• Michael (7/5): Decent. - Great location for what was needed. Hotel allowed us to store luggage for 10 hours after checkout. Lights in one room didn't work. Powerboard in one bedroom barely worked, and should be replaced given its ticking sound. Room smelled dusty.

• Carol (9/5): really enjoyed it - great location. When it was found the dish washer didn't work a Tradie came withing 3 hours and repaired it. great job. I had rung on 2 separate days explaining we wouldn't have access to internet and wanted the specific address to where the apt was. To be told you only get to know 24 before due. Very disconcerting. All other booking .com have a specific address in their advertising. Told they would send info to my phone. But didn't Had to ring on arrival to Perth to get info. Not good enough.

• Resources (7/5): Overall good - no complains except inconvenience with trying to get in touch with host and difficult - Breakfast not provided had to go across to blue rock cafe for breakfast. The breakfast here was good.

• Suminda (5/5): Passable - Clean beautiful apartment with best beds Getting into the apartment is a big drama .usually, it is very easy access when booking is done through booking..com.but management needed my photo ID.. Filling the form was a bit hassle. Lack of parking.
• Diana (8/5): Very good - Very helpful staff. Great location, although roadworks are currently underway.
• Lucas (9/5): Super convenient stay in the heart of the city - The check-in / check-out was very easy for us, there's no hassle to engage with receptionists of the building for parking for instance. The facilities are extensive and in good conditions, like water bottles, milk, tissues, dishwasher, microwave, cuttlery etc. The host was engaging with us to ensure our check-in and stay were smooth. It would be great to be able to request a parking card ahead of time, which we could get during check in. It was complicated to request and pay the parking card to the Mantra hotel reception, as the parking could be full. We also had an issue with the card stopping working one day too soon, so this could make guests' life a bit easier.
