From the time we walked in the door to getting our room was bout 15-20 minutes and there was only one party in front of us.

- Kimberly (8/5): - My only complaint is the water pressure and bathroom door conditions. The water pressure was extremely low, even at different times of the day. The bathroom door did not completely close shut. Otherwise, it seems to be a very new property.
- Jason (10/5): - This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

- Monique (6/5): Not everyone is treated equal - The size of the room was not worth the rate. The front desk staff at arrival and check out were preoccupied and made you wait while they finished multiple task. It is understood that could occur however it as if you were interrupting them when you approached. Customer service felt like an after thought. Additionally, I noticed both female workers were more attentive to males than females.

- Lavanya sireesha (6/5): - I did not book a physically handicap accessible room but I was given that one. It was middle of the night and I do not want to change at that time. I would be happy if I was told that the regular room is not available and this is what we are left with.

- Kimberly (10/5): Wonderful stay - Location was excellent, close enough to be convenient yet just enough outside of downtown to be able to relax comfortably How quickly breakfast was replenished with the amount of guests eating.... people were waiting longer for food than they should have.... also, need more ice machines, had to go hunting on other floors to find and only found the one we did by accident
- Trudy (10/5): Excellent accommodations - The hotel was lovely and very clean. I appreciated how kind the front desk staff was upon arrival. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the water pressure in the shower as well. There was also plenty of space to park. We stayed overnight after a daylong drive and a concert. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet, clean accommodations!

- Heather (10/5): - The moment the doors opened we knew it would be great! The smell of fresh textiles and a clean lobby was welcoming. This hotel is newly opened late in 2024, so everything is still crisp. Our room was clean, welcoming and fresh. The bathroom was excellent including beauty and great water pressure and lighting. Halls were kept clean and it was a calm quiet stay. We noticed many rooms available on multiple floors to accommodate deaf/hoh guests. The pool was clean and welcoming also. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was well displayed and with plenty available even close to the end of our window. I would stay again!!!

- Nancy (10/5): Nice, clean hotel with good breakfast. - The breakfast area was spacious and tables spread out-I didn’t feel jammed in next to people, breakfast food was good. The lighting of the area was also good. Parking was a little tight as the place was booked. But it was a nice, new hotel. I thought it was worth it. Trying to find light switches on the lamps, plus the ac kept running -couldn’t get it turned down or up-finally had to turn it off. Instruction card would have been nice. Also, trying to get tv to work-instruction card would be useful. Have to press guide button on tv to get guide rather than channel up/down. Also, a vending machine would have been convenient.
