- Sinclair (6/5): Could be great but needs a revamp - The location was beautiful overlooking the beach and a farmers field out in front filled with sheep and lambs. The cleanliness wasn't very good. Dead plant in the corner of the room. The condiments that were left for the house (vinegar and oil) were very tacky and covered in dust. The shower needs to be changed for new. Shower attachment doesn't allow for the height to be changed and the pressure wasn't ideal either.

- MissRaven (8/5): Lovely break - Location great.
- Hollie (6/5): The views are phenomenal - The location was amazing for the views and access to the beach, the property let in a lot of natural light which was so beautiful! The host was very helpful and was 2 doors up for any issues, the cafe was delicious for food. The beds were very comfortable. Little shampoos available in the property and clean towels. Tea and coffee items. The neighbour guests above us were very loud, through the night and playing music in the morning. There were no baking trays big enough for a pizza, but other than that very beautiful.

- Rory (10/5): Definitely going back! - Amazing location, fantastic host who met us at the property on arrival.
- jane (9/5): Very comfortable stay with a very helpful host -
- Dana (10/5): Beautiful view - The view is lovely and the appartment is spacious and clean. Chris is so welcoming.

- Jennifer (10/5): Amazing location, beautiful home and friendly host! - Beautiful views and a gorgeous, cozy cottage-like accommodation. N/A
- Kellie (10/5): - Communication from the host was excellent and prompt, with clear and straightforward instructions for accessing the property. The views are outstanding, and the apartment exceeded expectations — it is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything required for a pleasant stay. The photographs do not fully capture the quality and size of the apartment. Nothing
- Andrea (9/5): Lovely stay in Heysham - The views and location were outstanding. The property was clean and tidy.
The host was really friendly and helpful The property could do with some wardrobes and a clock
- Lesley (8/5): - The location is superb and the accommodation is great! Nothing to report.
- Angelika (10/5): - Excellent location! Beautiful views. Beds very comfortable.
- Hesitha (7/5): - Location and the view from the property is marvelous.
Beds are comfortable. The owner is friendly. No cooker hood, so risk of triggering the fire alarm. Bathroom needs some improvement, especially the bath area is not covered well, water spills out.
Owner was not responsive over booking.com messages.
- Michelle (6/5): Great location but certainly needs revamping in terms of comfort. - Apartment has a lovely view. Close to beach and nice headland walks and nice walk through the heysham village. About 10 mins drive into Morecambe. Owner is very welcoming and helpful. We had the lower apartment. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Hard springs and certainly need replacing. None of us slept much at all. And our backs are certainly paying for it.
One mirror in hall none in bedrooms or bathroom. Which made fun when 3 of us trying to get ready.
Could do with maybe some door hooks too. As wardrobes only in one room.
Bathroom light is so dim and certainly needs replacing. So does the shower. Not very powerful if you want it warm.
- Christine (9/5): A wonderful short break. Can’t wait to go again - The location is superb with views directly looking out on to Morecambe bay. Just a short stroll into the lovely village of Heysham. The host, Chris, is very pleasant, friendly and helpful Nothing, everything was good

- Anthony (6/5): Great view and a good location. - Great view. Free parking. Good location. Dining table. Good heating. Good having fridge and a freezer. Good amount of storage. Good size living room and kitchen. Quiet area that feels safe. Not too far from town. Booking changed by owner to lower flat due to glitch with Booking.com. Beds had foot boards, so really uncomfortable for taller people. Poor quality mattress, you can feel the springs. Shower head could not be adjusted properly. Dirty cutlery in drawer, chipped glasses and filthy oven. Flickering lights in bathroom. Settees look good but not enough cushions to make them comfortable. Not working side light in bedroom. No mirror or clothes hook in bathroom. Can be noisy with creaking floors from upstairs.
- Sadia (8/5): - We enjoyed the amazing views and how clean the place was You could hear the baby crying most of the time in the apartment below
- Gyongyi (5/5): good for young party people - The view from the house is amazing. We had a strange feeling in the house, like it wasn't completely level. There is no table and chairs in the kitchen. True, there is a wooden table with a bench outside the house. And from there the view of the sea is wonderful. The quality of the bed linen was not the usual quality for us. This place is more for young party people in my opinion. Fortunately we only stayed one night and that was just enough.
- Anna (10/5): Beautiful location, stunning view from all windows, comfortable, clean and quiet stay - Photos dont do this place justice, the accommodation has views in every windows. Table outside means you can enjoy the scenery whilst having something to eat or drink.
Beds were comfortable, cosy living room, had everything we needed and very clean.
Quiet and peaceful
Bedding was all really clean fresh and comfortable
Towels provided
Located 5 minutes from a lovely pub with beer garden.
10 min drive or less to Morcambe.
Host Chris was really welcoming and friendly.
Would definitely return for a longer stay next time Nothing
One of the previous reviews says about the electric hob being difficult to use - this was working well on our stay and you could see the controls fine
- Sarah (8/5): Highly recommended! - Super friendly host and amazing location overlooking the sea with a field of sheep/lambs right outside the window. Cornwallesque walk over the hillside right on the doorstep. I would definitely book again and recommend as a place to friends and family! Presentation of the property slightly run down with cracks to the ceilings and decor needing a refresh throughout. Cooker difficult to operate with hob not showing whether on or off/heat number settings.
- Dollydaydream81 (8/5): Perfect location with a spectacular view. - Our host Chris greeted us on arrival and was welcoming. He was very responsive & sorted out a small issue we had. The house had been recently decorated and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had most things needed for cooking.
The thing that really sells it is the view. Absolutely stunning, especially on a sunny day. And the little balcony was perfect for sitting out on with a book.
Really safe, quiet private road and private parking on the drive.
The beach is a short walk away and the cafe does a tasty breakfast. Recently decorated, so just needs finishing off. Bathroom light really dim, no bathroom mirror, light fixtures a bit dusty, hole in kitchen base board needs fixing but nothing major.
- Andrews (8/5): Enjoyable weekend visiting my son who lives a five minute drive away. Accommodation was quiet and re - Location was perfect for us but may be a bit far out if you had no car. Views were lovely and accommodation was to a good standard.
- Hampson (10/5): Great value apartment. Felt like being at home. Very comfortable. - It was spacious, very clean and the views were fantastic. Short distance from Morecambe and the Midland afternoon tea. Plenty to see in nearby Heysham village with a historic pub and plenty of cafes.
- Linda (10/5): Very good communication with the owner who was very helpful. - The all round views and a comfortable room to sit in. The bed was very comfortable. Full size freezer was useful. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night. A bit more information about the property on the booking site with regard to bathroom, (shower/ bath) and confirm provision of towels and sheets as most properties state this. A mirror in the second bedroom would be useful for ladies!
- Ann (9/5): It was a lovely peaceful break in a beautiful area with views across Morecambe Bay to the fells - Lovely views across the Bay. Quiet location. Well equipped accommodation. Love the binoculars which we used to spy on a fox in the field opposite out in the early morning. There was a lovely walk over to St Patrick’s chapel and into the village. The mattress was quite firm so not the comfiest.
