• Sukhjeet (8/5): Be careful it’s an old age care not a hotel - Not much It’s old retirement village not suitable for general public.

• Joska (5/5): Strange atmospher, felt like I was in rehab. - I am not sure why this is offered as a hotel option when booking via Booking.com. It is in a religious centre with basic facilities and there is a strong religious atmosphere, which will not be suitable for many people. Although clean and friendly overall, it felt more like a detox/rehab facility than a hotel. Breakfast was very minimal (toast, jam, yoghurt) in a big empty hall with only one, very silent other guest. I did not feel comfortable and think the price was very high for what was offered. Be clear to state what the place is about, it is not a hotel.

• Michael (10/5): We had a lovely overnight stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you. - It was set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Our room was large, comfortable and inviting. Bedside lamp switches were difficult to access and we had to pull out the bed to turn them on - ok for me but too heavy for some. Maybe they could be left switched on at the wall. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

• Ying Hui (7/5): Would stay at another accommodation nearer to the station - Room was clean. Quietest room I’ve stayed in thus far, excellent for light sleepers. Norwest station is 15 mins walk away. Not sure if continental breakfast sounds fancy to some but simple breakfast was provided - bread, jam, granola and yogurt. Room has no mini fridge. Housekeeping was only available on one day and upon request. To be exact, the housekeeper only emptied the bin and changed one set of towels. No vacuuming and changing of bed sheets. When I requested for housekeeping on another day, I was told it wasn’t available but I saw the housekeeper around. For those taking public transport, the location isn’t ideal especially if you have luggage with you. Virtually impossible to lug them because the accommodation is up the hill. The way from Norwest station to the accommodation is not brightly lit. In fact, the path from the road up to the accommodations is not lit at all. Had to use my phone’s torch so it can be quite terrifying for female solo travellers.

• Chloe (8/5): Great room and great place to visit - Lovely location, the rooms were quiet and had large windows with a great view. The room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette to make tea and cook if you wanted. Breakfast was nice, and all the staff were friendly. There's parking on site which is great too. Our room had air conditioning so it was warm and cozy. The beds weren't super comfortable, and the breakfast room was quiet cold.

• Fiona (10/5): - The accommodation is in the midst of a safe neighbourhood, walking distance to train station (for those who love to walk) and in a very peaceful surrounding. For those who drive, there is carpark on site. The room is comfortable and clean. No TV and no minibar (but there is free wifi provided), shared pantry and laundry room. The chapel was a bonus for me. ❤🙏.

There was not enough staff to complete tasks. Rooms were only serviced once in four days and on request. The rooms were advertised as having flat screen tvs. Ours did not. There were several lounges with tvs. The one closest to our rooms had a tv with only a few stations accessible. The software had not been updated since 2008! The garbage in the lounges was not collected and started to smell.
