• Laetitia (8/5): Très belle expérience - Nous avons appréciés l'emplacement ( proche d'Europa park), l'extérieur, la terrasse, la piscine ainsi que le confort de l'intérieur. Les chambres sont vastes et très bien équipées niveau de la literie😊 Petit bémol pour la quantité d'eau chaude, on avait pourtant des groupes de douches ( les uns au matin et les autres le soir) et le manque de verres
• Wim (7/5): - de locatie, dicht bij Europapark. Groot appartement met grote tuin met zwembad en Barbeque. Konden drie auto"s kwijt Eeen beetje achterstallig onderhoud en 1 airco op de slaapkamer kapot waarvoor 3 ventlatoren in de plaats gezet zijn. Voor 9 personen waren er wel weinig glazen aanwezig. Overige keukenspullen waren ruim voldoende.

La propreté du logement laisse à désirer, le sol était collant, sous un matelas des saletés, draps tachés vêtements oubliés dans une armoire. Le propriétaire en a été informé et c'est l'entreprise de nettoyage qui a mal fait son travail.

Eigentümer sind sehr nett & hilfsbereit. War kurzfristig gebucht & wir hatten uns nicht ausreichend vorbereitet (Videos) um auf das Gelände zu kommen …

• Marilyn (5/5): Logement agréable mais propriétaires injoignables - Très spacieux, la maison en soit est génial. Plusieurs chambres, beaucoup d'espace, de la place pour se garer. Logement au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Il faudrait avoir un numéro a contacter en cas d'urgence: le numéro est toujours occupé mais pendant la journée. Je n'ai pas pu les joindre sauf avant mon arrivée ou ils m'ont appelé. Première nuit sans électricité de 20h jusqu'au matin (nous avons du manger avec les lumières des téléphones), même si le logement a 2 douches, il faut prendre la douche 1 seule personne a la fois (sinon pas assez d'eau chaude).

• Claudia (8/5): Optimal für unser Anliegen...Besuch im Europapark - Optimale Wohnung für große Gruppen. Wer zum Europapark möchte mit einer Gruppe ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und bemüht um die Gäste. Vielen Dank dafür. Für uns Erwachsene waren die Betten zu weich, aber sowas kann man nicht bewerten. Der eine mag es weich und der andere hart. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich.

• Josep (7/5): Ciertos detalles enturbiaron en parte las grandes cualidades y posibilidades de la estancia. - Casa muy bien ubicada, cerca de Europark i en el centro de la Selva Negra Infraestructura adecuada en general. Muy versátil i funcional. Limpieza buena Terreno jardín muy agradecido, con mucho espacio, con piscina, barbacoa, etc. Comunicación con gestora buena, pero a veces tardía en la respuesta. Estando anunciado que había aire acondicionado, el día que llegamos lo estaban instalando/cambiando. Solo funcionó dos de los 6 días y no lo hizo en dos habitaciones Anunciada en Booking habitación con cama doble de 160 cm ancho, cuando en realidad era de 135 m. Anunciado en Booking que había una cuna gratis de cortesía y pese a que se solicitó una, indicaron que había que pagar Barbacoa sucia. Los baños son muy justos cuando habitan 14 personas. Los utensilios de la cocina (vasos, tazas, copas) cuando hay tantas personas queda muy corto. La Galería/terraza cerrada de la cocina que da al jardín esta llena de abejas cada mañana, que entran por una pequeña apertura en la parte derecha. Estuvimos 6 noches. Dos días nos encontramos al llegar a la tarde la puerta del apartamento abierta. Nadie nos indicó previamente, que si se entrabamos en domingo no se podía solicitar al supermercado. Eso si, cobrar se cobró y tardaron 18 días en devolver el dinero.

• Larry (2/5): It is not air conditioned as advertised. - The size of the unit. It was advertised as air conditioned. There was an air conditioner in one of the five bedrooms, and it did not work. Also, the back door would not close so flies were in the house.
