• Franz (4/5): Jugendherberge für erwachsene - Wenn man einen ruhigen, abgelegenen Ort sucht, ist es ok. Es war mehr eine Jugendherberge als wirklich ein Apartment. Im keller gab es eine schlecht ausgestattete Küche. Das zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, spinnweben und staub, im bad an der decke war schimmel und auch die fugen der dusche und fliesen waren schimmelig.

The owner was very kind — they allowed us an early check-in and helped us store our bags, which we really appreciated. Everything was very clean, and the shared well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus. We highly recommend this accommodation :-)

Right beside the lake and some options for restaurants and shopping within 15min radius by car. Very peaceful and quaint location. Plenty of options to just wake up in the morning and start hiking or running around the accommodation location. Since the interiors were wooden, it took some time to heat up the house. Sufficient duvet/comforters were provided so overall no complaints.

• Kristin Christ. (8/5): DZ ausreichend für Personen die viel draußen unterwegs sind - Das Doppelzimmer ist teilweise neu renoviert, bietet genug Stauraum und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche im EG ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist groß. Der Vermieter ist nett und spricht ganz gutes Englisch. Die Lage ist spitze und nur wenige Meter weiter fahren in regelmäßigen Abständen Busse in Richtung Bohinj, Bled, Ljubljana. Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Betreten des Hauses wirkt es unaufgeräumt und nicht sehr einladend. Die Zimmertür hat ihre besten Jahre ebenfalls hinter sich. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist wenn mehrere Gäste da sind. Dennoch alles funktional und für mich, ich war sehr viel außer Haus, war es optimal.

• Ekaterina (10/5): i’m really happy we chose this place, it’s just near to all the hiking places and stunning people stayed there - really nice location and in the kitchen there were everything we needed! also there were absolutely stunning balcony door to the toilet is really noisy
• Annette (5/5): We did enjoy our stay, as it was mainly to eat and sleep, but wouldn’t stay again. - It was a fantastic location and the host was so nice. Unfortunately it needs a lot of work. There is nowhere comfortable to sit when you come back from a day of hiking. Only hard wooden benches and 2 hard chairs. No lounge or armchairs. The bed was missing a few slats at the end so it was ok when you’re laying down, but I sat on the end of the bed to put my shoes on and almost fell off as the mattress went down almost to the floor. By far the worst was the black mould on the dish rack, top and underneath as well. Easily missed as the plastic coating is black, but sickening once I saw it. I scrubbed it as best I could and got most of it off, but it’s not healthy. Hot water system dripping into a bowl on the floor.

• Zofia (4/5): Przykre zaskoczenie - Czystość oraz taras ze stołem i krzesłami były okej, ale zostały znacznie przyćmione przez liczne minusy tego hotelu. Zepsuta klapa od toalety, rdza na koszu na śmieci oraz metalowej szafce, która była wygięta i wyglądała jakby dużo już przeszła i do tego cieknąca bateria zarówno w umywalce oraz w prysznicu. Sam pokój był tak mały, że stało tam tylko łóżko, szafa i stół z dwoma krzesłami, z których nie dało się korzystać. Mało przestrzeni do chodzenia, wyłącznie wąskie alejki. Sam hotel zdawał się zaniedbany i stary, a szkoda, bo lokalizacja jest super.

Definitely would visit ag - The location of the property is excellent with fantastic views of the mountains. It is easily accessible to Lake Bohinj and surrounding area for walks and trails. Nothing - all was good.

• Herbert (8/5): Idyllic location and very comfortable accommodation - Perfect location, beautiful surroundings and easy access to the lake, hiking trails and Vogel cable car. Shower could have been better, lacked a curtain and holder so water sometimes sprayed out. Could also see early signs of mould forming on the shower wall. A screen on the balcony would have improved privacy but didn’t bother us.

Cuisine partagée bien équipée. Chambre confortable avec salle de bain assez grande, en longueur. Les lits grinçaient un peu. Selon l'occupant de la chambre voisine, le bruit de la télé peut gêner.

• Mateusz (10/5): - Spacious double room with private spacious bathroom and balcony. Plenty of parking spaces, located close to Bohinj lake. Very kind and helpful host. There's common kitchen with two big fridges and sauna that you can use for additional small fee.
• DELPHINE DEHOUCK (10/5): - Sympathique chambre avec un grand lit (180 cm), salle de bains avec wc privatifs et un petit balcon avec tables et chaises dans un grand chalet. Parking sur place. Possibilité d'utiliser une cuisine au sous-sol avec plusieurs tables pour manger. La chambre est très propre. Du logement, possibilité de rejoindre le lac bohinj à pied à 100 m et de pouvoir faire le demi tour du lac par le nord et revenir par le bus. L'emplacement est très bien et l'accès facile. L'insonorisation est moyenne mais il s'agit d'un chalet et il y a 4 chambres et 2 appartements.

Vaellusreittien lähtöpaikka on lähellä, samoin hissi Vogel-vuorelle. Mökki kaipaa kunnostusta. Osa valaisimista ei toiminut, huonekalut ja pinnat alkoivat olla kuluneita ja keittiön välineistö oli puutteellinen. Huoneistossa ei ole ilmastointia.

• Nitish (3/5): - The location was good and very scenic. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The place needs some refurbishment to say the least. It is much older than what it looks in the photos. Quite a few utensils in the kitchen were stained and not washed properly. The Bathroom/ Shower was a big problem. It is quite cramped and poorly designed. The whole bathroom would get flooded after a shower.

We loved having a little balcony to sit and look and the amazing setting and the stars at night. And we were a few minutes walk from the lake and river- stunning scenery. The area was quiet which was perfect for us. We could rent a kayak from the nearby campsite, and we had a great meal there too (Nb the best vegan pizza). Nothing really- maybe tea/coffee facilities in the room but there was a well equipped kitchen in the basement. (Note, no shops nearby so make sure you take food with you)

Location is in Ukanc and need to drive or take the infrequent bus service if you are visiting the Bohinj town centre. Property has old furnishings and a small toilet. My stay was in a 2 bedroom apartment and my bedroom has multi coloured "disco" lights which I personally find annoying.

We checked out very early on last day as do disappointed. The owner although nice just wanted passports and payments - didn’t tell us about area or even have a map. I think there would be better places to stay.

• Ann-kathrin (9/5): A perfect place to calm down - It’s located at the end of the valley, a very calm place close to nature. We loved to walk around and go for small hikes around lake bohinji. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially with the son in the mornings. The owner is really friendly and open for a small talk. He knows a lot about the area! There is no supermarket nearby, so you have to make sure to do some grocery shopping before. Also the kitchen lacks a coffee machine - everything else was great :)
