• Andrea (10/5): - Pani majiteľka Martinka ústretová, bola k dispozícii aj na telefóne. Okolie super, krásne, blízko na pláž, prechádzky krásne po promenáde. Kávička pod ubytovaním super. Odporúčam toto ubytovanie. nemám nič

• Daniela (9/5): Schönes Apartment am Strand von Ika - Die Unterkunft hat eine zentrale Lage in Ika. Im selben Haus im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Café, nebenan gibt es eine Apotheke und einen Supermarkt. Ein paar Schritte weiter befindet sich eine kleine Bäckerei. Einmal über die Straße, und schon befindet man sich am Strand. Dort hat man die Möglichkeit Liegen, Sonnenschirme, SUP's oder ein Tretboot zu mieten. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, geräumig und ist mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagiert/antwortet immer schnell! Check-in/check-out sehr unkompliziert. Ein Parkplatz ist auch dabei (aber nicht direkt beim Haus). Wir sind täglich nach Lovran (ca. halbe Stunde) spaziert. Dort gibt es wirklich gute Restaurants. Außerdem ist die Strandpromenade sehr empfehlenswert (Bars inkl. 😉). Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es nur im 1. Stock ein Apartment mit einem seeehr kleinen Balkon gibt (für max. 2 Personen). Es ist also nicht möglich, als Familie gemeinsam am Balkon zu essen. - keine Waschmaschine;

• Irina (10/5): Excellent, well-designed apartments in a great location - Beautiful and very cozy apartments! Excellent layout, well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher tablets, a starter set of coffee capsules and spices for cooking, comfortable mattresses and pillows, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I would like to note the friendliness and responsiveness of the owners. Martina was always available and could quickly resolve any issues that arose. A pleasant surprise was the treats waiting for us upon check-in:) In terms of infrastructure: a shop and pharmacy are a 1-minute walk away, and the beach is across the road, a couple of minutes' walk from the apartments. There is a beautiful promenade in both directions (to Lovran and Opatija), with many picturesque places and beaches (mostly tiled). Thank you for a wonderful vacation! ❤️ -

Parking nearby. - Everything needed was close, ocean in front with a wonderful walk to different areas, Supermarket up the road 2 mins drive. Little bakery 100m away. Lovely cafe underneath and bar. Great little bar across the street. Superb. Quiet at night. Excellent. What is not to like, it was wonderful.

• Mónika (9/5): Comfortable seaside apartment - Perfect apartment for a longer stay as well. WIFI connection is not so strong, but Martina did everything to help.

It is very close to the beach.We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beds for small kids were not that comfortable.

The apartment was immaculate, great character, beautiful decor, everything you could want or need. We had drinks and snacks left for us, there was a hair dryer, coffee machine, even a dishwasher. Air con in every room was an added bonus, lots of storage space. That we had to leave. 😢
• Sebastian (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - The apartment was really nice, bright, modern and well equipped. Especially with the parking lot a good 100m behind the house, you can do everything on foot right from the start. With the first step out of the house you are on the terrace of a very nice café, opposite is already the water and a small harbor and the eternally long, beautiful footpath directly on the water, into Opatija. The contact and key handover went smoothly and was very pleasant, the lovely host was already waiting for me and explained everything to me and also had some tips for Ika and the surrounding area. All in all, absolutely recommendable, a wonderful stay. I would definitely do it again.
• Marija (9/5): Excellent accomodation - The host is very kind, she let us check in earlier. The apartment is well equipped, recently renovated, clean and spacious. There is an air-condition in every room, two TV -s in apartment, dishwasher in kitchen. It's close to the beach and wonderful promenade. The costal road is right in front of the building, so with opened windows it's a bit noisy.
