• Nick (9/5): Excellent accommodation, ideal for anyone bike packing Traws Eryri that needs a place to stay at the end - Modern and well appointed, the small garden is a nice touch to and allowed me to dry some clothes in the evening sun! The heating controls weren’t working but it was warm enough I didn’t contact the owner about it at the time, I’m sure it will be addressed after my stay

• Sucheta (8/5): Sofa bed was highly uncomfortable. - Kitchen facilities were excellent Flush tank in toilet stopped working in the night we arrived. Immediate help was not available. We could manage to open the tank and fix the issue ourself.

• CARA (10/5): Comfy cosy little apartment - Lovely big comfy sofa, nice kitchen with things you need, nice big fridge freezer even had some ice in it. Comfortable bed, nice shower and quiet location and near supermarket and train station. You can park on the side road next to the building or across the street if no space. This apartment is upstairs using outside stairs shared with one other flat I think ( there was another door) it's above like a workshop yard but there was no noise from them. The TV has Netflix etc to log in. And we cooked lovely food from Edwards of Conwy butchers in the oven. Great little place. Only having to get through the door on the road and getting up the outside stairs in the rain with shopping etc.. but otherwise nothing.

• Bridget (7/5): - I don't know if we were the first guests of the year, but the bedside tables and lamps and most items in the kitchen had a heavy coating of dust. The bed and bathroom were clean. It was well equipped. The place needed a spring clean.

• Vikashkumar (7/5): Overall stay was ok but price needs to reduce. - Property was ok to stay for 1 night for 2 people. It wasn’t that clean. There were some spinner nets behind the curtain. Floor needs to be clean. Parking was the issue. There is no dedicated car park. You need to find it. There is a van stays there. I had to call owner to ask for a parking.

Very clean and very well equipped with everything that you would need. Perfect location for visiting family in the area! Nothing major - the garden/bedroom felt it was overlooked by people coming up/down or in the building behind.

• Isaac (6/5): - Excellent interior decoration, great kitchen facilities, good location. Heating was an issue initially and this took almost an hour to resolve. It says on booking.com that ironing facilities are available, but was available, although they offered to bring an iron after we'd made an alternative arrangement. Given some inadequacies (e.g. shower gel!), it appeared they were under the impression that we were gonna be there for just a night when in fact we booked 3 nights. Otherwise, you will love the property, especially the aesthetics!

• Robyn (10/5): Brilliant Apartment in Llandudno Junction - Lovely apartment, really clean and in a fab location - sadly didn't have much time to explore, but will be back to check out more of the area next time! Great facilities, everything you need in the kitchen. Only a couple of minutes walk to the station, with trains directly to and from London Euston. Lots of supermarkets and places to get food nearby. Nothing, had a great couple of nights stay.

Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. It’s a perfect place both for couples looking for a romantic getaway and for families with children. The location is excellent, peaceful, and convenient. A big thank you for such a lovely stay! Our highest recommendations!

• kim (10/5): Great little flat with comfy bed - Host was helpful, and replied to texts very quickly. Instruction entering property was easy to follow. We were only there for one night so it was perfect for us, inside the accommodation was very comfy, bed super comfortable and ideal location for supermarket and take-away food. It was about a 20/25 minutes easy walk into Conwy. Eating close by is easy, fish & chips, Chinese, Indian all on the door step. We opted for the junction India restaurant just up the road.. would recommend. No toiletries in bathroom Kitchen utensils a little sparse View when you open the front door

• Susan (10/5): Wonderful place to stay. Perfect - The apartment was clean comfortable and well thought out . It provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect 5 min walk to the train station or bus stop which took you to Conwy or Llandudno. Parking was easy and convenient at the side of the property. Not a compliant just to be aware there are a flight of stairs to the property in case stairs are an issue

• Karine (7/5): - Bel appartement confortable, bien situé et très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Nous avons adoré la jolie chambre, très confortable et propre. Salle de bain propre également. Par contre, le sol du salon et de la cuisine étaient sales, nous avons marché en chaussettes et le dessous était marron... le canapé était sale aussi, beaucoup de poils d'animaux sur les cotés des coussins et des toiles d'araignées au niveau du haut du dossier... Nous ne sommes pas maniaques, nous avons nous-même des animaux mais il serait bien de passer un bon coup d'aspirateur sur les coussins du canapé.

It did take me a few minutes to find the cutlery, which was in the top drawer in a little secret drawer 😄. Everything was perfect

• Kelly (6/5): Convenient location, but some cleanliness and access issues - I recently stayed at Poppy’s Place in Llandudno Junction. While the apartment has a lot of potential and is in a great location, there were a few things that detracted from the overall experience. The location is ideal — close to local shops, train station, and just a short drive to Conwy. The apartment was generally clean and well-presented. Overall: Poppy’s Place has the foundation to be a great self-catering stay, but attention to detail and cleanliness needs improvement. It’s fine for a short stay if you’re not too particular, but I’d recommend checking with the host about kitchen equipment and access before booking. Access to the apartment is through a building yard, which felt a bit awkward. There was old food left in the cupboard, which raised questions about how thoroughly the place had been cleaned between guests. Surprisingly, there was no cutlery provided in the kitchen, which made it difficult to prepare or eat meals.

• Robert (8/5): Comfortable and well-appointed apartment. - Very clean, comfortable and well appointed flat. Secure with a great enclosed patio at the rear. Close to a good pub (The Old Station Hotel) and Llandudno Junction railway station. Everything was great but the naming and numbering of the property was slightly confusing as it is signed as "Busters Barn" with no obvious external reference to "Poppies Place" and it would be good to have the exact number of the flat on the booking.

Great location, only a 10 minute car journey to Llandudno, a nice walk to the shops and the old station pub was across the road, which bought a bit of nostalgia as my sister used to run it when it was a beefeater years ago. • Nigel (10/5): All in all a lovely apartment for an overnight stay . . . . . . - The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully and beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable sofa, nice big comfortable bed, wonderful spacious shower and fully equipped very clean kitchen. It is also very 'secure' and contained within a complex accessed by a fire escape type staircase, so there are 3 locking doors between the apartment and ''outside world'. . . . . The inclusion of a Smart T.V. and Netflix is a nice touch! Right now, the location isn't the best . . but that is down to the fact that there is ongoing development at the rear of the premises. . . (purely presently a 'visual' thing - there was no noise or anything like that - just a rough looking old corrugated iron barn that is apparently due for demolition soon) . . . . There is an unexpected 'step down' as you enter the front door, and there was no 'warning notice' . . I am 77 and if I had not been holding onto the door handle I would have taken a tumble. . . . . . It is a 'Pet friendly' accommodation . . . . but to take our dog out for a pee entailed going down two flights of stairs, out of the security door and walking 50 or so yds to rear of the tumbledown barn! . . . .

Very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends. No pods for the fancy coffee machine. As we only stayed one night it wasn't worth buying any. No dishwasher tablet or washing machine pod, so suggesting you bring your own would be a good idea.
