• Ballhause (10/5): - We had a great stay in the flat in Guadeloupe. It was very, very clean and equipped with everything we needed - from kitchen utensils to small amenities that made the stay extra enjoyable. Laurent was always available, incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell that he cares about the well-being of his guests. We would come back at any time and can recommend the flat without reservation!

• Lorblanchet (10/5): Séjour parfait dans un logement calme, décoré avec goût et idéalement situé, avec un hôte chaleureux - Un super séjour avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Laurent a été adorable, il nous a tout expliqué concernant le logement et ses équipements. Il m’a contactée en amont de notre arrivée, toujours très réactif et sympathique. Le logement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très calme, fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Je recommande vivement ce logement, idéalement situé au centre de l’île pour partir facilement à la découverte des environs.
• Robert (9/5): Clean, quite, well located and with a fabulous view - A well-located, very quiet, spotlessly clean studio with a sublime view of the Caribbean. There are beaches just in front of the studio, and a wide selection of restaurants a few minutes’ walk away. It was so pleasant looking out over the sea, I stayed in the studio too much!

• Edith (10/5): Hilfsbereiter sympathischer Gastgeber und großartiger Blick aufs meer - Laurent war ein außergewöhnlich aufmerksamer Gastgeber erhält uns vom Flughafen abgeholt nachdem die Maschine verspätet ankam und 1 Koffer fehlte den ein Reisender versehentlich mitgenommen hat. Spaeter hat er den zurueck gebrachten Koffer abgeholt. Noch einmal an dieser Stelle mein herzlicher Dank. Wie die vorherigen Kommentare waren auch wir begeistert von dem Blick aufs Meer die kuestenlandschaft den Blick auf boote und Beute jagende Pelikane. Laurent hat uns auch mit vorschlagen fuer Unternehmungen versorgt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das bunte treiben des nachtmarkts, der immer Freitags stattfindet. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

Even though the location has its specific with about 120 m way trough residential buildings under construction, this road is lit and exits on a good location for food/dinner, according to local availability. Very close to the accommodation (ca. 60 m) there is also a small and quiet beach. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious enough to feel good with a lovely sea view. In short - excellent value for money
• Charlotte (10/5): GEWELDIG! - De eigenaar stond klaar om ons te ontvangen en het appartement binnen te laten. Meteen als je binnenkomt, ben je niet alleen verliefd op het uitzicht maar ook het gehele appartement. Alles is erg netjes en ziet er top uit. Het bed was schoon. De eigenaar heeft alles goed uitgelegd en was het gehele verblijf makkelijk te bereiken voor vragen. De locatie is prachtig. Je bent binnen 2 min lopen op het strand en er liggen restaurants en een bakker in de directe omgeving. Niks!
• Carlos (10/5): - Accueil super chaleureux, belle prise en charge et hôte très réactif ! Laurent a fait preuve de générosité hors du commun avec de petits détails et une belle serviabilité. L'appartement est très bien aménagé et l'accès aux plages est imbattable. Très recommandable!
• CELINE (10/5): Séjour trés agréable - Je recommande vivement. L’appartement est décoré avec goût. Plage et commerce à deux pas. Au réveil vu magnifique depuis notre lit sur la mer. Vu à couper le souffle. Laurent est un hôte adorable, et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
• Dorota (10/5): - Wspaniały widok na morze karaibskie. Mieszkanie po remoncie, czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i późniejszego wymeldowania. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do eksploracji tej części wyspy. Plaża w zasięgu 3 minut. Bardzo polecam. Całkowicie bezpiecznie chociaż blok położony na terenie niezamieszkałego osiedla. Blisko piekarnia i mała knajpka. Bardzo fajne miejsce na kilkudniowy wypoczynek :-)

La vue de la mer est comme une carte postale,on ne se lasse pas de comtempler ce paysage magnifique, la plage est belle et à proximité. l’hôte Laurent est vraiment formidable, à l’écoute de vos besoins et là pour vous tout au long de votre séjour,il nous traite comme si nous étions sa propre famille. Annonce parfaitement conforme à la réalité, entièrement satisfait de ce séjour. Petits commerces, restaurants à proximité. Plage calme propre au pied de l’établissement. Rien.
• Susanne (10/5): Ein wunderbares Apartment - Ein wunderbares, großzügiges und perfekt ausgestattetes Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles noch sehr neu und blitzsauber. Einmalig ist der Blick auf das Meer - die Fotos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Besonders hervorheben muss man die Gastfreundschaft des Besitzers, Laurent: ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und immer um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Am Abreisetag (unser Flug ging erst um 6 Uhr am Abend) konnten wir das Apartment noch bis zum späteren Nachmittag nutzen-vielen Dank dafür. Das Apartment liegt auch sehr günstig für die Erkundigung der wunderschönen Insel, sowohl Grand Terre als auch Basse Terre. 100% Empfehlung für einen Urlaub in Guadeloupe. Die Umgebung des Apartmenthauses ist derzeit nicht wirklich einladend, da es sich am Ende einer Zone mit leer stehenden, noch fertig zu stellenden Gebäuden befindet- aber da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört.

• Laura (10/5): Perfect apartment, super host and an amazing view, can 100% recommend this apartment! - First of all, our compliments for the host Lauren and his very warm welcome. He made us feel welcome and at ease in his lovely apartment. He is available for all our questions and replies quickly. You can see that the apartment has been decorated with a lot of eye for detail. The host has thought of everything and its very clean. The view is breathtaking and the washing machine was handy as well. In short, the perfect place to stay when visiting Grand-Terre and its beautiful southern coast and beaches! There was not that much not to like. One thing, it lays in an area with (currently) hotels that have to be built/buildings that are vacant. However, if you know this beforehand, it does not change anything about our amazing stay, service and the stunning view!
