była średnio wygodna i strasznie skrzypiała. Każdy ruch na łóżku było słychać w całym apartamencie.

- Thomas (5/5): Improve Aircon - Nice staff. Very clean and new. Aircon was rubbish, it was super warm in the room and their Aircon was very ineffective. Couldn't sleep well. Also the fridge was not good.
