- Bruno (7/5): 3 out of 5 - Parking space. The bakery right across the road is amazing. Nice area to walk by the lake. Ground floor room therefore pretty humid and overall hot. Proximity to the main road so it is super loud even with windows closed due to the constant traffic all day all night. Bed wasn't the comfiest. No A/C or Blowing Fan.

- Zoltan (6/5): Recommended with conditions, not a quiet place to relaxing. - 5 minutes walk to the lake, there's a nice bike/walkway along the lake towards Lecco. However it is more an industrial area, not the best part of Lake. 30 minutes drive to Bellagio, Como, so a good starting point with car. The world's best bakery and coffeshop is just on the other side of the road (Grace bakery), the best Pizza ever is 5 minutes (Pizzeria Sciuè Sciuè), supermarket is only 10 minutes walk. Mostly locals very few tourists. The room and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen has a common fridge for all the guests, a micro, a coffe machine, a heater and a small table. The apartment has some serious handicap. It is located on the main floor and just beside a very noisy road. It has 3 rooms and one common kitchen inside. Room No.3 is looks to the backyard, therefore not so bright but the most quiet. It's private bathroom opens directly from the room. I think it is the best of the three. No.2 and No.1 are bright, has a "balcony" - but it is on the same level as the road. Good for smoking I guess-but opens directly to the road, which has very heavy traffic from 5am every day! Huge trucks running along just 5 m distance to the window, and shake the whole room from time to time. All room's windows has covered with translucent folie, so you can't look out only if you open it, but then it is very very noisy. I didn't saw air condition in Room No1, so in a hot summer day if you leave the window open you not gonna sleep... earplug is recommended, or try to get room No.3. The room No.2 also has direct connection to it's bathroom, but No.1 doesn't ! This room also has a private bathroom, but it does not open from the room itself ! It's a different door next to the the kitchen and the main entrance. You can only acces it through the common corridor, where you can meet with all your neighbours... this is inconvenient. Room No.1 is near to the kitchen and the main entrance, the door is not sealed well, you can hear everyone comes and goes. I think it's the worse of the three rooms, not a place where you just want to spent a rainy day and relax. (a picture below show this room from the bathroom, and between the common corridor with the carpet where everyone comes and leaves.) You can park in front of your window, but not easy the get into that narrow space, you will suffer with a bigger car. There's a small free parking place near for about 10-15 cars, mostly full. Consider these before rerservation. I just can't imagine where the pool is...

- Timea (9/5): Superb - The room was ok, we got some reccomendation about pizza places, which was the best pizza experience i had in my life also really cheap. If you come by car, you can park it in the closed parking. If you don't come by car, everything is distant.

- Lukasz (10/5): Perfect ! - Good location - close to all main point at lake Como. Incredibly clean, nice and hospitable host. Parking place its huge convenience. There is averything you need in the room and cery good kitchen. For breakfast - go to the cafe in front of the accomodation - delicious cornetto . If we came back to Como we will definitelly rent the same apartament. Ciao!
- Kieran (10/5): Perfect location for Lake Como exploring - Nice spacious room, communal bathroom and kitchen area which were very clean and well maintained. As we had a car, the location was perfect for day trips to Bellagio, Varenna and Lecco - all within a 40 minute drive or less. Cristina contacted me on our day of arrival and confirmed the location which was incredibly useful. Fabio then greeted us and showed us to our room which was a nice touch.
